Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Storymania, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our users. However, due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, we follow a strict no-refund policy for all content, subscriptions, and in-app purchases made on our platform.

2. Digital Content Purchases

All purchases made on Storymania for digital content—including but not limited to stories, novels, chapters, and bonus content—are final. Once you complete a payment, the content is unlocked and delivered instantly, making the transaction irreversible. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these purchases.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their active subscriptions at any time via their account settings. However, the cancellation will only stop the next billing cycle. No refunds—partial or full—will be issued for any unused time remaining in the current billing period. The service will continue to be available until the subscription period expires.

4. Coins and In-App Purchases

Coins (or tokens) are virtual currency used within the Storymania app to unlock premium content. Once coins are purchased, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or converted to real currency. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming, as all coin purchases are final.

5. Accidental or Duplicate Transactions

In the rare event of an accidental or duplicate transaction (such as being charged twice for the same content or package), we request you to contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. We may verify the transaction through internal logs and payment gateways before initiating any action.

6. Non-Delivery of Coins or Content

If you experience any issues where coins are not credited after a successful transaction or content remains locked, please reach out to us immediately. We will investigate the issue, and if validated, we will credit your account accordingly—however, no direct monetary refund will be processed.

7. Disputed Charges

If a chargeback or dispute is filed through your payment provider without contacting our support team first, your account may be suspended until the matter is resolved. Misuse of payment gateways may lead to a permanent ban.

8. Policy Modifications

Storymania reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page. It is the responsibility of the user to review this policy periodically for updates.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By accessing or using Storymania’s services, purchasing any content or subscriptions, or performing any in-app transactions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
