It was 8:00 AM. Due to the cold weather, it was lightly snowing outside. In a flat in an apartment on Livent Street in London, a girl was standing in front of a mirror. She was looking at her face very carefully. She had big black eyes and long curly hair, which she had divided into two parts and brought forward. Her fair face had turned slightly pink from the cold.

Then she looked at her clothes, she was wearing a loose pink sweater over denim pants. As soon as she saw it, her eyes welled up.

"I miss you so much, Papa, I never thought I would have to live apart from you. In the eyes of the world, you may be anything, but in my eyes, you are my hero... As long as you were there, I never had any problem, so how can I let you be in trouble now?" Saying this, she hugged herself.

She was caressing herself when her mobile phone rang. It was a video call from someone.

She picked up the call, and there was a boy in front of her. He looked about her age and was wearing lawyer's clothes. He was standing in front of the courtroom. There was an expression of frustration on his face.

"Is everything alright?" she asked as soon as she picked up the call.

"So far everything is fine, but we can't say anything about the future. In today's hearing, your father has again taken all the blame on himself. He says he was the one who killed that girl," he said seriously.

"He can never do that. He must be saying this due to some compulsion. I know my father very well and I can do anything to prove him innocent," the girl replied.

"You don't have to do much, just come here and testify for him. Explain to him not to do this. You will have to come here as soon as possible, otherwise I will not be able to stop him from getting punished in the next hearing," the boy explained everything to her.

"Don't worry. I know very well how to convince him. In the next hearing, he will be proven innocent and will breathe in the open air too. This is my promise to myself," her strong intentions were clear from her voice. She wanted to prove her father innocent by any means.

After talking to him, the girl cut the call. She was standing in the bathroom thinking about her father.

"My father can't murder anyone. He never even scolded me when I made a mistake in my childhood... Then how can I believe that he brutally murdered a girl? Whoever did this will definitely get punished for it... but not my father," there were tears in her eyes. She loved her father very much and was ready to go to any extent for him.

A 26-27 year old boy was going somewhere in his black luxurious car. He was tall and fair in appearance. He had a light beard on his face and his eyes were light gray in color. He looked quite handsome.

He was driving quite rashly and there was sadness on his face. While going ahead, he saw a flower seller on the way.

"White lilies... you like them very much... how can I forget this. This time I don't even have the option to forget," he muttered to himself. He leaned out of the car and shouted, "One white lilies bouquet please."

A woman smiled and came to him and handed him the bouquet. After taking the white lily bouquet from her, he gave her the money and moved on.

In a short while, he was in front of a big hall. There was a smile on his face and tears in his eyes at the same time. He took the bouquet in his hand and entered the place. On the other side of the door was a cemetery.

"I love you Ellie..." he muttered and placed the bouquet on a grave, which read Ellie Harrington. With this, tears rolled down his eyes.

Ellie's death date was written on the grave as 20 Feb 2021. Seeing this, anger flashed on the boy's face. A scene started floating in front of his eyes, when Ellie and he were walking on the road holding hands.

It was around 6 in the evening. Away from the busy lifestyle of London, there was a place called "Indiana Restaurant" in the countryside. It was an Indian restaurant with only a handful of Indian people present.

Suddenly, a large, luxurious car came to a screeching halt in the restaurant's parking area.

"This restaurant should have been named 'Sukoon' (Peace) instead of Indiana," said a boy of about 26-27 years old, peeking out of the car towards the restaurant. He looked troubled. He removed the goggles from his eyes, and there was anger in his hazel-gray eyes. He was wearing an expensive black suit. Before going inside, he took off his coat in the car and loosened his tie. He also folded the sleeves of his white shirt. He looked quite handsome in that look.

While going inside, instead of looking like a big businessman, he looked like an ordinary man doing a normal job. He had just taken his steps inside when his mobile phone rang.

"Why can't these people leave me alone for a while..." he said, irritated.

After ignoring the call once, it rang again. This time, instead of ignoring the call, he picked it up and, without listening to the other person's voice, said in a slightly angry tone, "If you have called me to talk about that silly meeting, then I'm sorry Jenny, I'm not interested..."

His assistant Jenny was on the call. She ran her hand through her blonde hair and said in a very soft voice, "But Arya Sir... your dad... he is Mr. Oberoi..."

Jenny hadn't even finished speaking when Arya shouted, "Don't you people understand, I want to be alone for a while. If I were interested in their deal, I would never have left such an important meeting and come so far here... So please leave me alone for sometime..." After finishing his sentence, Arya didn't even wait for her reply and disconnected the call.

Arya's mood was completely spoiled. To fix it, he went inside the restaurant. Although this place wasn't anything special and was quite low according to his standards, whenever he had to spend time alone, he would come here. The biggest reason for his coming there was that only a select few people were present in that restaurant.

Even today, Arya got angry because the work in the meeting didn't go according to his wishes and he left all his work and came to Indiana Restaurant. As soon as he entered, he looked around. There wasn't much crowd there.

The owner of the restaurant, who was almost middle-aged, smiled looking at him. He was a Punjabi man with a deep beard and mustache and a turban on his head. "Looks like the prince's mood is spoiled again today."

Seeing Arya there, a girl working there said, "This is Arya Singh Oberoi. If there is any collection of Indian dresses in the whole of England, it is designed here. What is he doing in this place?" She was quite surprised to see him there. She was very happy. She quickly adjusted her hair and clothes.

"You are new here, that's why you don't know. He often comes here," replied the owner of the restaurant.

"So, does he like the food here so much? He is also Indian, that's why perhaps the Indian food here draws him from so far."

Hearing the girl's words, the owner of the restaurant chuckled slightly and then replied to her, "He doesn't like the food here at all, he just sits here and drinks coffee."

"Whatever, but at least I will get a chance to see this handsome hunk," the girl muttered to herself and then said to the owner of the restaurant, "I will take his order."

"Hey wait..." the owner of the restaurant tried to stop her but the girl ignored his words and left from there. After she left, he said softly, "Now how do I tell her that he only comes here when he is in a bad mood and he doesn't like to talk to anyone in a bad mood..."

The girl went to Arya quite excitedly. "Your order Sir?" she asked with a smile.

Arya's face was red with anger. He was not in the mood to talk to anyone at this time. He was about to say something to her in anger when the owner of the restaurant came there walking briskly. He had a coffee mug in his hand.

"Sir, your coffee..." he said quickly and said to the girl, "Piya, go to the counter there. I have some work with you."

Because of the owner of the restaurant coming in between, that girl Piya couldn't talk to Arya properly. She had to leave from there. The irritation of this was clearly visible on her face.

While Arya was sitting at a table in the corner, drinking his coffee.

In the midst of all this, a girl entered the restaurant. She was wearing blue jeans with a pink loose sweater. Her long curly hair was parted into two and fell forward. While coming inside, there was happiness in her big black eyes and a different excitement on her face.

She was talking to someone while coming inside. She said on the call, "Ishan... Jia, I found the restaurant you both told me about. You both had booked the table, right?"

"Yes, yes, everything is done, I am just 5 minutes away," Ishan replied. He was a fair boy with curly hair. Then he asked Jia, "Jia, what's your update?"

"I am also 10 minutes away from the restaurant. We will have a great party today," Jia replied while driving the car.

"By the way, it's as quiet here as it is in a library. But this peace is not going to last long because we have arrived. Okay, now reach quickly, I will find my table in the meantime," the girl coming inside replied.

She disconnected the call and came inside. Arya, sitting at his table, said to himself, "This is the only place in the whole of London, where you get peace, even if it is a little bit. The rest of the place is so crowded and noisy that it is difficult to spend even a minute... and here, you can come here anytime, it is always so peaceful and calm." While speaking, there was a feeling of peace on Arya's face.

Arya had come here in anger but after coming here, his mood had started to improve, even if it was just a little.

"Table number..." talking to herself, the girl looked here and there, then her eyes fell on Arya's table. "I had booked the big table in the corner... but who is that specimen sitting in our place?" The girl's facial expressions changed seeing Arya there. She walked quickly towards Arya's table.

Aryan Singh Oberoi had come to the 'Indiana Restaurant' in the London countryside to spend a few moments alone. He was there to improve his mood. There weren't many people present, so it was very quiet.

Aryan was sitting there drinking coffee and reading a magazine. Just then, a girl came there to party. She got angry after seeing Aryan at her booked table and went to talk to him.

"Excuse me, mister..." Aryan looked up when she called out to him. As soon as Aryan looked up, the girl said again, "Quickly pick up your coffee and magazine and get up from here. This is our seat."

Instead of answering her, Aryan started looking around the table. "But I can't see your name written anywhere here?"

"I booked this table for my friends to party... Can't you see, this table is in the corner and has four to five chairs around it."

"So what should I do?" Aryan shrugged and replied, "If you want a corner table, grab any corner and sit down by adding extra chairs. Granted the earth is round, but this isn't a restaurant... I'm not getting up from here. It would be better if you went and sat somewhere else instead of wasting your and my time." Being angry, Aryan was being quite rude to her.

"Look, you're going too far. Now you're making Shivi angry," the girl said, controlling her anger.

"Who's Shivi?" Aryan asked, raising his eyebrows.

"Until now, I thought you just didn't have the manners to talk, now it seems like you can't even see properly. Can't you see this 5-foot-4-inch girl in front of you? I am Shivi," the girl introduced herself.

"Look, whether you're Shivi or Kavi, I don't care. I'm already quite upset. Don't make my mind even worse by talking nonsense," Aryan said angrily.

"You're the one messing with my head. People are right, those with narrow eyes are quarrelsome and rude too..." Shivi commented on Aryan's eyes.

Aryan replied to Shivi, "What did you say? It's hazel-grey eyes... which only three to four percent of people in the world have... I am among those three to four percent lucky people in the world who have been blessed with such sexy eyes and you... you are insulting me."

"Giving a nice, big, decorated English name won't change anything. Narrow eyes will remain narrow, Mr. Whoever you are... Now there's been enough debate. Quietly get up from here... My party will be at this table from now on."

Shivi's words made Aryan even angrier. He replied, "I'll also see how you disturb the peace of this restaurant while I'm here. If I don't get you kicked out of here, my name isn't Aryan Singh Oberoi."

"I'm not going anywhere from here, you better find a good name for yourself, Mr. Whoever Oberoi..." Shivi shouted.

The heat between Aryan and Shivi had increased. They were both talking calmly at first, but as the argument escalated, they both started shouting at each other. The 2-4 couples present there also left the place because of their argument.

To calm their argument, the restaurant owner came to them with Piya, the girl working with him.

The restaurant owner explained to Shivi, "Look, beta ji... you can go and party at some other table. Sir always sits at this table whenever he comes here. No one else is allowed to sit at that table besides him."

Agreeing with him, Aryan said, "Thank God you came here... otherwise, this girl would have driven me crazy." Aryan looked at Shivi and said, "Now you must have understood. It's not too late, apologize for what you've done... and end the matter."

"Excuse me? Why would I apologize? What's my fault in all this?" Shivi replied angrily.

"Really? Even after all this, you need to be told what your mistake is?" Aryan asked in surprise.

"My friends booked this table for a party. Come what may, Shivi and her friends will party at this table," Shivi was still adamant.

The restaurant owner calmed her down and said, "Leave your anger. It seems like you have some misunderstanding. We never book tables. This isn't such a big restaurant that someone would call and book a table beforehand."

Before Shivi or anyone else could speak, Piya replied, "I'm so sorry sir... Actually, the call did come, and I was the one who booked the table."

"See, I was telling the truth. Now that the table is booked, tell him to get up from here." Shivi's face lit up with Piya's reply.

"I've been coming here for the last 2 years, and no one else sits at this table besides me... so it would be better if you left your stubbornness and sat at some other table. I won't let you sit at that table," Aryan said.

"I'll also see how you stop me from sitting at this table. Is this your dad's restaurant that you're showing your bossiness here? You might be some rich kid type, but this restaurant isn't yours. Understand?" Shivi said angrily and went and sat on the chair next to the table.

Before she could sit on it, Aryan pulled the chair back from behind, causing Shivi to fall down.

"I told you, you will never get the right to sit on it." While speaking, there was a lot of anger on his face and slight moisture in his eyes. "This place is really special... and why it is, I don't find it necessary to explain to you."

"Very well..." Shivi said, getting up, "However many chairs you pull back, I will still party at this table." Shivi ran and sat in Aryan's seat. There was a smile on her face. "Now what happened, Mr. Whoever Oberoi? Shivi has secured her place... and you couldn't do anything. I told you, this restaurant isn't your dad's."

Hearing Shivi's words, Aryan smiled slightly in anger and then turned to the restaurant owner and said, "Whatever price you want for this restaurant, it will be transferred to your account in 1 hour. From this moment, this restaurant is mine... You take care of the legal formalities."

His offer was quite good, so the restaurant owner couldn't refuse. He immediately agreed to sell it.

Shivi was looking at him in surprise because of this act. It was all quite quick and unexpected.

"How can you do this?" She shouted at him angrily.

"The one you're calling Mr. Whoever Oberoi is Aryan Singh Oberoi. Search on the internet once, you'll find out... and what did you say, this restaurant isn't my dad's. Exactly... This restaurant isn't my dad's, it's my own from now on." Aryan was replying to her with a lot of pride.

Shivi had received a good response to her rudeness. Aryan smiled and started walking out of the restaurant. While leaving, he turned and shouted, "Get a big board put up outside the restaurant. You can bring your dogs and cats here, but this girl Shivi is strictly forbidden from entering here."

Saying his piece, Aryan Singh Oberoi smiled and left from there. Shivi was standing there in surprise, watching him leave.

Arya and Shivi had a pretty heated argument in their very first meeting. Instead of improving Arya's mood, Shivi made it even worse. To teach her a lesson, Arya angrily bought the Indiana Restaurant. Before leaving, he told the restaurant owner to get Shivi out of there and then left.

After arguing with Shivi, Arya's mood was completely ruined. He was driving home himself. Because he was angry, he was driving quite rashly.

"Today, even after going to the Indiana Restaurant for the first time, my mood didn't improve. That was the only place where I found peace, where I could feel you, but that girl ruined everything. Good thing I bought that restaurant... Oh gosh... I haven't even talked to Jenny about this... I'll talk to her and ask her to send the lawyer to the restaurant."

Remembering about buying the restaurant, Arya immediately called his assistant Jenny. He told Jenny about buying the restaurant and asked her to go there immediately with the lawyer.

"Okay sir... I'll reach Indiana with Mr. Brener right away," Jenny replied. She immediately got to work on what Arya had told her to do.

After a while, Arya was in front of a large house. The house looked quite magnificent. It was Arya Singh Oberoi's house and looking at it, it was clear how good and luxurious a life Arya must be living. After parking the car, he was coming inside when he got a call from Jenny. There was a smile on his face seeing Jenny's call.

"So the deal is finalized..." Arya said to himself and answered Jenny's call.

"Are you sure sir, you were talking about the Indiana Restaurant? The owner here has refused to sell it," Jenny's voice came from the other side.

Arya was shocked to hear her. Loud music was playing in Jenny's background and someone was shouting.

"What are you talking about? The owner himself agreed to sell it to me today. How can he refuse and why is there so much noise there? There isn't so much noise there... It seems like you've reached the wrong place."

"Sir, I am in the Indiana Restaurant towards the countryside... and there is a party going on here. Wait, let me ask someone and tell you..." While talking, Jenny went to the counter and asked about the party going on there.

"This party is Shivi and her friends' success party," a boy replied when Jenny asked.

Hearing about Shivi partying there, Arya angrily threw his phone hard in front of him.

"I don't know how you did this... but this is going to cost you dearly, Shivi... I will not let this deal go out of my hands at any cost... and now whatever happens to you, you will be responsible for it yourself," Arya said to himself angrily and left in his car to go to the Indiana Restaurant.

    __________

    A little while ago...

Shivi was standing there, looking lost, watching Arya leave from there. Her nose had turned red with anger and she was breathing rapidly.

"You are very proud of your money, aren't you... you didn't do well to me. After whatever you did here today, I promise myself standing here that if I don't get your deal canceled, my name is not Shivi... By hook or by crook..." Shivi was fuming with anger.

She looked around the restaurant and there was no other customer present besides her. The owner there was giving a party to the people present there in celebration of the deal. Because of the sudden deal, the people working there looked quite happy... especially Piya.

"What greedy people, as if they were just waiting for someone to make an offer," Shivi muttered to herself.

Meanwhile, her friends Ishaan and Jia arrived there. They didn't know anything about Shivi's fight, so they were excited for the party. Seeing Shivi there, they both quickly moved towards her.

"Hey..." Ishaan said, lightly hitting her on the shoulder, "Why are you standing here till now? We thought you would have ordered food and it would have arrived by now."

"And why is it so quiet here? Okay, the place is small, but at least there should be music and a few customers. I thought we would celebrate our success party with the people present here. But there's no one here..." Jia's face fell seeing no one else there besides them.

Shivi didn't answer their questions. Then their eyes fell on Shivi's face, which was red with anger.

"What happened to you? Did you fight with someone here too..." Ishaan hadn't even finished his sentence that Shivi burst out at him in anger, "Do I just keep fighting with everyone? There are so many people in the world who deliberately force me to fight."

"That means you had a fight with someone here too," Jia asked.

Seeing them both, Piya was coming to them to talk to them. Answering Jia's question, she said, "This time your friend's fight is not with everyone but with the top businessman here, Mr. Arya Singh Oberoi."

"What?" Hearing Arya's name from Piya's mouth, Jia quickly turned towards Shivi. Holding her with both hands, she said, "You met Arya Singh Oberoi and fought with him as soon as you met him... tell me this is a lie."

"This is no lie, it's all true. You are reacting as if I fought with God himself," Shivi shouted at her in anger.

"Bro... in the field we want to move forward in, understand that he is God there," Ishaan said, running his hand through his hair.

"I don't care about him..." Shivi said in a stern voice, "That man is arrogant and crazy. I came to my table here to party and he was not ready to get up from there. He fought with me over such a small thing."

"So you could have gone and sat at another table... what was the need to fight in this?" Jia said, glaring at her.

"Why should I go somewhere else? He could have gone too, right... Listen further... Then, showing off his money, he bought this restaurant and the greedy people here sold it to him too."

Shivi was talking quite loudly in anger. Hearing her, the restaurant owner came to her and said, "What are you saying? We are not at all greedy. My father had opened this restaurant and till today we sell food at low prices following his principles. His dream was to open an Indian food restaurant in London... He used to give free food to every needy and poor person... we also do the same, then how can you call us greedy."

"That's because, Uncle ji, how can you sell your father's last memory, his dream, to that Arya Singh Oberoi like this? You know very well that he has bought this restaurant in anger. Tell me yourself, how long has he been coming here? Has he ever talked about buying this restaurant before?" Shivi kept her point, capturing his emotion.

"What is Shivi trying to do?" Jia asked Ishaan slowly.

Answering her, Ishaan said in a subdued voice, "You are probably forgetting, if he is Arya Singh Oberoi, then our Shivi is no less than anyone. Once she decides to do something, she does it."

"Is Shivi going to cancel his deal..." Jia stopped while speaking. She understood what Shivi was trying to do. "We should stop her."

"And why is that? You know very well that Shivi may fight with everyone in her trouble, but she never fights with anyone on the wrong thing. What she is doing is absolutely right," Ishaan stopped Jia.

Hearing Shivi's words, the restaurant owner fell into thought. He said in a low voice, "Yes, he has been coming here for almost 2 years and he also has some memories associated with it. He has forbidden anyone from sitting at this table but has never talked about buying it."

"Yes, so if this restaurant is so special to him, why didn't he buy it before? He wants to buy this restaurant using it as a weapon in his stubbornness and anger. Will you sell your father's memories and your hard work of so many years so that an अमीर man's revenge is fulfilled?"

Hearing Shivi's words, the restaurant owner said, "Never... when his call comes back, I will tell him that I don't want to sell my father's memories."

"That's the spirit, Uncle ji, emotions have no price, no matter how much money the other person gives," Shivi said with a smile.

Hearing her, the restaurant owner lovingly put his hand on her head and said, "Thank you so much beta ji, today you stopped me from committing a sin. You came here to party, right? Today's party is on me, that too absolutely free..."

"Shivi doesn't even take a chocolate for free, then a party is a big thing. It is enough for me that you understood my point," Shivi replied with full attitude.

After talking to her, the restaurant owner went back to his staff and shouted loudly, "Come on everyone, get back to your work. We are not going to sell this restaurant and Indiana Restaurant will run like this." Completing his point, he smiled at Shivi.

"Wow Shivi, you are awesome," Ishaan praised her.

"What if he takes revenge on us for this," Jia said hesitantly.

"You watch TV serials a little less. No one will come here to take revenge. When he comes to know that his deal has been canceled, he will just stare at everyone with his crooked eyes in anger. I want to see his face fall at that time," there was happiness of her victory on Shivi's face.

"Let's leave all this, anyway a lot of time has been wasted. Let's do what we came here for. Let's have a party..." Ishaan said.

Jia and Shivi agreed with him and they got busy with their party there.

Arya Singh Oberoi had finalized the deal to buy Indiana Restaurant from his side, but when his assistant Jenny reached there, the restaurant owner refused to sell his restaurant. Through a call, Arya found out about the party Shivi and her friends were having there. After hearing all this, he got very angry and threw his phone down in anger.

"Not so easily, Shivi... not at all." Arya said with complete attitude, "You don't know Arya Singh Oberoi yet. I didn't become such a big businessman so easily... I will get this deal done at any cost, but now my enmity will cost you dearly... very dearly."

Arya left all his work and immediately drove back out.

After he left, a boy and a girl came out from two different parts of the house. Both were younger than Arya.

The boy was about 17 years old, and the girl was 20 years old...!

Both glared at each other and then averted their eyes. Silence prevailed there for a while.

Breaking the silence, the girl said, "Mr. Grumpy is angry about something again today."

"I don't know, Miss Snooty..." the boy replied with attitude. He pushed up his stylish glasses and looked away again.

"If you don't know, then find out..." the girl said.

"What's new today? Anyway, he's always in a bad mood... you just mind your own business." the boy replied. Both were talking without looking at each other.

"Yes, it's not new, but today a girl's name came out of his mouth, Shaurya." the girl called the boy by his name.

Hearing his name from her mouth, Shaurya abandoned his attitude and went to her. "Are you really worried about him, Myra?"

Hearing Shaurya's words, Myra laughed softly and then said, "Do you really think so? If you think so, then you are completely wrong. Some great person has said, keep an eye on every activity of your enemies."

"I am also your enemy. Then why are you telling me all this?" Shaurya asked in surprise.

"You have a point... but if I compare you both, I hate him more than I hate you. The enemy of my enemy is my friend... let's teach that grumpy Oberoi a lesson together..."

Shaurya and Myra were Arya's younger siblings, but all three had different mothers. That was the reason why they couldn't stand each other.

Shaurya thought about Myra's words for a while and then replied, "I don't need to join hands with anyone else to teach someone a lesson... Shaurya Singh Oberoi is enough on his own."

He rejected Myra's proposal and left from there whistling. Myra was quite angry at his actions.

"Huh... fake Oberoi with fake attitude... Myra will handle everything alone." Myra said to herself and immediately left in her car to follow Arya.

After a journey of about 2 hours, Arya was in front of the Indiana Restaurant. It was quite late at night, but the restaurant was still open. The peace there made it clear that Shivi and her friends had left.

The restaurant owner was also looking to close it. Arya quickly went inside. He was surprised to see him there at that time.

"It's quite late, sir, you shouldn't have come here at this time." he said looking at Arya.

"Mr. Singh, I don't beat around the bush, and I don't have time to waste. You know very well why I have come here. I'll get straight to the point. You finalized the restaurant deal in the evening, but after a while you backed out. I want to know the reason for this." Arya asked directly.

"Sir ji... my emotions are attached to this restaurant. It is my father ji's last sign. I cannot sell it." Mr. Singh replied.

"But you said yes then. You cannot back out now."

"We were just talking at that time. It was a good thing that the girl explained it to me. Otherwise, I would have unknowingly committed such a big sin. No matter how much money you give me, sir ji, I will not do this deal." Mr. Singh clearly refused to do the deal.

"Oh, so you are doing all this by listening to that girl. How much do you even know her? Tomorrow she will come and say that your father ji's emotions are attached to this restaurant, do one thing, feed everyone for free. Can you do that?"

Mr. Singh shook his head in no at his words.

Arya further said, "Can I know the value of your father ji's emotions, I mean this restaurant?"

    "About 50,000 pounds..."

Hearing his words, Arya immediately said without thinking, "Two lakhs pounds... if I calculate according to Indian currency, then about 2 crore rupees... 4 times more than the price of your restaurant..."

Arya's offer was quite good, but still Mr. Singh was a little hesitant. "But sir ji, I have never thought of working anywhere else besides this restaurant."

"Don't worry, I also value your father ji's emotions as much. I will not fire you from your job. You can work here. Even after selling the restaurant, you will get a good salary..." Despite offering four times more money, Arya also offered him a job in his insistence on finalizing the deal.

Mr. Singh was still thinking about this. Seeing him silent, Arya said, "Think about it, you don't get such a good offer again and again. As for that girl, her worth here is only to eat a meal. She will not be of any use to you when you need money. You know, I have been coming here for almost 2 years and I know very well how much profit or loss this restaurant is in..."

Arya's words changed Mr. Singh's decision once again. This time he said yes to selling the restaurant.

"Okay, I am ready to send this restaurant, you tomorrow..." Mr. Singh's words were not even complete when Arya interrupted him and said, "I have already made a mistake by giving you time once, but not this time... My lawyer and assistant will come and make the papers now... Renovation work will go on in this restaurant all night, where first of all your name will be removed from the hoarding and my name will be put up."

Mr. Singh agreed to his words. He immediately called his lawyer and Jenny to work. In a little while, the interior designing team started working there.

By morning, some necessary changes were completed in the restaurant. Now Arya Singh Oberoi's name was written below Indiana Restaurants.

Arya was present there all night. Seeing his name under the restaurant in the morning, there was a proud smile of victory on his face.

"Shivi is your name, right... you don't even know Arya Singh Oberoi yet... but after today I won't even let you forget my name." Arya said to himself and came inside the same restaurant.

After coming inside, he said to Mr. Singh, "The work is done, Mr. Singh, there will be a grand party here this evening, and yes, tonight's special guest will be Shivi... whom you yourself will invite to come here." Saying his words, Arya had left to go somewhere. At the same time, Arya's sister Myra was sitting in her car at some distance from the restaurant and watching everything.

Seeing the board there, she had understood what must have happened there. After Arya left, she also left to follow him.

After finishing all the work at the Indiana Restaurant, Arya reached his home, Oberoi Mansion. As soon as he got out of his car, his eyes fell on the large yard on the other side of the house. A chopper had just landed there.

Instead of going inside, Arya stood there and looked towards it. The first person to emerge from it was a man of about 55 years old. It was Arya's father, Mr. Ashutosh Singh Oberoi. He was wearing a blue branded suit. With him was an Indo-British girl of Arya's age. Despite the cold outside, she was wearing quite skimpy clothes. The scarf around her neck, put on for fashion, was useless in that cold.

Mr. Oberoi wrapped his arms around the girl and kissed her deeply on the lips. Seeing them, Arya averted his gaze. After a while, Ashutosh was walking towards the house with her, when his eyes fell on Arya. Arya looked at them both with anger and hatred, while Mr. Oberoi gave him a slight smile. Now, instead of going inside, he started walking towards Arya with the girl.

"You should come home on time. Working in the office till late at night is not good for your health," he said, coming to Arya. There was concern for Arya in his words.

Hearing him, Arya gave a sarcastic smile and replied, "Since when have you started caring about me, Mr. Oberoi?"

"From the very day your mother first told me the news of being pregnant."

Hearing Mr. Oberoi's reply, Arya said, "Oh, you even remember that?" Saying this, he looked at the girl who had come with him. "Looks like it's time for your third wife to leave from here."

Before Mr. Oberoi could reply to his words, the girl interrupted, "Darling... Who is he?"

"Kerin... Baby... He is my elder son... Arya..." he introduced her to Arya.

"Handsome he is..." Saying this, the girl, Kerin, gave Arya a quick glance. She moved forward to meet Arya, but he took a few steps back. Kerin's steps stopped there.

Mr. Oberoi chuckled slightly and said, "Yes, he takes after me."

"Not at all, Dad... I am nothing like you... And I don't want to be either," Arya replied immediately. "Does everyone at home know about your Kerin?"

"If they don't know, they will now... Arya, there will be a grand party this evening, where I am going to officially announce my relationship with Kerin. Are you going to talk about everything here? Let's go inside..." Mr. Oberoi replied. Then he extended his hand towards Kerin and said, "Come, baby..."

Mr. Oberoi was holding the girl's hand and walking inside when another car stopped. It was Myra. She got out. She saw Mr. Oberoi from behind, going with the girl.

After seeing them, Myra glanced at Arya, who was watching them leave with cold eyes. From the way he was looking, she understood who that woman could be.

"How can he do this every time... I thought he was with Christy for the longest time... But he is not loyal to her either," Myra shouted angrily.

Hearing her voice, Arya looked at her. There was no expression on his face. This was irritating for Myra.

"Don't you really care about all this? How can you be so heartless? You shouldn't ignore such a big thing like this," Myra yelled at him.

"I have learned to ignore it. You people better learn it too..." Saying this, Arya started to leave. Suddenly, he stopped and turned to Myra and said, "Yes, I don't care... And I never will. If I cared, I could have come to Indiana last night and asked what you were doing here at this time... You are a very bad spy, Myra."

Arya's words made it clear that he had seen Myra outside the restaurant last night. Hearing his words, Myra lowered her gaze.

Arya didn't say anything further and started going inside. Myra was also coming behind him. Mr. Oberoi had reached inside.

As soon as he came inside, he gathered the entire family in the living area of the house through the house help.

There, Ashutosh was standing with Christy in the front. Near them was Mr. Vikram Singh Oberoi, the eldest member of the Oberoi family, who was about 80 years old. He was Arya's grandfather. He was wearing stylish reading glasses and had perfectly set the combed hair in the middle of his head. His clothes were also quite stylish for his age.

Next to them stood Shaurya and his mom, Christy. Christy's eyes were moist.

Arya and Myra also reached there among them all. As soon as those two arrived, Ashutosh said, "I am happy that our whole family is gathered here in one place... Despite living in London, we live in a joint family. We care for each other and respect each other's decisions."

Hearing him, Christy said, "It would be better if you came straight to the point."

"Okay..." Ashutosh said with a smile, "Christy... Dear, I have no problem with you. You can stay in this house if you want... But now I am tired of you. I have given you 18 years of my life... If you look at it, that's a very long time."

"It's not you who gave me this time, it's me who gave it to you... I could have left you like your ex-wife Lisa..." Christy was saying. Hearing the name of her mother Lisa from her mouth, Myra burst out at her angrily, "Where did my mom come from in all this? Listen... Whatever fights you both have, don't bring my mom into it. She doesn't live with us anymore."

Ignoring Myra's words, Christy said, "I never said anything to you about your affairs... I stayed with you to maintain this false marriage for your son, and today you are leaving me for this girl... Who is the age of your son."

"Look, don't talk about age... Love never sees age. If you look at it, you are also 15 years younger than me in age. Let's not stretch the matter too much, you will get the divorce papers by evening. Sign them without any drama. After the divorce, Kerin and I will get married."

As soon as Mr. Oberoi put his entire point in front of everyone, Arya's eyes went to the picture on the wall in front. It was a photo of his mother, with a garland on it. At the same time, Myra looked at her mobile screen, which had a photo of her mother Lisa as the wallpaper. Shaurya's eyes were fixed on his mother Christy. All three had anger and slight moisture in their eyes.

There was no expression on Arya's face, as if he was not affected by all this, while Shaurya and Myra were glaring at Ashutosh with eyes that could eat him alive. Mr. Vikram Singh Oberoi was also standing silently and looking at Kerin.

"Dad, you are the elder of this house, please say something," Christy looked with hopeful eyes at Vikram Singh Oberoi, who was the eldest of the house.

"If my words were listened to, then after Arya's mother Bandhan, no other woman would have come into this house as Ashu's wife," Vikram Ji replied and looked at the picture of Arya's mother Bandhan in front. "For me, the daughter-in-law of this house has always been Bandhan, I don't care who else he brings here."

"I said I don't want any argument. You can stay here even after the divorce... But I need your signature on those papers at any cost," Ashutosh said.

"You are doing wrong with my mom, Dad... This is outright injustice. This woman cannot stay here... Not while I am here," Shaurya shouted.

"Okay, then let's do this, I'll throw you out of this house along with your mother... Your name will be removed from Oberoi, then you will have no worth. Learn something from the other children of the house. They are also adjusting here, so you also learn to adjust," Ashutosh replied bluntly and, holding Kerin's hand, took her away from there.

There was complete silence there for a while. Myra glanced at Christy and Shaurya and then said, "All this was bound to happen to you. It is said that a person's actions come back to them. You also ruined my mom's life in the same way. Understand that what you did with her is happening with you."

Saying this, Myra went to her room. Shaurya looked at Arya and said, "Don't you have anything to say about this?"

"Congratulations, Mrs. Oberoi..." Arya said with a slight smile and left from there. His attitude made it clear that he was not affected by any of this.

"Disgusting... How can someone be so insensitive that he is congratulating on their divorce," Shaurya said angrily. "That's why we hate him, hate him so much... He doesn't deserve anyone's love."

Arya was going to his room from there. Shaurya's voice was reaching his ears, but he was going upstairs without any expression, as if he was really not affected by any of this. Vikram Singh Oberoi was also coming behind him.

"Where are you going, dude? Won't you welcome the new member of the Oberoi family?" he called out to Arya from behind.

Arya stopped for him. When he reached him, he chuckled slightly and said, "Family? It seems to me like nothing less than a zoo... Thank God, I spend most of my time in the office, otherwise I would have gone crazy like them."

"Yes, you are talking as if you don't have your own separate house... Now, will you say something in praise of me, or should I speak?" They were both walking and talking.

"I'll say it..." Arya took a deep breath and exhaled, and then said, "Your memories are attached to this house, you don't want to shift from here... I'm telling you the truth, Dadu, you are the one and only reason why I step into this house... Otherwise..."

"Otherwise, Arya Singh Oberoi doesn't lack money... Ashutosh Singh Oberoi keeps his other children with him on the strength of money, he doesn't have that much status that he can give his elder son the reference of money. Really Arya, I am proud of you... You have achieved a lot on your own today," Vikram Ji interrupted Arya's words. He became a little emotional while speaking.

"I am not his son, Dadu..." Arya said in a cold tone.

"Come on, leave it now... There is another new member coming to the house, let's have a party in that sorrow... An evening in the name of the world's unhappiest family."

Arya agreed to his words and started going to the terrace with him. Both of them often spent good time there. Apart from Vikram Singh Oberoi, Arya had no one of his own in that family. Although he spent most of his time in the office, he was the only reason why he came to spend some time in Oberoi Mansion.

It was 8:00 in the morning. Shivi was in front of a flat. She could not sleep because of staying out all night. Her eyes were slightly swollen and her face was tired.

"Welcome to the hell, Shivi," she said to herself and raised her hand to ring the doorbell.

Despite ringing the doorbell for a long time, no one opened the door, so Shivi started banging on the door loudly. There was no response from inside. It seemed like no one was present.

Exhausted, Shivi sat down there, leaning against the door. "Why do all the samples of the world come to my part? I don't know when I will get rid of all this and be able to go back to Mumbai..."

There were expressions of sadness on Shivi's face while speaking. Suddenly the door opened. Shivi was sitting leaning against the door. Because of the door opening, she fell backwards.

Shivi was standing in front of an apartment flat early in the morning. When no one opened the door, she sat down, leaning against it.

A while later, the door opened, and Shivi fell backward with a jolt. The person who opened the door laughed loudly as she fell.

Shivi got up, making a face. "You did that on purpose, didn't you?" She glared at him.

"So?" he said, laughing again. The boy in front of her was older than Shivi. He was fair-skinned with blue eyes and blond hair that was slightly long around his ears. "Where were you last night?"

"Is that any of your business? The farther we stay away from each other, the better it will be for us, Neil..." Shivi said, starting to walk towards her room.

Neil didn't like her blunt response. He quickly went after her, grabbed her arm, and turned her to face him. "How many times have I told you not to talk to me disrespectfully? It will cost you dearly."

"Let go... you're hurting me." Shivi jerked her hand away from Neil.

"I will make your life hell. This is just the beginning; you will experience so much pain that this will be nothing compared to it." Neil replied cruelly. He had a smile on his face.

"In your dreams... When I move out of here, I won't even look at your face."

"Oh, so you have that much money? I have to live in this small place because of you... You have to pay for the bitterness you have added to my otherwise happy life, Little Sister..."

"Whatever happened to you, it wasn't my fault. What can I do if your dad kicked you out of his bungalow and dropped you here to punish you?" Shivi said.

"Can do, you say? It all happened because of your mother and you. Your mother married my dad for money and made me your babysitter. Now that I've got a babysitting job, I'll do it well, right? Where were you all night yesterday... Answer me." Neil was talking to Shivi very angrily. He was very close to her and had gripped her wrist tightly in anger.

"And I don't think it's necessary to tell you." Shivi pinched him with her other hand and freed her hand. Neil gasped in pain. "Don't you and your dad try to be my dad."

After saying this, Shivi started to go to her room when Neil called out from behind, "We can't be your dad, Sister... We are civilians, not criminals... We would have to take someone's life to be like him. You know where he is and who you are... the daughter of a murderer."

This time Shivi didn't reply to him and went to her room and locked it from the inside. Neil was very happy with his victory.

As soon as she came inside, tears welled up in Shivi's eyes. She pretended to be very strong in front of Neil, but he knew her weak spot well. Whenever he couldn't beat her, he would hurt her by mentioning her dad's name.

"My dad is not a murderer, he was just framed. If my mom hadn't brought me here, I could have proven it." Shivi said to herself and wiped her tears.

Then her eyes fell on the calendar in front of her, in which all the dates except the last two of the month were marked with a cross.

"Just 2 more days... After 2 days, I will get my MBA degree and I will go back to India. Because of having a good degree, I should get a job. Staying there, I will prove my dad innocent... Just 2 more days... Then I will never set foot in this cursed place again."

Shivi immediately composed herself and opened the closet to start packing. She was packing when her mobile phone rang.

Seeing her mother's phone on the mobile screen, Shivi muttered, "Now I have to deal with her too... Neil must have told her everything."

She picked up her mother's call. On the other end was Shivi's mother, Nandini, "What is this I'm hearing, Shivi... You were out of the house again last night. I know we don't live in India anymore, but that doesn't mean you can disappear all night and have a good time. Are you going to say something or not?"

"I'll say something when you give me a chance to speak..." Shivi could barely finish her sentence when Nandini interrupted again, "Yes, that's all that was left... You were already rude to other people, now you're starting to talk to me in the same tone."

"Why did you call me if you didn't want to listen to me?"

"I called you to tell you that Neil has to live in that small house because of you. He couldn't sleep all night because of you... Drop this attitude of yours and get along with him so that your dad can forgive him and call him back home."

"He's not my dad..." Shivi shouted at her angrily, "Secondly, Neil wasn't kicked out of the house because of me... He himself spoke rudely to his dad."

"The fight happened because of you. Look, son, we don't have anyone else except them now. It would be better if you accept all of this." This time there was a bit of tenderness in Nandini's voice. She was trying to reason with her lovingly.

Shivi also didn't feel it necessary to argue further. "I'll talk to you later, Mom, I have work right now." Saying this, Shivi cut the call.

After disconnecting the call, she sat on the bed and started thinking. "Accept my foot... Just somehow let these 2 days pass, then I will never see any of your faces in my life. I didn't expect this from you, Mom. Where did that love of yours go, the one you had for my dad... Everything has been lost in this glitter, but Shivi is different. For her, love matters more than money. I will prove my dad innocent. Then we will start our new life together."

Thinking about the new and good life to come, there was a glow on Shivi's face. Forgetting the argument she had with her mother a while ago, she started packing again with the same enthusiasm.

    ____________

Hearing the news of Mr. Ashutosh Singh Oberoi getting married to Kerin created a stir in Oberoi Mansion. Shortly after the news was announced, the event management team was at his house, preparing for the party that evening.

In the midst of all this, Myra bumped into Shaurya while coming downstairs. Shaurya was upset because of the argument downstairs, while Myra was also sad somewhere because of all this.

Seeing Shaurya's sullen face, Myra said, "You should have been prepared for all this. Dad had quite a few affairs... How long would he have stayed with Christy Aunty anyway. I really sympathize with you."

"Don't give me false sympathy... I know very well that you're very happy inside." Shaurya replied.

"Yes, I thought so too... But I'm not getting any happiness. Anyway, forget it... What have you thought of next... I mean, after the divorce..."

"You don't need to worry about us. Mom will never stay here... And without her, neither will I... I'm not like you, who would leave their mom's side out of greed for property." Shaurya taunted.

"The decision to leave me here was my mom's... And why should I give up my right. My mom was sick... Anyway, she's not in this world anymore. If I had gone to her, I would be rotting somewhere in poverty today. She was dying, maybe that's why Dad left her." Myra said in a subdued voice.

"This man can never belong to anyone." Shaurya said angrily. "I will never let this divorce happen... I won't leave this man worthy of marrying anyone else." Saying this, Shaurya started to leave.

Myra was shocked to hear him. She quickly ran in front of him. "I'm with you... Tell me the plan quickly."

"But I don't need your support..."

"Look... two are better than one... Put your ego aside at this time. If there is even a slight mistake in the plan, the whole matter can be spoiled." Myra tried to reason with him.

"Okay." Shaurya agreed after thinking for a while. "Tonight's party will be memorable at Oberoi Mansion." There was a crooked smile on his lips.

The two shook hands. Shaurya left with Myra. At the same time, Arya and Vikram Singh Oberoi were coming downstairs. They saw Myra and Shaurya going together from behind, and there were expressions of surprise on both of their faces.

"These two together... Am I dreaming or something?" Vikram Ji said, looking at Arya.

"You could say so... Anyway, everything is unexpected in this zoo." Arya replied.

"Yes, you're right... I'm most surprised to see that girl who is going to marry a man her father's age. Your father has also lost his mind... At this age, he should be thinking about his son's marriage, and here he is preparing to ride the mare himself."

"I told you, I only care about you in this house. I don't care what anyone else does. Let's go, I'm leaving now." Saying this, Arya started to leave.

Vikram Singh Ji called out to him from behind, "Are you coming to the party tonight?"

Arya turned to him and said, "No Dadu... I've bought a new restaurant. I'm just going to its inauguration party tonight. I want you to come with me too."

"Yes, I could have gone... I have nothing to do with the party and Ashu's marriage happening in this house... But I don't want the children to suffer because of all this. It's not their fault." Vikram Singh said in a serious voice.

"The ones you're considering children are not children at all. You saw those two together a while ago, which means something big is definitely going to happen at the party tonight."

"Then understand that there will also need to be someone to stop that mess. Come to the party for a while, so that..."

"So that the honor of your Oberoi family is maintained." Arya interrupted him.

Vikram Singh Ji agreed to his point. Arya didn't say anything further and left for the office.

"I'm also waiting for this evening... I'm eager to see that girl Shivi's face in defeat, not for Mr. Oberoi's new marriage." Thinking about the night, Arya had a smile on his face, a smile of victory.

Shivi had completed her MBA. She was about to receive her degree from the university in two days. Shivi's mother had remarried, due to which she had to settle in London from Mumbai. After getting her degree, she wanted to settle back in Mumbai. Thinking this, Shivi had done all her packing in advance.

After completing the packing, she was keeping the luggage in the storage room. "Before anyone's eyes fall on my luggage, I should hide it. If Neil finds out by mistake, he will first call Mom... and if she finds out, she will never let me go back from here. Now she will only find out after I leave from here. I should book the ticket too."

After keeping the luggage, Shivi sat on the bed to relax. She took out her mobile to book the ticket.

"Why has Piya messaged me? I agree that numbers were exchanged because of a little acquaintance in the restaurant, but who messages so quickly?" Shivi was a little surprised to see the message from Piya, the girl she met at the restaurant.

Shivi checked the message, which mentioned the party to be held in the evening. The reason for the party was not mentioned because Arya had forbidden her to do so.

After seeing the message, there was a slight smile on Shivi's face. "So Mr. Singh is giving a party for the happiness of not selling the restaurant. Well, unknowingly, I did a good deed. I stopped Mr. Singh from selling his father's memories."

Thinking about Mr. Singh's father, Shivi remembered her father and her eyelids became wet.

"Papa, you are really special... very special, like my father is. Just get rid of this place as soon as possible and I will go to meet you. I promise Papa, I will prove you innocent. I will prove that you had no hand in that accident. In the eyes of the world, in the eyes of mother, or in anyone else's eyes, you may be a criminal, but never in my eyes..."

Shivi was sitting sadly thinking about her father, when Neil knocked on the door. He had a plate of breakfast in his hand, which contained a cup of tea and some toast.

"Silently have your breakfast. I am not your maid, who will keep wandering around to feed you." Neil said as he came inside. He kept the breakfast in front of Shivi. He saw that Shivi's face was downcast. "What happened?"

"You look better when you are bothering me than when you are worried about me. A lot has happened, but why should I tell you? Maybe you are forgetting that we are not friends." Shivi replied rudely.

Neil was her stepbrother. Because of this, the two did not get along at all. Responding to her words, Neil said, "Yeah, right." Saying this, he was about to leave, when Shivi stopped him and said, "You can take your breakfast too. There is no need to do this favor."

"I am not doing a favor... you know that if you don't eat, I will be punished for it. If you are not hungry, then take one bite and leave it, but I have to send a photo of you having breakfast to Dad. As you know, it is my duty and punishment too..."

Shivi nodded at his words and, putting on a fake smile, started having breakfast. Neil clicked a photo of her having breakfast and sent it to his dad.

After doing this, he left from there. Seeing his sullen face, Shivi smiled a little even in so much trouble. "Poor thing, he is stuck in too much trouble because of me."

Shivi was talking to herself when Neil shouted from outside, "I am going to the office. And for God's sake, don't disappear from here like last night. Come home quietly. I am not going to lie for you again and again. It is not easy to hide everything from Dad."

Hearing Neil's words, Shivi muttered, "Yes, he is talking as if he doesn't tell anyone anything... He knows very well how to fill my mother's ears, if not his dad's."

Neil gave all the instructions to Shivi and left from there. After he left, Shivi went to the bathroom, got ready and came out.

"I should call Jia and Ishan and ask them if they have also received the notification for the party or not..." She picked up her mobile and thought of calling them. Just then Ishan's call came on her phone. Jia was also present with him.

"Did you also find out about the party happening this evening? Did you get a message from Indiana Restaurant?" Ishan said as soon as Shivi picked up the phone.

"Yes, I also received it, but the reason for the party is not known? I liked that restaurant and the people working there. I would like to go there again and again." Shivi immediately said yes to go to the party.

"So it's final then. But we will not go to the party this evening but now. That restaurant is not very big. Maybe we can help there. Anyway, today is a free day." Jia suggested, on which Shivi and Ishan immediately agreed to go quickly.

"Okay, then let's meet at Indiana Restaurant. Jia is with me, Shivi you come by cab." Ishan said.

Shivi agreed to his words and cut the call. She took a bag with her, which had a dress to wear at night, and left from there to go to Indiana Restaurant.

Preparations for the party were going on in full swing in Oberoi Mansion as well. Arya had left for the office from there. Behind him, Shaurya and Myra were sitting in their room and planning to spoil the evening party.

"So tell me quickly, what have you thought?" Myra asked.

Shaurya, who was pacing back and forth in the room, stopped at Myra's words. "Something like that, after doing which all the blame for the mistake does not come on us, but on someone else."

"What do you mean? I didn't understand anything? What are you thinking of doing?" Myra asked in surprise.

"Okay, the plan is a little different... Dad's and Kerin's dress to wear at the party in the evening will come from Arya Bro's place. I heard Dad talking... Arya Bro will select the dresses too."

Shaurya was telling Myra his plan when Myra interrupted him, "But why will he select dresses for both of them? They don't care about anything. He is not going to prepare for them."

"He will have to do it at Dad's behest. I told you, I heard Dad talking to someone on the phone. He has given the entire responsibility to Bro. Now we have to spoil Kerin's dress in any way, so that she can be insulted at the party and this relationship can be spoiled before it is announced. Now the dress will go from Arya Bro's place, so all the blame will come on him."

Shaurya put his entire plan in front of Myra. After listening to him, Myra had a smile on her face. She stood up and clapped for Shaurya.

"Very good... the plan is quite good. Killing two birds with one stone... I have no sympathy for your mom but I told you that I hate Arya Singh Oberoi so much that I can forget anything in front of him."

"Exactly... the fun will be more than spoiling this party when all the blame goes on Arya Bro. Then maybe he will care about something..." Shaurya said cruelly.

"He will definitely care. That person has not cared about anything till now but this time he will definitely care when it comes to himself. You know Shaurya, there is only one reason to hate that person that whenever he is needed, he takes his steps back, just saying that I don't care. Even when my mom was kicked out of this house, he didn't say anything and today at the time of your mom..." Myra said angrily.

Shaurya also agreed with her. "You go and sit in the CCTV control room. Whenever the dress comes, inform me... till then I will prepare for the further plan. Let's see what else can be done to enhance this plan."

"Okay. Good luck..." Myra gave him a thumbs-up to wish him good luck and went to the work he told her.

After she left, Shaurya sat there thinking about extending that plan.

It was 1:00 in the afternoon. Ishan and Jia reached Indiana Restaurant, while on the other hand, at the same time, Shivi had reached the restaurant in a cab. All three of them came out together.

After smiling at each other and extending their hands, all three were going inside, when their eyes fell on the board outside on which Arya Singh Oberoi's name was written. The restaurants had also been slightly changed from the outside.

After seeing Arya's name on the board, Shivi's anger was on the seventh sky.

"So finally he did it." Shivi said angrily.

"This was bound to happen. He is such a big businessman, how could he let this deal go out of his hands like this to boost his ego." Jia replied.

"If he had bought this restaurant, then what was the need to invite us to the party?" Ishan was also very angry after seeing all that.

Answering his question, Shivi said, "He has done all this to humiliate me."

"Whatever it is, the truth is that you have lost. You could not stop this restaurant from being sold." Jia said.

There were expressions of disappointment on Shivi's face. She said in a low voice, "Yes, I have lost once again. Even though I have lost this battle, I cannot afford to lose the battle that I have thought of doing in the future. I could not stop Mr. Singh's father's memories and dreams from being sold, but my father..." Saying this, Shivi stopped. She saw Ishan and Jia looking at her strangely.

"Come on, leave it now, don't lose heart. Anyway, he is Arya Singh Oberoi. I told you, he will not give up so easily. Come on, let's go inside and enjoy the party." Jia tried to improve Shivi's mood.

"No, I don't want to go. Where Arya Singh Oberoi will be, Shivi will never go there. I don't even want to see the face of that person who weighs love with money." Shivi refused to go inside.

"Don't be stubborn. We are nothing in front of him. Come on, let's go inside and talk to Mr. Singh." Ishan also tried to explain to her.

"I told you... where Arya Singh Oberoi will be, this Shivi will never go there. This restaurant is his, so I will not even step here and this is my promise." Shivi replied in a stern voice and started going to take a cab from there.

Shivi and her friends received a notification about a party from the Indiana Restaurant. Intending to help the restaurant staff, they arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Upon reaching there, as soon as Shivi saw the board with Arya Singh Oberoi's name in front of the restaurant, she immediately understood that Arya had bought the restaurant.

After arguing with her friends and deciding against attending the party, Shivi started walking away from the restaurant to catch a cab. Ishaan and Jia followed her to stop her.

Jia came up to her and said, “What is this childishness, Shivi? You know very well that we can never compete with Arya Singh Oberoi. Then why are you being so stubborn for no reason?”

“Who told you that I want to compete with him? I don't even want to see that person's face,” Shivi replied angrily.

“We are not forcing you to attend the party, Shivi,” Ishaan tried to reason with Shivi after Jia. “I just want us to go and talk to Mr. Singh once. He can't keep changing his mind. First, he agreed to sell the restaurant to Arya in one go, then he cancelled the deal at your request, and now we come back here to find out that Arya has bought the restaurant. At least we have every right to know the reason behind it.”

“Now I'm not even interested in knowing the reason. This place belongs to Arya Singh Oberoi, and I won't even step foot here,” Shivi delivered her final verdict.

Hearing her words, Jia started laughing. Ishaan and Shivi looked at her in surprise as she laughed like that. Answering their questioning glances, Jia said, “What did you say? You won't even step foot in the place of 'Compete' Singh Oberoi? Let's make one thing clear, Miss Shivi... the university where you are completing your MBA degree and dreaming big dreams also belongs to that same Arya Singh Oberoi.”

“So what? My degree is complete. I didn't have any fight with him before, so I used to go there. You know very well that we won't be going back there after the ceremony the day after tomorrow,” Shivi replied with full attitude. “I told you, where Arya Singh Oberoi is, this Shivi will never go.”

Shivi delivered her decision. She was standing there talking to them when a cab passed by. Shivi signaled it to stop.

After the cab stopped, she looked at Ishaan and Jia and said, “If either of you wants to come with me, you can. Otherwise, this Shivi will never set foot in Indiana again.”

“You go, I'll come in my car,” Ishaan replied.

Shivi looked at Jia. Jia also refused to come with her. “I have to meet Arya. What can I do if you have a fight with him? I've always had a crush on him, and I can't miss the chance to meet him.”

“Be careful, or your crush might crush you,” Shivi said, making a face, and got into the cab and left.

As soon as Shivi left, Ishaan said to Jia, “At least don't say all these things in front of her.”

“If you have a problem too, you can leave,” Jia shrugged indifferently and started walking towards the Indiana Restaurant.

After they both went their separate ways, Ishaan stood there silently. He said to himself, “Why are these girls so crazy, and why did I have to get such friends? One doesn't even want to see Arya Singh Oberoi's face, and the other is staying here just to catch a glimpse of him. Thank God, mine isn't like that... she's not crazy about Arya Singh Oberoi despite being so close to him.” As he spoke, a smile suddenly appeared on Ishaan's face, and he drove off somewhere in his car.

    __________

It was about 10:00 in the morning. Arya Singh Oberoi was standing in front of a large building with "DESIRES" written in big letters on top. This was Arya's textile company, which he had built on his own.

Driven by a passion to move forward, he had established himself in London in a very short time. His company was famous for making Indian ethnic dresses in London.

Arya got out of the car and went into the office. As soon as he stepped inside, everyone started working quickly. The office was quiet, and all the work was being done in a very organized manner. Most of the people working there were Indians.

Seeing Arya arrive, his assistant Jenny quickly rushed towards him. "Good morning, sir..." she said in a very composed manner.

"Come to my cabin," Arya said and started walking towards his cabin with quick steps.

Jenny was also following him. As soon as she came inside, she said, "Mr. Oberoi called, he needs an evening gown. He wants it this evening..."

Jenny was speaking when Arya interrupted her and said, "I already know all about this. Why didn't you refuse him? You know very well that we only design ethnics here."

"I tried to refuse him, but he said that you would handle everything. It's your family function, where everything needs to be perfect," Jenny replied in a low voice. There was no expression on her face.

"Yes, I'm a robot, you just need to press a button and the work will be done in a snap," Arya replied with slight anger.

"I don't know about pressing a button, but Mr. Oberoi wants you to design the dress yourself. You can make the design, and the team will handle the rest. If you want, I can send professionals to help. You can give them instructions," Jenny suggested.

"There's no need for that. Just leave me alone for a while. And yes, remember, no one should disturb me for the next 2 hours," Arya replied.

As soon as he said that, Jenny immediately left. As soon as she left, Arya locked the door of his cabin while sitting there.

Arya sat on the chair and started thinking about his old days. On the table in front of him was a photo frame of his mother, Bandhan.

Arya looked at that picture and said, "You won't believe it, Mom, once again he is ready to pierce your love. How can a person fall so low? He has sacrificed your memories. He hasn't remembered you even for a single day after you left."

Thinking about his mother, his eyelids became wet. Before tears could flow from his eyes, he wiped them away. To compose himself, Arya drank the water lying nearby.

"Let them do whatever they want, I don't care about them. By doing all this, they want to break me, that's why they deliberately gave me the work of designing Kerin's dress. He can do anything, but I won't be affected by his actions."

Arya strengthened himself in his mind and picked up the paper lying there and started sketching the dress. All his attention was focused on designing the dress.

After about 1 hour, Arya had created a beautiful design for an evening gown. After the design was ready, he called Jenny into his cabin, gave it to her and said, "Discuss the measurements and other necessary changes with whoever asked for this dress to be designed. This dress should be ready before evening."

Jenny agreed with him. She glanced at the dress, which was quite beautiful. "It's really very beautiful."

"And quite expensive too... the piece is exclusive and has been prepared in an emergency, so whoever has ordered it should be charged an extra amount. There is no option to reject the order," Arya was replying quite strictly.

Hearing his words, Jenny was surprised. She said, "But sir, this dress? This was designed by your dad, so how can we take money from him..."

"He is nothing more than my customer. Now take it away from here and let me do the rest of the work."

Jenny agreed with him and left with the dress. After she left, Arya remembered the party at the Indiana Restaurant.

"Let me take an update on that as well. The party preparations will be done well, but it is also important to take Shivi's update. I hope Piya has invited her," thinking, Arya called Piya, the girl who worked at the Indiana Restaurant.

When Piya saw Arya's number calling, she left all her work and went and sat at a table. She picked up the call and quickly said, "All the preparations for tomorrow evening are done, when are you arriving?" Piya's excitement was evident in her voice.

"Did you invite Shivi?" Arya asked directly.

"Yes sir, she has received the invitation. Her friends have also been invited. One of them has already arrived," Piya said, looking at Jia. "She has arrived, so she will definitely come too. I haven't told them yet that you have bought the restaurant. When they find out this evening..." Piya was constantly speaking in her excitement when she heard the sound of the call being cut from the front. "He cut the call... at least he should have listened to the whole thing." Piya's excitement disappeared in an instant when Arya cut the call.

On the other hand, Arya had a smile on his face after hearing about Shivi's arrival. He wanted to see Shivi's defeated face. While waiting for the evening, he got busy with his work.

    ___________

It was 6:00 in the evening. The preparations for the party to be held at Oberoi Mansion were completed very well. Even in such a short time, Mr. Oberoi had made good preparations. He had also invited media persons for this announcement. Many of his relatives living in London were also coming to attend this party.

In the midst of all this, the dress designed by Arya reached Oberoi Mansion. As soon as the dress arrived, Myra ran to get it.

She said to the house helping staff, "Give it to me. Kerin asked me to bring it."

He didn't argue much either and handed the dress over to Myra. Hiding from everyone's eyes, Myra reached Shaurya's room with the dress.

"So you finally did your job," Shaurya said with a smile.

"Of course, I did it," Myra replied. She closed the room and started looking at the dress. Her eyes widened after seeing it.

"Can't we use any other dress? It's very beautiful... I want to wear it," Myra said quickly.

"You girls are impossible. For sure this dress must be beautiful because Arya has designed it," Shaurya said, snatching the dress from Myra's hand. "Big Oberoi has worked on it, now it's the turn of Little Oberoi..."

Shaurya took out scissors from the drawer and started loosening the threads of the zip at the back of the gown. Seeing him doing this, Myra said, "Quite smart."

"Yes, because I'm not like you," he replied, pushing his glasses up. "If I cut the whole dress, it would be clear that someone has done it deliberately. Now whoever sees this dress will think that the maker has deliberately loosened it... or the work has been done carelessly. See, when Kerin wears this dress today, it will tear from the back after a while."

"This will be right, won't it... won't we both get blamed for it?" Myra was a little nervous.

"Don't be afraid, the whole blame will come on Big Bro. He says that he doesn't care. Now see how much and what he cares about. Go and send it to Kerin now," Shaurya said cleverly, packing the dress back in the same way after doing his work and handing it over to Myra.

Myra agreed with him and left with the dress to Kerin.

It was 9 PM. The party had started at Oberoi Mansion. Relatives of the Oberoi family living in London, along with other guests, had arrived. Christy was also present at the party. Shaury was standing with his mother, while Myra was standing a short distance away near Vikram Singh Ji. Both of them were waiting for Kerin to come downstairs.

Their wait was about to end soon. Almost their entire family had arrived there.

As soon as everyone arrived, Shaury messaged Myra. "Where is Arya?"

"I am also waiting for him... if he doesn't come here, our whole plan will flop." Myra replied to his message. After talking to Shaury, she looked at Vikram Singh Ji. "Whether anyone else knows about him or not, Daddu has every moment of news about him. Let me ask him." Myra said in her mind and looking at her Daddu said, "Daddu, I know Arya Bro doesn't consider anyone else in our family except you, but at least for Dad he could have come here for this function, right?"

"Why are you suddenly so worried about Arya, Myra?" Vikram Singh Ji suspected her for asking this way. "Before today, you never asked whether Arya is coming to any family function or not. You always make faces when you see him."

"I don't know why, but today I feel like being with the whole family. I wish my Mom was also here today... everyone is visible here around, just Arya Bro is not seen, so I just asked." Myra somehow managed to handle the situation. She didn't ask too many questions about it so that Vikram Singh wouldn't suspect too much.

They were standing there talking, when Vikram Singh's elder brother's family arrived there. They also lived in London.

In front of them was a slightly younger woman, with her two daughters. Seeing them, a slight smile appeared on his face. The woman was wearing a light pink Punjabi suit and had tied her white hair in a bun. Pink rose flowers were attached to the bun.

She walked up to them and greeted them with both hands joined. "Isn't it too late this time for this kind of party, Vikram Ji?"

"Yes, now you also start taunting, Ramandeep..." Vikram Ji said making a face.

Before replying to his words, Ramandeep Ji looked towards Myra. She said to her, "What are you doing here, girl? Go and stay with people of your age."

"Okay Beeji..." Myra replied. She got a good chance to avoid the conversation by this pretext, so she quickly left from there.

As soon as she left, Ramandeep Ji said to Vikram Singh Ji, "Ashutosh didn't marry for so many years, so I thought he had improved. But he has returned to his old habits again, why don't you explain it to him Vikram... now the age of marriage is not his, but Arya's."

Vikram Singh Ji calmed her down and said, "Speak slowly Raman, you just need an opportunity to get angry. You know very well that Ashu doesn't listen to anyone."

"If he doesn't listen, then has he also stopped seeing, that he can't see his young son." Ramandeep taunted.

"Arya will marry when he likes a girl for himself..." Vikram Singh was trying to explain to Ramandeep but she interrupted him, "These are all just things to say. Arya is not a child, he must have met so many girls by now. He must have liked some girl. It shouldn't be that he also delays in telling his heart's desire like someone else and then that girl gets married to someone else."

Vikram Singh smiled hearing Ramandeep's words. Replying to her words, he said, "Even today, your habit of taunting in conversation has not gone. You bring the conversation back to the same place."

"Then why shouldn't I? Because of your delay and not telling your heart's desire, my marriage took place with your elder brother. It shouldn't be the same with Arya." Ramandeep said.

"He is not Vikram Singh Oberoi, he is Arya Singh Oberoi. To get what Arya wants, he goes to any extent... then here it is a matter of his love. See, when my Arya falls in love, he will not care about anyone. He will make her his at any cost."

Vikram Singh had given a good answer to Ramandeep. Hearing his words, Ramandeep's face fell. She said in a low voice, "If you had been as confident about Arya as you are now, then the situation would have been very different today."

Ramandeep said only this much and then left from there. She was trying to mingle with the rest of the guests at the party.

Amidst all this, Ashutosh brought Kerin into the party, holding her hand.

As soon as they arrived there, Myra came to Shaury and said, "Now Dad has also come downstairs. I don't think he will come to the party."

"If he doesn't come, then try to call him here by any means. Go and talk to Daddu. Only he can bring him to the party now." Shaury replied angrily. His plan was almost about to fail because Arya was not there. Seeing all this, his mood was badly spoiled.

    _____________

Arya was present at the Indiana Restaurant. The grand party given by him was going on there. Today there was a good crowd in the restaurant. He was sitting there only for Shivi, while he was feeling suffocated because of the crowd there.

Even after waiting for a long time, when Shivi didn't come, he got angry and went to Piya. He held her hand and took her inside.

"You said you invited that girl. Then why hasn't she come here yet?" Arya said as soon as he came inside.

"I swear sir... I myself messaged her and her friends. I told you that one of her friends has been at the party for a long time and is also helping the team here." Piya tried to defend herself.

"If her friend has come, then why hasn't she come? Go and ask her friend when Shivi will come here. I want to see her face fall."

Piya agreed to Arya's words and came out of there. She tried to find Jia by running around here and there. She saw Jia dancing in the crowd. She also went to her and started dancing.

Arya was watching both of them from a distance. He muttered in his mind, "Now she also has to pass time here. Why doesn't she go and directly ask why Shivi hasn't come to the party."

Piya, who had gone to talk to Jia. She had a glass of drink in her hand. While dancing, she deliberately dropped it on Jia's clothes.

"I am so sorry.... I didn't do it deliberately. I'll take you to the washroom." Piya didn't give Jia a chance to speak and forcibly held her hand and started taking her to the washroom.

Seeing both of them going in that direction, Arya also followed them. The sound of music was quite low in the washroom, so there was a little silence there.

Piya was cleaning Jia's dress, when Arya came there quickly and closed the door.

"What is this misbehavior... this is ladies..." Jia was shouting at him angrily, then Arya turned towards her. Seeing him, she went silent. "Arya Singh Oberoi..."

Jia's anger vanished in a moment on seeing Arya. She said excitedly, "You are here? I am so happy that you bought this restaurant."

"Where is she.. she.." Arya was hesitating to ask about Shivi. He changed the topic and then said, "Your friend hasn't come. All the customers who come here were invited."

"Who Shivi?" Jia said making a face, "She is in a different mood, since she found out that you have bought this restaurant."

"Oh, so she knows." Arya gave a wry smile.

"Knows.. why wouldn't she know. When we came here in the morning and she saw the board on top of the restaurant... her face was worth seeing. She got very angry." Jia was telling him.

Arya was feeling relieved hearing her words. He said in his mind, "I am feeling so happy just by hearing, then imagine what would have happened if all this was happening in front of my eyes. I wish she was present at this party."

Arya was lost in his thoughts, when his phone rang. Seeing Vikram Singh's call on his mobile, Arya immediately went outside.

"Yes Daddu... I'll be there in a while." Arya quickly picked up the phone and said.

He immediately left that party and left for Oberoi Mansion.

In a short while, Arya's car was standing in front of Oberoi Mansion.

"What all I have to do for Daddu... look, now I have to become a part of this spectacle even against my will and some great people will have this misconception that I am happy with their absurd act." Arya got out of his car. He was going inside talking to himself.

As soon as he reached the party hall, Shaury and Myra's faces lit up, who were waiting for him to arrive.

"Now the real fun will come..." Shaury said smiling. Hearing his words, Myra said irritatedly, "What fun will come. It's been 40 minutes since Kerin came downstairs, but nothing has happened to her dress yet."

"I told you my plan is foolproof. If her dress got spoiled in one go, then everyone would have known that it was done intentionally. I had spoiled the alteration of the dress in such a way that it could last for some time." Shaury replied.

Ashutosh also saw Arya there, so his heart was also very comforted. He smiled at Arya and thanked him for coming. Arya did not respond to his smile and went to his Daddu.

"Finally Arya Singh Oberoi kept his Daddu's word." Vikram Singh Ji said as soon as he arrived there.

"Yes, and there was no other option." Arya replied making a face.

He stood silently near him for some time. When the waiter passed by, he took a glass of drink in his hand. Arya's eyes were fixed on Kerin and Ashutosh.

While introducing everyone, Ashutosh turned to the other side with Kerin, when Arya's eyes fell on Kerin's dress, his eyes widened.

"Oh no... this can't happen." Arya said to himself. He understood what was about to happen to Kerin's dress in the next moment.

    Words: 0

    Estimated Reading Time: 0 min

The party was in full swing at Oberoi Mansion. This party was thrown by Ashutosh Singh Oberoi to announce his relationship with Kerin.

Arya had arrived at the party. He stood reluctantly with his grandfather, Vikram Singh. As he stood there, his eyes fell on Kerin's dress, which looked like it was about to tear any moment.

Right then, Mr. Ashutosh Singh Oberoi, standing in front, took the microphone to make the announcement and held Kerin's hand with the other.

"Baby.. I'm feeling so uncomfortable.. This dress..." Kerin was trying to tell Ashutosh, but Ashutosh cut her off, saying, "Don't worry.. I know you are feeling nervous…. I'm with you..."

"This dress... how can this be possible... this can't be." Arya muttered to himself. He looked around and saw a good crowd of people gathered there.

"Ladies and gentlemen.." Ashutosh was announcing when Arya ran towards them and hugged Kerin tightly.

His action was quite unexpected. Kerin was trying to push him away when Arya said in a low voice, "Don't move... Your dress is about to fall..."

"Arya, what is this nonsense?" Ashutosh shouted at him angrily.

His act caused whispers among those present. At first glance, it seemed like there was a close relationship between Arya and Kerin.

While hugging Kerin, Arya somehow took off his jacket and put it on her. After putting on the jacket, he separated from Kerin and said, "We need to talk in private."

"Of course, we need to talk," Ashutosh replied angrily.

In an instant, the party, which was going well, was ruined. Ashutosh said nothing further and left Kerin there to go to his room.

Shaurya, Mayra, and Christy were happy that the party was ruined. She came forward and told the people present that the party was over and went to her room.

One by one, the people present started leaving. In a short while, there was no one left except the family members.

Kerin came to Arya and said in a low voice, "Thank you so much..."

Arya did not respond to her. After she left, Vikram Singh Ji and Ramandeep went to Arya.

"You should go and talk to Ashutosh," Ramandeep said.

"I don't need to talk to anyone and give explanations, Dadi. My intention was not wrong. He didn't see it, but you must know that her dress..." Arya was saying when Vikram Singh Ji interrupted him, saying, "Sometimes it is necessary to talk to present your side. What happened suddenly here did not lead to anything good. You know Ashutosh's anger. Go and clear everything with him."

"But Daddu..." Arya was also angry. "What is my fault in all this? It means do good to someone and then go and explain why you did it."

"And what if you did that good deed for show. The dress came from your place. How do you know the dress is bad? Did you do all this deliberately..." Shaurya, who was there, came and said to him.

"Do you really think I have time to do all these petty things? I don't understand why I'm even talking to you people," Arya shouted at Shaurya angrily.

Supporting Shaurya, Mayra said, "Shouting at him won't do anything. Everyone here knows that you hate Dad. You hated my mom, you hated Shaurya's mom, you don't even like both of us... Now Kerin is taking your mom's place... so you started hating her too. You did all this to take revenge on Dad and Kerin, right."

"Don't you dare... ." Arya pointed his finger at Shaurya and said, "Don't even mistakenly involve my mother in all this."

Seeing Arya's anger, Shaurya and Mayra fell silent, while Ashutosh, who was coming down to talk to him, heard their conversation and shouted from the stairs, "So, can I know the reason for doing all this?"

Arya looked at Ashutosh and replied, "I don't know how that dress got damaged. I cross-checked it twice before sending it.... and let me make it clear to you that I have no interest in your new girlfriend. I hugged her to save that dress from falling." Arya gave his explanation. "You know very well that I can never do that.... never."

Ashutosh knew Arya very well. He believed his words. He came to him and said, "Yes, I agree that you wouldn't have done it, but the dress came from your place. You must have been careless, that's why all this happened... today, because of you, the family's reputation..."

Ashutosh hadn't even finished his sentence when Arya laughed and said, "Reputation? Which reputation are you talking about? You are going to marry a girl younger than your son. If you care so much about people, you would never do that. You are worried that if Kerin's dress had fallen at the party today, people would have questioned your reputation... while the same people were questioning your relationship with Kerin at the party. After my mother left, you have already made a spectacle of this family's reputation anyway, Mr. Oberoi..."

"Shut your nonsense. I have every right to live my life. You also do whatever you want, I never stopped you..." Arya's words made Ashutosh even angrier. He shouted loudly at him.

"You could have stopped me from doing what I want, but you lost that right long ago, Mr. Oberoi..." Arya looked at him with hatred.

He was about to leave when his eyes fell on Shaurya and Mayra. He looked at both of them and said, "Now you two must be very happy that your plan was successful."

"You can't accuse us like this," Shaurya said nervously.

Arya caught their lie in an instant. He was about to say something when Mayra interrupted, "And what proof do you have that who did it."

"When did I say who did it alone... I am saying that you both did it together. As for giving proof, I don't need to give any proof... there is no love between us three, then suddenly for what happiness are you two standing together? That will be enough to prove it, right Mayra Singh Oberoi?" Arya said sternly. Hearing his words, Shaurya and Mayra lowered their eyes.

After that, Arya looked at Ashutosh and said, "Maybe I don't need to give any explanation now that I didn't do anything."

"Even if it is someone's mistake, the dress came from your place. Only and only you are responsible for whatever happened here." Ashutosh was still adamant and considered Arya responsible for all this.

Hearing his words, Arya smiled and said, "If even a rat dies in this house, I will be responsible for it."

Saying his words, Arya started leaving from there.

"Stop Arya.... my talk is not over yet." Ashutosh called out to stop him, but Arya didn't even turn around once.

The way he left made it clear that he was very hurt by all this. As Arya left, Ashutosh went back to his room from there. As he left, Mayra said in a low voice, "I told you it makes a difference."

Shaurya and Mayra were also about to leave from there when Ramandeep came in front of them. There were angry expressions on her face.

"Looks like you both have grown up before your age... Earlier I thought that you both have become like this in the atmosphere of this house, but I was wrong. Arya also lives in this house but he has never done any such cheap act till date." Ramandeep burst out at both of them angrily.

Shaurya and Mayra did not answer her and both left from there without saying anything. After they left, Ramandeep came to Vikram Singh Ji.

"Arya is having to suffer so much because of you Vikram... he is worthy that he doesn't need to endure all this. Why don't you free him from these false bonds of relationships." Ramandeep said.

"Today for the first time I also feel that your words are right. Until now I thought that if all three children stay together, then love will arise between them sooner or later. I didn't know that Shaurya and Mayra have so much hatred for Arya." Vikram Singh Ji replied.

"It's not too late yet. Get Arya married and shift him back to his house so that he can live in peace." Ramandeep Ji suggested.

Vikram Singh Ji agreed to her words and said, "I will talk to him about this."

After talking to Vikram Singh Ji, Ramandeep had left from there. The same Vikram Singh Ji was waiting for Arya to return. He was very upset because of whatever happened today. The atmosphere of the house was also very tense.

    ____________

Arya was very angry because of whatever happened at the party. He was driving his car at a fast speed somewhere.

"I don't know why I stay in the hope of false relationships. I have never wished bad for anyone till date. How can someone stoop so low. Mr. Oberoi knew very well that I didn't do it, despite that he is accusing me... I have to go to that house because of Daddu, while I have told him that I feel suffocated among those people." Arya was talking to himself while driving the car. He was driving the car very fast, suddenly a big truck came in front of him, due to which his car narrowly escaped from colliding. Arya parked his car on the side and started trying to calm himself down.

"Come down Arya... keep control on yourself and stay away from all this." He was trying to calm himself down, when his eyes fell on a showpiece hanging inside the car, which was made of colorful feathers. After seeing it, a smile came on Arya's face. "You are the only one who can calm me down. In my anger, in my breaking, in my feeling alone, you have handled me in all this and made me capable today. It is your love that gives me so much strength. You... you are my life. I haven't met you for the last 2 days. Maybe that's why I'm so upset. Now I should meet you."

As soon as he saw that feathered showpiece, Arya's anger disappeared in a moment and he left to meet the person he was talking about.

  • 12. Love in the dark - Chapter 12

    Words: 0

    Estimated Reading Time: 0 min

It was 8 in the morning. Shivi was sleeping soundly in her room when the loud barking of dogs reached her ears. Startled by the sound, Shivi woke up screaming.

"Help... help... dog..." Shivi shouted loudly.

Hearing her, her stepbrother, Neel, standing in front of her, burst into laughter. He was holding a small puppy in his hands, stroking it gently.

"Meet Suzi... she's my stepsister, who has forced herself on me. I have to babysit her day and night, so I thought, why not get my own baby? At least you're cute..." Neel had just brought the female puppy. He was introducing it to Shivi.

"You know I'm afraid of dogs. Why did you bring it here anyway?" Shivi said irritably.

Hearing her, Neel glanced at Suzi, then at Shivi. He then said, "She should be afraid of you. She's just an innocent baby puppy, and you... you know how dangerous you are. Because of you, I have to live in this tiny house."

"It was your fault too, so don't put all the blame on me. I remember very well that you were the one who planned to send me back to India... I've never seen such a ridiculous plan. Because of you, I got caught too, and as punishment, we both were sent to live in this small flat." In the course of their conversation, Shivi revealed the reason for their living there.

"Well, who told you to go to your mom for a farewell speech before leaving the house..." Neel rolled his eyes. "Okay, what's done is done. I came here to tell you that Dad has invited us for brunch today. According to the punishment, we have spent six months here. Now he will check our behavior and compatibility."

"Even if we spend six years together, there will be no compatibility between us," Shivi replied, making a face.

"Whatever... for God's sake, behave normally in front of him today so that he thinks we both love each other very much and he calls us back home."

"But I don't want to go back to that house. I like this place," Shivi replied.

"If you want to stay here, stay, but I absolutely don't like this place. I haven't met my girlfriend for the past six months. I have to make up different excuses every day so that she doesn't come to this bathroom-like house."

Neel and Shivi didn't get along at all, yet they ended up revealing all their secrets to each other in the course of their conversations.

Hearing Neel's words, Shivi started laughing. "If she really loves you, she won't care whether you live in a small house or a big bungalow..."

"That's all just talk. Forget about all that, Shivi, I'm warning you again, you will behave normally in front of Dad. I have taken good care of you in these 6 months, so please help me this much for that sake." This time, Neel spoke a little softly.

Shivi, getting up from her bed, said, "I know very well how much and what kind of care you have taken of me." Saying this, she took out clothes and went to the bathroom. There, instead of taking a bath, she was looking at herself in the mirror.

"Okay, before leaving, I will settle her back in her house. Anyway, I'm not going to stay here. I'm going back to India. This time I won't share my plan with Neel. I don't want anything to go wrong like last time."

Shivi was talking to herself when she received a call on her phone. It was a video call from someone.

"Sid's call..." Shivi quickly opened the door and looked outside. Neel was not there. He had left her room. She closed the bathroom door again and answered her friend Siddhant's call.

"Why did it take you so long to answer the call?" Siddhant was on the screen in front of her. He looked a little older than Shivi. He was wearing a lawyer's dress. With perfectly set hair and a clean shave, he looked quite decent.

"I can't pick up your phone in front of everyone like this. I have to check if anyone is around first... tell me, why did you call?" Shivi asked the reason for his call.

"Oh, so now I have to take an appointment to call my friend. Let's put friendship aside for once. This is a professional call, Shivi," Siddhant replied seriously to her words.

As soon as Siddhant mentioned a professional call, the color drained from Shivi's face. "Is everything alright?"

"Everything is fine so far, but we can't say anything about the future. Your dad's case is up for hearing in a few days. You have to come to India this time, no matter what..." Siddhant said seriously.

"I know how important it is for me to be there. I have made all the preparations this time, and my flight is day after tomorrow. Sid, Dad will be released, right?" Shivi asked sadly.

"I don't want to give you any assurance. You know very well how critical Uncle's case is... and that's why all the lawyers refused to take it. I am also working on this case for him, going against my dad. Shivi, I have tried to give my hundred and ten percent, but Uncle is not ready to open his mouth... until he tells the truth, how will we prove him innocent?"

"Don't worry, Sid. If I go to Dad, he will definitely tell me the truth," Shivi said with full confidence.

"I wish Uncle honors your faith, Shivi... okay, see you in India." Saying this, Sid was about to cut the call when Shivi stopped him, saying, "Wait, Siddhant... I wanted to say something to you."

"Yes, I know what you want to say. Now give your thank you speech together," Siddhant said, laughing.

"Yeah, yeah, like everyone else, you are also bored of listening to my thank you speech... still, thank you so much... I had lost all hope from everywhere, even Mom refused to support me. In these difficult circumstances, you supported me, going against your own."

Shivi was talking quite emotionally. To lighten her mood, Siddhant said lightly, "Hey, hey junior, these tears are not going to work. I am not going to take tears as fees. I want a big, good treat."

"Of course..." Shivi replied with a smile. As always, talking to Siddhant had improved her mood.

They were talking about light, casual things when Neel entered the room. He knocked on the bathroom door and said, "What have you been doing inside for the past 40 minutes? We have to reach home. Dad has invited us for brunch, not dinner."

Hearing Neel outside, Shivi hurriedly said bye to Siddhant and cut the call. She replied from inside, "You were the one who told me to look happy in front of your dad. So I was putting in a little extra effort to brighten up my face."

"That's no use. No matter what you do, nothing can happen to you," Neel said to tease her.

"And no matter how much you pretend to be good, I know very well what you are like inside," Shivi replied, making a face.

"Let's go, Suzi. Anyway, there's no point in arguing with this monkey," Neel said, caressing Suzi, and left from there.

Shivi quickly took a bath and came out, then hurriedly put on clothes and styled her hair. Neel was standing outside, waiting for her. He looked at Shivi, and she made a face at him.

"I told you, no matter what you do, you will still look like this. You came out after an hour and a half, but still, there's no change. If you ask me, you should get your long hair cut... you also need to change your dressing sense. I know it's very cold here, but who wears so many clothes... and this loose, outdated sweater you're wearing is not good at all." After looking at Shivi, Neel was criticizing her look and suggesting ways to improve it.

Shivi was wearing her same big pink sweater. Hearing Neel say this, her face fell, and she said in a subdued voice, "My dad got this for me. It was kept for future wear because it was too big in size."

"It's good that you are so connected to your dad, but there's no need to wear it every day." Seeing Shivi's fallen face, Neel replied softly.

"Wearing it makes me feel close to him." Shivi then changed the subject, saying, "We are already quite late, we should leave now."

Shivi didn't find it necessary to drag the topic further and started walking towards the outside, taking her bag. Neel was also coming behind her. Both sat in the car and left to go to Neel's house.

    ___________

After driving for a long time, Arya's car was in Eswelle Village, located some distance from London. There, he was standing in front of a small house. The house looked quite small but also quite beautiful... Due to the cold, its roof and surrounding areas were covered with snow.

He was sitting inside the car, looking at the house. While looking at it, his eyes became moist.

"I wish I could meet you in this house as always," Arya said just this much and started his car again.

While going ahead, he saw a flower seller on the way, so he took a bouquet of white lilies and went ahead with it.

In a short while, he was in front of a big hall. His face had a smile and moisture both at the same time. He took the bouquet in his hand and entered that place.

"I love you, Ellie..." muttering, he placed the bouquet on a grave on which Ellie Harrington was written. With this, tears rolled down from Arya's eyes.

The same Arya Singh Oberoi who was a strict and strong businessman in front of people, was sitting helpless near Ellie's grave. There were tears in his eyes.

"How are you, baby... I missed you a lot... did you too? Why would you miss me... if you cared about me, you would never have left me. You made me capable of getting everything in the world, but when it came to getting you, you left me. Why is it like this... why can't I bring you back to me. To hug you like before..." Arya could not complete his sentence. Tears started flowing from his eyes and he sat there and started crying.

"Whoever I loved in my life, left me. First Mom and then you... you also left me alone. Didn't even think about me once how I would live without you."

Sitting on Ellie's grave, Arya was lightening the burden of his heart. The things that he could not say to anyone, he was telling her there near Ellie's grave.

Cold winds were blowing outside and light snow was also falling. Even in such cold, Arya didn't care about anything. He was sitting near Ellie's grave and talking in such a way as if she was sitting right next to him.

Aarya had come to Ellie's grave to lighten his heart. He was sitting there and sharing his feelings. After sitting there for a long time, he got up and went to the same house where Ellie used to live.

Aarya opened the door of the house and everything was kept as it was, the way Ellie used to keep them. On the front wall, there was a big picture of Ellie and Aarya, in which Ellie had her head on Aarya's shoulder.

After seeing it, Aarya had a sad smile on his face. "I miss you so much..." he said looking at it and went ahead.

Since the house was not very big, a small dining table was placed in a corner of the living room. Next to it was a small kitchen and in front was a large room.

Aarya went from there to the room and opened the cupboard in front. It had Ellie's belongings in it. "Everything is kept as it is. Like me, they are also waiting for you to come, Ellie... while we know very well that our hope is going to be broken, but still the hope of meeting you again is still alive in my heart."

Aarya took out Ellie's white scarf from the cupboard and wrapped it around himself. It was giving him the feeling of her being near him.

After that, he came to the kitchen and took out the ingredients and started cooking. "I still remember you used to make pancakes for me when I came..." talking to himself, he was making pancakes like Ellie. He was talking as if Ellie was sitting next to him.

"Do you know, Ellie, my family hasn't improved at all even today. Dad has brought another girl home again and wants to marry her. On top of that, my so-called siblings are plotting against me... I have to go there because of Grandpa... you used to say, one day my family will forget their mutual enmity and live together with love... and I used to say, it's never going to happen. See, like every time, you were proven wrong and I was right..." saying this, Aarya laughed.

He made breakfast for himself and sat outside at the dining table to eat.

"I feel more at home and at peace in your house than in that big house. I'm thinking of coming and living here with you. I just have to convince Grandpa for it."

Aarya was sitting there and talking to himself while having breakfast, when he heard someone coming at the door. Aarya was sitting there. A middle-aged man came inside.

Seeing Aarya there, he greeted him and then said, "If you were coming here, you should have told us earlier, Sir."

"Didn't get a chance to tell you... by the way, you have kept my house very well, Peter Uncle... today I will send a team here who can manage the things here. I will be living here from now on." Aarya said.

"How will you live in such a small house, Sir?" Peter asked in surprise.

"This house may be small, but it has the memories of my Ellie. There won't be any need to explain anything further. The team will reach here in a while. You take care of it."

Peter agreed to his words. After explaining everything to him, Aarya left from there to go to the office.

    _______

Neil's dad, Mr. Jim Watson, had invited them both for brunch. Neil and Shivi reached there, by then it was already noon.

They were both standing in front of the Watson Mansion. Before going inside, Neil said to Shivi, "I'm warning you beforehand, don't mess up this time. I don't want to go back to that tin can house."

"Yeah, yeah, okay, I know what I have to do." Shivi replied to his words. Before he could say anything further, Shivi opened the car door and came out. Neil made a face at her action.

They both went inside together. Shivi's mother, Nandini, was waiting for them to arrive. She was about 40 years old. She was wearing an expensive office suit and had her hair tied tightly in a ponytail. She also helped Jim in his work. Her lifestyle and dressing sense were largely influenced by Western culture.

Shivi was meeting her after a long time. As soon as she saw her, a smile appeared on her face, while Nandini was also happy with their arrival.

Seeing them both there, Nandini smiled and moved towards them. Shivi thought that she was moving forward to hug her, but when Nandini came forward and hugged Neil, Shivi's face fell.

"I missed you so much, Beta... I hope Shivi didn't trouble you too much..." Nandini said after separating from him.

"Not at all, Mom... in fact, we both have started getting along quite well now. Haven't we, Shivi?" Neil asked, looking at Shivi. In response, Shivi nodded her head in agreement.

As soon as she said yes, Nandini came to her and caressed her cheek, saying, "I'm glad to know that you are changing your behavior, Shivi. I came to know that you are going to get your MBA degree tomorrow."

"Are you coming to the ceremony?" Shivi asked excitedly.

"I am so sorry, Beta, if I had known earlier, I would have canceled my plans. Tomorrow will mark the completion of 1 year of Jim and me being together. We have planned to spend the day together. Anyway, now you have grown up, it's not like childhood when you attend parent-teacher meetings and take your child's report card. I hope you understand..." Nandini gave her explanation for not coming and also explained it to Shivi.

"Yes, Mom, I understand everything and very well..." Shivi replied with teary eyes.

Her voice was heavy. Neil understood that she was about to cry. Handling the situation, Neil said, "I told you, Shivi, I am free tomorrow. Don't worry, I will definitely come to this ceremony."

Shivi didn't reply to his words. Nandini was about to scold her for this action when Jim came there.

"I am very happy to see you both here, but don't you think you both are late? Were you both fighting to come here?" Jim asked, looking at them both.

"Not at all..." Neil and Shivi said together.

On their answering together, Jim laughed and said, "Looks like you both have really started getting along well now."

Neil and Shivi laughed and agreed to his words. While Nandini was repeatedly paying attention to Neil instead of Shivi, Mr. Jim was also talking to Shivi more than Neil. Both of them were sitting there reluctantly and agreeing to their words.

Neil was looking hopefully at his dad, while Shivi was looking hopefully at her mom, hoping that they would talk to them.

"Shivi... Beta, congratulations, you are going to get your MBA degree. I wish I could attend this ceremony." Jim apologized to Shivi on his behalf.

Neil didn't like this at all. He said in his mind, "I also got a degree, but Dad didn't even talk about it, let alone congratulate me. To hell with good behavior... I don't want to stay in this house..." Neil was very angry at Jim's behavior. He looked at Shivi, who was pretending that everything was fine.

Neil took the juice lying next to him and threw it on Shivi's face. With this act of his, Shivi, including Nandini and Jim, were looking at him in surprise.

"Neil, what is this misbehavior?" Jim shouted at him angrily.

"It must have happened by mistake. Please control your anger. You saw, both the children have mingled quite well and now they are getting along well with each other..." Nandini was trying to take Neil's side when Jim interrupted her and said, "Yes, I can see very well how well they both live. Shivi's nature was already very polite, but there is still no change in Neil's behavior."

"And there can never be. I don't understand why you are still quiet, Shivi. Why don't you tell them that all the photos of you eating food that I used to send them were fake. We mostly spent time outside the house. Living together in one house is a far cry... we don't even like to see each other's faces." Neil said, looking at Shivi. He gestured to Shivi to continue all that.

Seeing Neil's sudden change in behavior, Shivi thought, "Before coming here, he was constantly repeating the same thing, that everything has to be done well. What has happened to him now? Anyway, what do I care... I will continue this drama. Anyway, instead of running away from this house, it will be easier to run away from there."

Supporting Neil, Shivi said, "He is absolutely right. He scared me before coming here that I have to pretend that everything is fine."

"Shivi, what are you saying? You know what can happen if you do this." Nandini said, showing her eyes to her.

"What was supposed to happen has already happened. Enough of his arbitrariness... he has to understand his responsibilities. From now on, he will live with Shivi, that too in the same house... I will install CCTV cameras in the house and I will have full control over it. Now I will keep an eye on you 24 hours a day to see if you are taking care of her or not. Now get out of my sight." Jim said angrily. Like last time, he again punished Neil, but this time the punishment was a bit too harsh. Even Neil and Shivi themselves had not thought about this.

"CCTV? But what is the need for that, Uncle? Please don't do that." Shivi was trying to stop them. Not listening to her, Jim said, "Stop taking his side, Shivi... Nandini is already enough to hide his mistakes. I'll see how he troubles you now."

"Try to understand once, Jim... both the children are ours. What if they live with us in this house..." Nandini was trying to explain to Jim on her behalf, but Jim didn't listen to her. Without answering her, he left from there.

"I'll try to talk to him." Saying this, Nandini also followed him.

Seeing Neil's action, Shivi was looking at him angrily. Due to the installation of CCTV, it was becoming almost impossible for her to leave from there.

Neil had come to Watson Mansion with Shivi, where he had a heated argument with his dad. After being angry with Neil, his dad Jim Watson sentenced him to live in the same house again. He also talked about installing CCTV cameras in the house.

After fighting with him, Neil was in the car with Shivi. They were both going back to their house. Neil was driving quite roughly because he was angry.

"Look Neil, don't test my patience. I have been asking you for so long and you are not telling me anything. Why did you do all that?" Shivi kept asking Neil the reason for his behavior.

Neil didn't answer her and kept driving silently in anger.

"How will I know until you tell me? Is there something that has suddenly made you angry and...." Shivi was speaking, when Neil stopped the car with a jerk.

"Will you please shut up.... Can't you see my mind is already so messed up, and you are just blabbering." Neil shouted at her angrily.

"What was my fault in whatever happened that you are getting angry at me? Everything was unexpected for me too," Shivi replied.

"Look, I am requesting you with folded hands, please be quiet. I will tell you everything after going home," Neil said and started driving again. This time Shivi didn't answer him.

About 2 hours later, Neil and Shivi reached their apartment. Going there, Neil parked the car and went straight to his room in his flat. He locked the room from inside. Shivi ran after him and started knocking on the door from outside.

"You said you would tell me everything after going home. Please tell me what has happened that you are feeling so broken," Shivi asked, knocking on the door.

Neil didn't answer from inside. Shivi sat down there. She knew very well that Neil's behavior was quite emotional. He was also very possessive about his dad.

"Whatever he did today was not normal. Okay, we both don't get along, but he loves his dad very much. Even the last time Mr. Watson gave him punishment, Neil didn't get so angry.... Then suddenly what happened that Neil got so angry that he did all this to leave the house," Shivi said in her mind. She was quite surprised by Neil's behavior.

Shivi was lost in her thoughts. Because there was no sound coming from outside, Neil thought that Shivi had left. He slowly opened the door, Shivi was still standing in front of the door.

Seeing her, Neil was about to close the door again, but Shivi quickly came inside the room. After that she said, "Please Neil, we should talk. I remember very well that you told me not to do anything that would make your dad throw you out of the house. Then suddenly what happened that you threw juice on my face and then...."

Shivi kept speaking, then Neil gestured her to be quiet. He was very sad. Neil sat on the bed there and said in a low voice, "You should do an acting course instead of MBA. I don't know how you do such good acting and why I can't." Neil's voice sounded as if he was about to cry.

Shivi sat next to him and caressed his hand, saying, "What to do, now I have become addicted to acting." While speaking, her voice also became heavy and her eyelids got wet. Now she understood the reason for Neil's behavior. She then said, "If you hadn't been angry, we both would have been there today. I had controlled my emotions very well. Before going here, I thought that it had been 3 months since I had met Mom. She would hug me as soon as she saw me... she would caress me with love and...." Shivi said, hesitating, "And she would come with me tomorrow."

"I also thought that Dad would do something like this with me too. You will be surprised to know Shivi, but he didn't even know when I got my degree." Neil's pain came out in front of Shivi. There were tears in his eyes.

To calm him down, Shivi put her head on his shoulder and patted him on the back and said, "What if we are not real siblings.... There are so many similarities between the two, as if both were born together."

Neil immediately composed himself and moved a little away from Shivi. He wiped his tears and said, "Don't worry, I will be fine soon. You know that I often get over emotional."

"Yes, I like this habit of yours. But keep your behavior under control a little. Others can take advantage of it."

Hearing Shivi's words, Neil laughed lightly and said, "Yes, like last time you took advantage, by telling your emotional story... you included me in your plan and because of this I had done all the preparations for your trip to India. That's when we both got caught at the last moment and...." Neil stopped instead of completing his sentence. After that Shivi and Neil both laughed together.

Shivi further said, "I thought I would never be able to meet Mom after that. In my foolishness, I went to meet her before leaving and in the course of conversation, I mentioned meeting Dad. Anyway, it didn't take your dad too long to find out that you had helped me."

"Speaking of your trip to India, have your dad been released from jail? You haven't talked about him in so many days. Is he okay?" Shivi got a little flustered at Neil's sudden question. She composed herself and said in reply, "Siddhant is handling his case. Haven't talked to him in a long time. Will have to talk and get an update."

"Siddhant... is he your boyfriend?" Neil asked lightly. On his asking, Shivi glared at him and said in reply, "He is my best friend not boyfriend.... He was senior to me in school but still we became friends." To change the subject, Shivi further said, "Leave me and tell me about yourself? What are you going to do about your girlfriend? Now you will not live with your dad. Then how will you manage to meet her."

"Yes, I will have to do something. Anyway, I am thinking of working on your idea. If she really loves me, then she won't care how I live in the house."

On Neil's telling, Shivi said, "Yes, the idea is good, so you can work on it. Then when are you going to tell her about this?"

"Thinking of calling her here by tomorrow or the day after. She will also see this house and will also settle here after coming. You don't have any problem, do you?" Neil asked Shivi to fulfill the formality.

"What problem will I have? Anyway, there are two rooms in this house. You both can live in one and I will live in one. But remember, your dad is installing CCTV cameras."

"Yes, I remember everything. What if CCTV is there, even if he himself starts living here, still I will not listen to him. Okay then, it's final, I will call Nitara here for dinner tomorrow," Neil said.

After telling his plan, Shivi fell into thought for a while. Then she said in reply, "Okay, first tell me, are you really coming to my degree ceremony at the university tomorrow?"

Neil answered in the affirmative. Shivi further said, "Okay then, do one thing, invite your girlfriend there too. From there, the three of us will come here. In the course of conversation, you tell her all the truth. On this pretext, I will also meet her. Who knows whether we will get a chance to meet later or not...."

Hearing Shivi's words, Neil laughed and said, "You too... you are not leaving the world, that you will not be able to meet later. Come on, that's enough showing love. I don't like all this. Go and order food. By then I will change."

Shivi agreed to his words. As soon as Neil's mood became right, he again started pretending to be rude to Shivi. It had only been a while since they had arrived there that the team sent by Mr. Watson reached there. They were installing CCTV cameras there.

Shivi and Neil couldn't do anything in this matter even if they wanted to. They were both silently eating food while watching the team working.

After leaving Ellie's house, Arya went straight to his office Desires. As soon as he parked the car, another big luxurious car came and stopped in front. Seeing it, Arya stopped there. A girl came out of it, who was wearing a stylish office suit and black branded glasses on her eyes. She was also Indian like him. The nose ring she was wearing on her nose looked quite cool on her full western look.

Seeing her, Arya waved his hand from afar and said hello. On his doing so, the girl made a face and went to him and said, "Kem Chho...."

"Dhwani, how many times have I told you not to speak Gujarati in the office," Arya said irritatedly on her speaking Gujarati.

Her name was Dhwani. On Arya's interrupting, Dhwani made a face and said in reply, "Hey, don't talk to me like that. You know that I am also a shareholder in this company. Even if we both are friends, equal respect is given to a partner in business." While she was speaking Hindi, a lot of Gujarati accent was coming out.

Arya didn't say anything further and both started going upstairs together. Dhwani was Arya's only friend. Along with being friends, both were also business partners.

In a short while, both reached their floor by lift. Instead of going to her office, Dhwani started going to Arya's cabin with him. On her doing so, Arya's assistant Jenny quickly came to her and said, "Dhwani Ma'am, Sir has an important meeting in a while."

"Right now I have to talk about something important which is more important than your meeting." While talking to Jenny, Dhwani's accent was Indian British, whereas whenever she was talking to Arya, she mostly talked in Gujarati accent or in Gujarati only.

"Okay Ma'am...." Jenny said this much and left from there.

Because of talking properly with Jenny, Arya was glaring at her. Dhwani side stepped him and went inside the cabin and sat on Arya's chair. Arya also came behind her and after coming inside, he locked the cabin.

"Can't you talk to me the way you normally talk to other people?" Arya said, sitting on the chair in front of her.

"Arya, I pretend in front of those people, but what is the need to pretend in front of you? You are my friend. Now, I am Gujarati, so if I don't speak Gujarati, then what will I speak, Marathi," Dhwani replied, making a face.

"Okay fine Baba, talk as you want to. First of all, tell me why did you say this outside to Jenny that you have to talk about something important. Is there really something important?" Arya asked.

On his words, Dhwani nodded her head in affirmative. A while ago she was talking in a very light way, now the expressions on her face had become serious.

Dhvani, who was both Arya's friend and business partner, was with him in his cabin. Dhvani had come to his cabin to discuss something important with Arya, but instead of saying anything, she sat silently in front of him.

Annoyed by her silence, Arya said, "Miss Dhvani Agarwal.... I believe you came to my cabin to talk. Please speak quickly, yaar, don't create suspense like this."

"I was trying to bring a little feeling into it. Forget it, I can't do it..." Saying this, Dhvani normalized her facial expressions and quickly said, "What did I go out for 2 days, you started taking business decisions on your own. I know this company is yours, but I also have a 5 percent stake. You can't exclude me from company decisions like this. The final decision is yours, but you should at least inform me before making any deal, right..." Dhvani said everything in one breath.

"I have told you about every deal I have made, then why are you talking like this? Which deal did I make without asking you?" Arya asked in surprise.

"When you pretend to be unaware, it feels even more bitter. You bought Indiana Restaurants and didn't even tell me once. I only found out about it last night from your assistant Jenny Penny. I have also found out that the restaurant is running at a loss, and how can you make a loss-making deal?"

"Yes, I know, but growing it is also our job. Don't worry, we will handle it," Arya replied carelessly.

"How will we handle it? Now, while making clothes, will we go to the kitchen to cook? Look, a Gujarati can tolerate everything, but never a loss-making deal in his business," Dhvani said. "I know, it's your favorite restaurant, but you didn't think of buying it before. Now tell me quickly, why did you suddenly buy it?"

Upon Dhvani's question, Arya took a deep breath and exhaled. Shivi's face appeared before his eyes. "I often don't think about profit and loss in my ego."

"Heh, Mr. Ego has arrived... Look, keep your ego at home. No need to bring it to my business."

"Dhvani, this business is mine, and as a friend, I have given you 5% shares because you helped me," Arya replied calmly.

Hearing his words, Dhvani made an emotional face and said, "Hey, since when did we start saying yours and mine? You have made me feel like a stranger..."

"Dhvani... don't be dramatic," Arya said, showing her his eyes.

"So what if I am? Look, when you had to start the business, stand on your own feet, I was your only friend. To help you, I misappropriated money from my father and brought you the money. In return, you only gave me five percent shares, so what's the big deal?" Dhvani said, making a face.

"At that time, those 5 percent shares might not have been worth anything, but today you know very well how valuable those 5 percent shares are. And yes, I had returned your father's misappropriated money to him with interest... that too, three times. Look, now stop talking in this Gujarati accent... I'm getting very irritated." Arya was quite annoyed by Dhvani talking like that. He was repeatedly telling her not to talk like that.

"Okay, just stop it... Here, I might dress up a lot in front of people, but at home, I still wear Gujarati suits, eat dhokla and thepla... and speak Gujarati too," Dhvani continued to speak.

Arya stood up from his place and said, joining his hands in front of her, "Just stop it, my mother, why do you girls talk so much? There was one, and now there is you. Now go to your cabin, let me do my work."

Arya grabbed Dhvani's hand and was taking her outside. Dhvani stood rooted to her spot. She jerked Arya's hand away and said, "What did you say just now? There was one? Who was one? Who was she?"

"She was the one whom I bought Indiana Restaurants to teach a lesson. If your investigation is over, then get out of here..." Arya started taking Dhvani out of there again.

After Aaliyah left, it was after so long that she had heard Arya mention any girl. She couldn't let this matter go in the middle. Instead of going outside, Dhvani ran inside and sat on Arya's chair.

"Now I will only leave this cabin when you tell me everything. Is she so special that you bought the entire restaurant for her?" Dhvani was misunderstanding Arya. She thought that the girl was Arya's girlfriend, for whom he had bought the entire restaurant.

Hearing her words, Arya laughed and then replied, "Wait a minute... maybe you have some misunderstanding. That girl is not special at all. I bought that restaurant to take revenge on her. She was misbehaving with Arya Singh Oberoi. I bought the restaurant where she misbehaved with me and stopped her from coming there. She should also know what Arya Singh Oberoi is all about."

Hearing Arya's words, Dhvani's face fell. She said in a normal way, "When the Arya Singh Oberoi name tag is removed from your eyes, then try to understand other people."

Dhvani said only this and went to her cabin without waiting for Arya's reply. Arya didn't pay much attention to her words and came and sat on his chair.

"This Gujarati girl is also completely crazy. I can't believe I made her my friend. Sometimes she talks normally, and sometimes she gets so excited while talking, and now I don't know what has happened that she left with a sulky face." Arya was checking his meetings while talking when he received a call.

This call was from the Dean of a well-known university there. Seeing his call, Arya immediately picked up the call. A heavy voice came from the other side, "Sir, degrees will be awarded to the students tomorrow. You must be aware of this. As a trustee of the college, you also have to attend this ceremony. I called you to invite you personally."

"Yes, of course, I remember it well, and also that I will give placement in my company to the student who scores the top marks," Arya replied quite politely.

"I am glad to know that you remember your promise. That student will be lucky who will get a chance for placement in Desires. I will email you the invitation. Please take out time and attend the ceremony." The Dean repeated his words and then cut the call.

After talking to him, Arya fell into thought. "I had said at that time that I would give placement in the company to the student who scores the top marks, but only Indians work in my company. If a British student tops, then..." Arya thought about this for a few moments and then said to himself, "Okay. Whatever happens, happens. I wish an Indian student tops."

Then, leaving this thought, Arya got busy with his work.

On the other hand, Shivi had made all the preparations to go to India. Her ticket was also confirmed. Also, after the degree ceremony to be held tomorrow, she was going to get her degree from the college. She was quite happy thinking about this and had come out with her friends to party.

"After getting the degree tomorrow, we will have a good grand party in the evening, that too at Indiana Restaurant..." Jia said excitedly.

Hearing her words, Shivi replied, making a face, "First of all, I am not free tomorrow evening. Neil is bringing his girlfriend home and one more thing, even if I was free, I would never go to that restaurant that that monkey bought."

"Come on, yaar Shivi, now let go of your anger. He is definitely the owner of the restaurant, but he is not going to be there all the time. The food there was very good. Please agree to go there," Ishan requested her.

"I told you I'm not going, if I had to go, I would have stayed at the party that day, right..." As soon as Shivi mentioned the party, Jia remembered the party when she met Arya.

"But I enjoyed that party a lot. I also met Arya Singh Oberoi," Jia said happily.

"If you had met him, then why didn't you go with him forever? At least we would have been spared from listening to your boring stories..." Shivi replied quite rudely.

"You are saying this because you are jealous of him. He was so handsome, his eyes.... what a height he had, what a body he had, and the way he talked..." Jia was deliberately praising Arya in front of Shivi. Shivi closed both her ears and shouted, "Just stop it now, before blood starts coming out of my ears. I don't want to hear anything about that monkey, nor do I want to see his face."

"But tomorrow you will have to see his face. The degree ceremony for which you are getting so excited, it cannot happen that Arya Singh Oberoi does not come there. After all, he is the trustee of that college." Jia separated her hands from her ears to tell her her point. "Speak... speak... what will you do now."

"I will wear big black glasses on my eyes so that I don't have to see his cross-eyed and ominous face..." Shivi replied irritably.

"What if you close your eyes? He will see you. If he sees you, he will definitely come to talk, as well as tell you that he has defeated you and bought that restaurant," Jia said further.

"Then I will wear a burqa... then he will not see my face and he will not be able to recognize me. Now that your nonsense is over, let's do the work for which we have come."

Shivi tried to end the conversation from her side, but Jia was deliberately talking about the same thing again and again. Now Ishan was also getting irritated after hearing her words.

"Please yaar Jia, aren't you irritating a little too much? Along with this, now I am also getting angry with the name of Arya Singh Oberoi. A person who is so proud of his money will have no meaning for love and I don't like such people at all," Ishan said.

"You are absolutely right Ishan, money matters more than love for him. He does not know that love cannot be bought with money. I am feeling sorry for the girl who will come into his life just thinking about it. But what to think? Only people like him are present around him. See, the girl who is just like him will love him," Shivi vented all her anger at once.

Jia's face fell as Ishan and Shivi got angry. Making an innocent face, she said, "No matter how irritated you both are, but I am very excited to meet Arya Singh Oberoi and no matter what happens, I am going to meet that handsome hunk again tomorrow."

Jia shouted out of excitement. On this, Shivi and Ishan closed their ears together. Earlier Shivi was quite excited about the ceremony to be held tomorrow, but now hearing about Arya Singh Oberoi coming, there was a slight worry on her face.

It was 1:00 PM. The MBA students at St. Memorial MBA College were being awarded their degrees. All the students studying there were present on the university campus, and a very good program was underway.

Each student's name was announced, and they were given their degree aggregate along with trophies based on their achievements during their study period. Arya Singh Oberoi was also present there.

The students' families had come there. Neil and his girlfriend, Nitara, had come on Shivi's behalf.

The students were being called according to their specific numbers. When Shivi's number came, she reached the stage. She had a mask on her face and big black goggles on her eyes to hide herself.

"Thanks to Corona protocols..." Shivi said in her mind, looking at Arya, "He won't be able to recognize me behind this mask, and I won't have to come in front of this monkey." Behind the mask, there was a slight smile on Shivi's face.

She moved forward and took her degree aggregate. She moved towards Arya to take her achievement trophy. Seeing the mask and goggles on her face, Arya was looking at her in surprise because all the students present there were capturing their special moment. Shivi, on the other hand, had covered her face.

"What a strange girl... she has come here hiding herself like a criminal." Arya made a strange face looking at her.

"Look at him... how he is making a monkey face after seeing me. It is because of you that I am not able to capture my special moment... I wish you hadn't come here." Shivi said in her mind looking at him.

Neil and Nitara, sitting far away, were also surprised when they saw Shivi's face covered.

"This girl is really crazy. What was the need to cover her entire face..." Neil muttered to himself.

"This is your step-sister Shivi, right? Why has she covered her face? I thought I would take pictures of her so that I could get them framed as a gift for her later. My whole surprise is ruined because of her covering her face." Nitara said. She was the same age as Neil. Her face was slightly dusky, and her hair was long.

"I think she must have caught a cold, that's why she has put on a mask." Neil defended Shivi.

No one paid much attention to why Shivi had covered her face. After getting their degree aggregates, they celebrated there. After the celebration ended, the Dean came forward to give a speech.

"I am very happy that another batch is going to move forward in their lives today. I wish you all a bright future, and I am also very happy to say that you are going to get a good placement from here today. The college trustees will give you placement in their companies according to your scores. So, first of all, let's talk about the top scorer, who is going to get a placement in Arya Singh Oberoi's company, Desires. I want Miss Shivanandini Iyer to come on stage and sign her placement papers." The Dean announced on the mic.

With his announcement, Shivi's heartbeat increased. Ishaan and Jia standing beside her were looking at her.

"Someone has rightly said, the more we run away from something, the more it runs towards us. Now where will you escape, Miss Shivanandini Iyer..." Jia said, laughing.

Shivi's full name was Shivanandini Iyer, which was a combination of her father Shiv and mother Nandini's names.

Neil gave Shivi a thumbs up from afar. They were all congratulating her for getting a placement in Desires. Shivi, on the other hand, didn't even want to see Arya's face, and now she had the opportunity to work with him. This was a good chance, yet Shivi couldn't understand anything.

Her name was announced again on stage. Then Shivi started walking towards the stage without thinking. She still had her face covered.

"I can't do anything right now, but I will go to his office tomorrow and clear everything. After seeing my face, he is not going to keep me anyway. If I remove the mask here, he will create a scene unnecessarily. Let me sign the paper once, I know very well how to get rid of him later." Shivi said in her mind and came on stage.

After coming on stage, Shivi took the paper from Arya's hand and signed it in a hurry. She wanted to leave from there as soon as possible, while Arya was now eager to see her face.

Extending his hand to congratulate her, Arya said, "Congratulations Miss Shivanandini Iyer... Your name is quite long, but no problem, we will find a short form. You don't know that no one is happier than me at this moment. I wanted an Indian to get a placement in my company, and see, my dream has come true."

Shivi did not reply and started leaving the stage. While leaving from there, she thought in her mind, "Look at him, how normally he is talking now. If I had removed the mask, this monkey would have torn my face right here. He is the one who is going to give me the placement... huh."

Because of Shivi leaving from there without saying anything, there were expressions of anger on Arya's face. "I am giving her placement in my company, and she didn't even say thank you. I will tell her later."

Arya didn't rock the boat much at that time. After a while, the degree ceremony was over, where Arya went back to his home, while Shivi came to her house with Neil and Nitara. Ishaan and Jia were also with her.

Shivi was in the kitchen with Ishaan and Jia. She was very angry with whatever happened in college.

"Hiding your face didn't work. Well, will you roam around with a mask in the office too?" Jia said, laughing.

Shivi did not answer her. She was angrily unboxing the food that they had ordered from outside. In a hurry, she dropped the box down.

Picking up the box, Ishaan said, "Too much anger is not good either. If you look at it, you are very lucky and also very hardworking. You have got the reward for your day and night studies. Everyone dreams of getting a placement in Desires. Only a few lucky people get the chance to fulfill their dream."

"If I had known before, I would have studied day and night. On this pretext, I would have got a placement and also got a chance to see that handsome hunk every day..." Jia said.

Both of their talks were irritating Shivi even more. She said angrily but in a low voice, "Will you both shut up for a while? I didn't have any such dream. I will go to his place tomorrow. After seeing my face, he is not going to keep me on the job anyway."

"Have you gone crazy? Why are you letting go of such a good opportunity, it is just a matter of 6 months. After that, you can get a job in a good company. You can also work permanently for Desires if you want. Forget your anger and think about your future." Ishaan tried to explain to Shivi.

"I don't want any good opportunity... You both know very well what kind of person he is. Spending 6 months with a person whose face I don't even want to see is a big deal." Shivi was still adamant.

"This girl has really gone crazy. Nothing can be done with her. Okay, you do what you have to do, but recommend my name so that I can get a placement there." Jia said. She didn't have any problem with Shivi not working there. "Anyway, even if you don't leave, it doesn't matter. I will come to meet you and on this pretext, I will get a chance to see him."

Jia's words were irritating Shivi even more. She didn't answer and started taking the food outside. Before going outside, she said to both of them without turning, "Please don't say anything in front of Neil. Today is a very special day for him."

Ishaan and Jia nodded in agreement and came out behind her. Nitara and Neil were waiting for them outside.

As soon as she saw Shivi, Nitara said, "Why did you cover your face? Look, not even one picture has come out properly. Your face is not visible in any of them."

"Actually, I was feeling a little cold, so I thought I should cover my face so that no one else gets infected. By the way, I am fine now, I had taken medicines." Shivi made an excuse.

"Yes, I also felt that. Anyway, no problem, we will have a photo session again later." Neil replied.

They were sitting there eating food and talking lightly. In the course of the conversation, Neil told Nitara about his fight with his father.

"You should have told me all this earlier. I don't have any problem with where you live. I just want you to sort everything out with your dad." Nitara took all the things quite lightly.

Neil was also happy to hear her reply. Everything was sorted out between Neil and Nitara, while Shivi was still worried because of getting a placement in Desires.

"I also have to go to India. I have to fix everything here before leaving. I hope I don't get stuck in that placement and not be able to go to India and my father gets punished." There was sadness on Shivi's face. She was smiling slightly in between so that no one would have any doubt.

    ___________

After attending the college degree ceremony, Arya reached the office. The office hours were about to end and the staff was about to leave from there.

As soon as he came to the office, Dhvani came to his cabin to meet him.

"I thought you were not going to come today. You were out all day, what is the need to come to the office now. You could have rested at home for a while." Dhvani said in her same Gujarati Hindi mixed accent and sat on the chair there.

"I had announced the placement there, its papers were signed. I thought all the legal work should be done as soon as possible so that there is no delay further." Arya replied and handed over the papers to Dhvani.

"Shivanandini Iyer..." Dhvani said while reading the name written on it, "Who keeps such a big name in today's time? Anyway, you must be very happy that an Indian has topped."

"Yes, you are right, if there was a British person instead, I would have had to make some excuse and fire him from the job. It would have been difficult for me to get through 6 months."

"Yes, that's why I am wondering why you are getting everything done so quickly. Last time, an English boy topped, so you harassed him and made him run away in 2 months. See, don't do that this time." Dhvani looked at him with narrowed eyes.

"Okay, I won't do it, but you get these papers done. I want all the work ready by tomorrow afternoon."

"It will be done boss..." Dhvani replied.

"Okay, then see you tomorrow." Arya got up from there and left for home.

Dhvani picked up those papers and left from there to talk to the lawyer. Where Shivi was thinking about leaving the job, Arya had started getting the further legal work done.

It was 11 o'clock at night. Neel had gone to his girlfriend, Nitara's, house. Shivi was alone at home, so she had made Jia stay with her, while Ishaan had left after dinner.

Jia was asleep. Shivi couldn't sleep, so she was still tossing and turning.

The room light was off. Unable to sleep, Shivi tiptoed out into the hall and turned on the light. She sat down at the dining table.

"Shivi, how could you be so stupid? Just to avoid facing him, you signed the contract... even though you knew how important it was to go to India for Papa's hearing." Shivi was angry at herself. "Now, all I can do is pray that everything goes as planned and he fires me as soon as he sees me. The tension is keeping me awake."

Shivi got up to go back to her room. Just then, her stomach started rumbling. She put her hand on her stomach and said, "I didn't even eat properly because of the tension, and now I'm hungry again. Oh God..! I don't know what's going to happen to me... Please don't let anything go wrong this time, because this time it's not just about me, it's about my dad. He needs me, and I can't take any kind of risk for him."

To satisfy her hunger, Shivi took out a packet of cookies from the cupboard and started eating them there. She was eating when her mobile rang.

"Who could be calling at this hour..." Shivi checked her phone and saw that it was Siddhant's call. She immediately picked up the call. "Is this the only time you can call?" she said as soon as she answered.

"Yes, you're right... I just got free, so I thought I'd call you," Siddhant replied with a laugh.

"What if I had been asleep?" Shivi asked.

"Nothing would have happened, you just wouldn't have picked up the call... Anyway, I knew you wouldn't be asleep, that's why I called," Siddhant said, his voice turning a little serious. Shivi's expression also turned serious as she listened to him. She said in a quiet voice, "Papa's case hearing is in three days. How can I possibly sleep?"

"Don't worry too much. After seeing you, Uncle will change his decision. He loves you very much, he can go to any extent for you... Besides, this time the job isn't even that difficult. By the way, you're coming, right?"

When Siddhant asked, Shivi paused for a moment and replied, "That's the plan so far, but I messed up."

"Yeah, yeah, that was bound to happen. How can there not be any trouble when you're around, Miss Iyer... Now tell me quickly what you did, so I can help you find a solution," Siddhant asked lightly.

"What can I say, it's a very long story," Shivi said, running her hand through her hair.

"That's okay... I have plenty of time. It's only 6:30 in India. Office hours are over anyway, no one cares when I go home, so you can take your time telling your long story..." Siddhant replied with a laugh. He had a coffee mug in his hand, and a lot of files were scattered on the table in front of him.

"You'll say again that I didn't need to interfere in other people's affairs, but I can't help myself. It's like trouble doesn't come to me, but I call it to me..." Before telling him everything, Shivi laid her heart bare. It was true. In her eagerness to help everyone, she would get herself into some kind of trouble, and then it would be difficult for her to get out of it.

"You don't need to give me so much explanation. I've known you since college and I'm well aware of this problem of yours. Now tell me what happened this time."

"A few days ago, I went to a restaurant where an extremely rich man was present. Now, if he's rich, it's obvious that he's full of arrogance and attitude. I just had a little argument with him, and in a fit of anger, he bought the restaurant. I tried my best to get the deal cancelled, but the deal still went through."

"Is that all..." Siddhant said, taking a sip of coffee, "What's it to you if someone buys or sells a restaurant... There are more than 7 billion people in this world, and they are struggling with some kind of problem. It's not necessary for you to go and help everyone."

"Yeah, you're right... But that's not the problem. The problem is that I topped the MBA..." Before Shivi could continue her story, Siddhant shouted loudly with joy, "What really? Why didn't you tell me before that you topped the MBA, and that's not a problem, you idiot... That's something to be happy about."

"Listen to the whole story first..." Shivi said, continuing to tell him, "The student who tops the university gets a good placement in a good company. I also got one... But unfortunately, the company belonged to that arrogant man I had an argument with a few days ago. The matter doesn't end there. In a hurry, I also signed the contract for the placement."

After listening to everything, Siddhant said, "Yes, now I can say that you have created a very big problem. It's not easy to get out of a legal contract. Yes, if he himself releases you from this contract, that's a different matter."

"That's why I'm worried. Tomorrow I'll go to his company and tell him that I don't want his placement. Anyway, I have to come to India. Somewhere I also feel that after seeing my face he will fire me from the job," Shivi expressed her confusion to Siddhant.

"I wish that's what happens. It's very important for you to come to India this time. This time is the final hearing. If Uncle confesses his crime to the judge this time too, he will be punished. The case would have been over last time, but you don't know how difficult it was for me to get the decision postponed until the next hearing. Last time, I had to pretend to be sick in court," Siddhant said.

"That's why I can't sleep. Once tomorrow's trouble is over, everything will be fine."

After talking about some light-hearted things for a while, Siddhant hung up the phone. Shivi felt good after talking to him. She was also very tired after a long day, so she went straight to sleep.

    ___________

It was 6:00 in the morning. Arya reached Oberoi Mansion. He hadn't come home since the drama at the party that day. Apart from his grandfather, Mr. Vikram Singh Oberoi, no one cared whether he was there or not. So no one asked him much about it.

Arya parked his car and went upstairs, but he didn't see any of his family members.

"Thank God no one's here, otherwise my mood would be ruined first thing in the morning," Arya said to himself and started going up to his room. While going to his room, he saw Kerin coming from the front. His face fell when he saw her.

"Is she living here now?" he asked himself.

When Kerin saw Arya looking at her, she gave him a slight smile. Arya turned his face away and started walking towards his room, ignoring her. When he didn't respond, Kerin walked quickly towards him.

"Hey... Arya. We should talk," Kerin said in her broken Hindi.

"I don't think there's anything between us that we need to talk about. You're Mr. Oberoi's girlfriend, and that's enough reason for me to hate you..." Arya replied, controlling his anger. He started to go into his room, but Kerin stopped him by holding his hand.

"I don't know what the problem is between Mr. Oberoi and you... I want everything to be alright between you two."

"Oh really? You really want everything to be alright between us?" Arya gently separated her hand from his.

    "Yes..." Kerin nodded.

"Okay, then pack your bags and go back to where you came from," Arya replied sternly.

"That's not possible... If you ignore your anger, things can be good between us. I know you'll accept me."

Arya chuckled slightly at Kerin's words. His anger was also reflected in his laughter. Replying to her, he said, "Nothing can ever be good between us. Never say that again, and secondly, after the position you've come here in, it's a big deal that I'm even talking to you."

After saying this, Arya went into his room. Kerin didn't give up. She came into his room. Seeing her in his room, Arya's anger was at its peak. No one was allowed to come into his room, not even the house help staff who worked at the house.

"Get lost..." Arya shouted angrily at her.

Kerin closed the door of the room and came to Arya. She grabbed Arya by both shoulders and pinned him against the wall, and she was very close to him.

"I won't beat around the bush... I like you... You... You are very different." Kerin was trying to bring her lips close to Arya's, but Arya pushed her away from himself.

Arya didn't say anything further and took Kerin's hand and took her out of the room. He locked the door from the inside. Angrily, Kerin stomped her feet and left from there.

Arya went from there to the bathroom and washed his face. "I mean, there's a limit. After my mother's death, I don't know who he picks up and throws here, and on top of that... On top of that, this was too much. What a spectacle there was that day, and this one barged into my room to express her love. If Mr. Oberoi finds out about this, he'll blame me for that too. For him, I'm responsible for every problem that happens in the world." Arya was trying to calm himself down.

He took a bath and came out. Arya got ready to go to the office and packed the rest of his belongings in two suitcases. His cupboard was now completely empty.

"The sooner I get rid of this place, the better," Arya said to himself and dragged both suitcases down together in his hands.

Downstairs, his whole family was sitting at the breakfast table. Although they lived in London, his father, Mr. Ashutosh Singh Oberoi, pretended to be Indian to a great extent. He valued things like keeping the family together and eating together very much.

Seeing Arya there, Ashutosh said, sitting in his chair, "Were you here last night? Why didn't anyone tell me?" Saying this, he looked at the clock and continued, "You know very well that everyone has to come to the dining hall for breakfast strictly at 8:30. But never mind... Who am I even saying this to, who always has to do as he pleases."

Arya didn't reply to him. He glanced at Kerin, who was eating breakfast as if nothing had happened a few moments ago. No one paid much attention to him, but when Vikram Ji saw him with the suitcases, he stood up from his place and went to him.

"Are you leaving home? You promised that you wouldn't leave here as long as I'm alive." He was very sad to see Arya with the suitcases.

"I thought so too, but now I've changed my decision. You can settle down with me if you want," Arya said very gently.

Before Vikram Singh Ji could reply to his words, Ashutosh said angrily, "Go wherever you want, but Papa won't go anywhere from here. Papa is the eldest in the house and this house needs him."

There was a sarcastic smile on Arya's face when he heard his words. In reply, he said, "Yes, as if anyone cares if he's here."

Ashutosh didn't reply to his words. Then Arya looked at his grandfather and said, "Dadu, I'm waiting for your answer."

"There's no need to wait. I said Papa won't go anywhere from here. Don't waste your and our time. You can go wherever you want to go," Ashutosh replied instead of Vikram Singh Ji.

Arya looked at Vikram Singh Ji. His eyes were lowered. He couldn't go with Arya even if he wanted to. Arya had got his answer. He didn't say anything further and started dragging both suitcases away angrily. No one had any expression on their faces as he left from there, as if no one cared except Vikram Singh Oberoi... There were tears in his eyes.

Arya had left Oberoi Mansion. No one stopped him from leaving the house, not even his grandfather, Vikram Singh Oberoi. Although he was very sad about Arya leaving, he didn't make a scene in front of the other family members. Arya was quite angry at him for doing so.

Arya reached the office with his luggage. Everyone was surprised to see him with a suitcase, but no one dared to ask anything. Arya dragged the suitcase into his cabin and kept it aside.

"How could they do this to me? I don't expect anything from the others, but Dadu... he could have come with me. He always says that he can't digest his food without me... and now he hasn't even called me for the last 2 days. This is too much. When I asked him to come with me, he didn't even reply," Arya muttered angrily, slamming his hand on the files.

He had been in the office for half an hour, but he couldn't concentrate on his work. He kept muttering in anger. Jenny, his secretary, who was working at her desk outside the cabin, kept her eyes on the inside.

"So many important documents need to be signed, but Sir's attitude... it's clear from his face that he's angry. If I go inside now, he'll kill me. If I don't get them signed on time, he'll vent his anger on me... Please God save me... do some magic so that I don't have to go inside," Jenny prayed with her eyes closed.

After praying, Jenny opened her eyes and saw Dhwani walking towards her. Seeing her, Jenny breathed a sigh of relief as if God had heard her.

"What happened? Is he angry again today that you are joining your hands and asking God for something," Dhwani asked, coming closer to her.

Jenny nodded in agreement and said, "Sir comes to the office in this mood for 20 days of the month."

"Yes, you're right..." Dhwani replied. Then, sensing the nervousness on Jenny's face, she added, "Don't expect anything from me. You've been working here for more than a year. You should be used to it by now."

"Just one last time... please help me this time," Jenny said, forcibly handing the documents to Dhwani.

Dhwani read the documents and then glared at Jenny. She said, "Jenny, these should have been signed by now. They also have to be submitted to the court. He'll vent his anger on me. This is too much, man... I'm not his assistant. I'm also a partner in this company, with a full 5 percent share..."

In response, Jenny folded her hands in front of her and blinked her eyes repeatedly like an innocent child.

Seeing her, Dhwani felt pity. "Okay, but only for the last time. Don't expect anything from me from now on."

Dhwani picked up the papers and started to go inside. Jenny had a smile on her face because she was taking the documents. She once again joined her hands and thanked God.

"Thank you so much God... she's really an angel," Jenny muttered and then started working on the files spread on the desk.

When Dhwani reached inside with the documents, her eyes first went to the suitcase kept there. Seeing it, she made a strange face and ran to Arya.

"No, this can't be. Did your father kick you out of the house," Dhwani said in a Gujarati accent.

Hearing her say that, Arya glared at her. His nose was red with anger.

"Excuse me? No one kicked me out of the house. I left that house on my own," Arya replied.

"It's the same thing... now you can't go to that house. Whether you left that house of your own accord or you were kicked out of there. Look, you had already left your father's business and now you have left the house too. It doesn't seem like you are going to get anything from your family's property."

"I don't need anything. I can do a lot on my own, and the result is in front of your eyes. I have built such a big company on my own," Arya said with pride on his face.

"What are you saying? The company is not just yours, nor have you built it on your own. I also have a 5% share. You must also remember how difficult it was for me to arrange money for you." While talking, Dhwani was trying to improve Arya's mood.

Hearing her words, Arya's mood was improving to a great extent. He said a little emotionally, "Yes, you are the only one to whom I can tell all my heart's desires. Earlier, Dadu was also there, but now... now he has also left me. Thank you so much Dhwani, just stay with me like this."

"Yes, definitely, but don't spoil your mood again and again. Hey, we are the kings here, what do we need anyone for? What if they kicked you out of the house, I have a house, you also have your own separate house. You can buy another new house if you want."

Hearing the words 'kicked out of the house' from Dhwani's mouth, Arya remembered everything again. He glared at her. His face was filled with the same deep anger again.

"Oh God, so much anger, look your nose has turned red. If you keep getting angry like this, the people working in Arya Office will run away from the office," Dhwani said.

"Nothing like that is going to happen. I pay them a good salary on time, so no one is going anywhere. Come on, leave all this, and tell me why you came here."

As Arya changed the topic, Dhwani placed the documents she had brought with her in front of him and said, "I brought these documents to get them signed. Seeing your anger, your Jenny Penny was not even ready to come inside."

Arya did not reply to her. He read the documents carefully and then signed them.

"Okay... it's okay. Today that new girl was also supposed to come, the one who got placement. Did you get the legal work done or not," Arya asked.

"Yes, I got it done. That's why I was late coming to the office," Dhwani said, placing the papers she had brought with her in front of Arya. "I went to the lawyer as soon as you left yesterday. He submitted the contract to the court in the morning. I brought a copy of it."

"Okay, it's good that everything went smoothly and quickly," Arya replied. After reading Shivi's name on the contract paper, Arya remembered yesterday's degree ceremony, where Shivi had covered her face. He had also congratulated her on getting placement, but she did not reply.

"That girl is also no less strange," Arya said in a lost tone. "Let her come to the office... I have to settle some scores with her too."

Hearing Arya's words, Dhwani quickly said, "Absolutely not. You are not going to meet her today at all. Your mood is already bad, and on top of that, it's going to be the girl's first day today. What do you want, she should run away from here on the first day itself."

"Yes, so what if she runs away? She is the one who is going to lose out. Number one, she will lose the opportunity to work here and number two, she will have to pay us compensation," Arya had a slight smile on his face.

"Whatever revenge you have to take from her, take it, but not today. I will take care of her myself," Dhwani said and started to leave from there.

Arya said loudly from behind her, "How long will you keep saving her from me? If not today, then tomorrow she will have to come in front of me while working here."

Dhwani completely ignored his words and came to her cabin. She had also told Jenny to send Shivi to her cabin.

    ___________

On the other hand, it was Shivi's first day at Desires today. She came out after getting ready before going there.

She had a very casual look. She didn't want to do that job, so she simply wore her pink sweater over white pants. She had a white scarf around her neck.

Seeing her dressed like this, Jia made a face and said, "Your image in front of him is not that good anyway, and on top of that, if you go dressed like this, even the security guard there will not let you in."

"Yes, am I going to impress him? That's what I want, that he doesn't let me in. He should get depressed with me and kick me out of the job," Shivi replied carelessly.

"Come on yaar... think about my image if not yours. Come on, I'll get you ready," Jia forcibly took Shivi's hand and took her inside.

She opened Shivi's wardrobe and started looking at the clothes. After looking at them, she made a face and said, "Your wardrobe is very boring like you, Miss Iyer..."

"Huhu... I'm already late... don't make me even later... and let me go," Shivi said, avoiding her and coming out, but Jia ran behind her and forcibly dragged her inside, holding her hand.

She took out blue jeans and a white winter T-shirt from Shivi's wardrobe. She took out a brown overcoat for her to wear over it. Since it was very cold, she took out a red scarf to match with it.

Seeing it, Shivi made a face and said, "Excuse me, madam, I'm going to the office, not on a date..."

"Like seriously? Will you wear such clothes on a date? Do you think I'll let you go in such clothes when you go on a date," Jia replied.

"But I'm late..." Shivi was trying to avoid her, but Jia did not listen to her. She forcibly handed those clothes to Shivi and pushed her into the bathroom and said, "If you don't want to be even later, then get ready and come out quickly."

Shivi had to obey Jia's words. After 10 minutes, she came out wearing the clothes. Jia had a big smile on her face after seeing Shivi in her favorite clothes.

Soon her smile faded and she made a face and said, "The clothes are fine, but something has to be done about the makeup and hair too."

Jia forcibly seated Shivi in front of the dressing table. She did light makeup on her face and straightened her hair. She took out some of her front hair and made a high bun with the rest of her hair from behind. Shivi's look was looking quite cool.

"Yes, now we can say that a college pass out has come for placement. Earlier it looked like someone had given a job to some helpless girl out of pity," Jia was very happy to see her get ready.

Shivi thanked her and quickly took her bag and left for Desires. After about 1 hour, she had reached Recharge's office. After reaching there, she showed her ID to the receptionist and asked for Arya's office floor and started going there quickly.

"Oh God, I'm late on the first day itself. He will definitely scold me for this... he will not have forgotten about that day. But if you see, this thing will also go in my favor... he will be angry with me and fire me." As soon as the lift stopped, Shivi came out. She reached near Arya's cabin walking at a fast pace.

Shivi went to Aarya's office to talk to him after getting placement in Desires. She was late to the office. After reaching there, she first met Aarya's secretary, Jenny.

"I want to meet Mr. Oberoi. My name is Shivanandini Iyer and I..." Shivi was giving her introduction when Jenny interrupted her, "Oh, so you're the one who got the placement. Don't you think you're late to the office on the first day itself? Sir is already in a bad mood, and on top of that, you're late..."

"By the way, would you tell me when your dear sir is not in a bad mood?" Shivi said, raising her eyebrows.

Hearing her say that, Jenny glared at her and then said, "How do you know? Anyway, never mind... must have read it in some award show or magazine. In the future, make sure you're not late."

"I also want to avoid that situation. Can I meet Mr. Oberoi now?"

"No... absolutely not..." Jenny replied. "You'll have to meet Dhvani Ma'am before meeting sir. Her office is on the third floor. If you go there, ask someone."

"But I need to meet Aarya Singh Oberoi himself... I have something..." Shivi didn't get a chance to finish her sentence.

Jenny interrupted her again, saying, "I told you, you have to meet Dhvani Ma'am first. Now don't waste my time and get out of here quickly."

Shivi nodded in agreement and went back towards the elevator. "Looks like the people who work with him are just like him. That's why the people who work here are sticking around. They must not have any trouble dealing with him."

Shivi had reached the third floor. She didn't take much time to find Dhvani's office. Her name was written outside the cabin, a little further ahead. Through that, Shivi found Dhvani's office.

"Well, one thing is good. Most of the people working here are Indian. There's a different kind of fun in living with people from your own country... you feel a sense of belonging even in a foreign land."

Shivi had a smile on her face seeing the Indian people working there. Then she remembered that she had come here not to work but to discuss quitting the job. Remembering this, she lightly hit her head and said, "Even if you feel happy seeing so many Indians together in London, don't forget why you came here. If you're so fond of living with Indians, then go back to your own country and live there."

Talking to herself, Shivi reached Dhvani's cabin. She knocked on the door and asked to come in, in a slightly loud voice, "May I come in, Ma'am..."

"Yes..." came a stern voice from inside. Dhvani was as playful with Aarya as she was professional with the rest of the people in the office.

Shivi came inside. As soon as she entered, Dhvani turned towards her, sitting on her chair. Dhvani was looking at her from head to toe.

"So you're Miss Shivanandini Iyer... looking at the name, I didn't think you could be so cool," Dhvani judged her based on her appearance.

"I wanted to meet Mr. Aarya Singh Oberoi."

"Why? Do you have a problem meeting me? I'm also a partner in this company."

"That's not what I meant. I just wanted to meet sir once," Shivi replied.

"Now that you're working here, you'll keep meeting him. Come on, sit down, let's discuss the contract," Dhvani said, gesturing to Shivi to sit on the chair in front.

Shivi hesitated and sat down on the chair. Dhvani was reading the contract again.

Shivi looked at her, and her expression was serious. She said to herself, "She looks quite strict. I'm not able to talk openly in front of her, so how will I speak in front of Aarya Singh Oberoi? It would have been better if I had gotten a chance to meet him, then I wouldn't have needed to say anything. He would have kicked me out of here just by looking at my face."

After reading the contract, Dhvani said to Shivi, "Yes, so first of all, congratulations... you're quite lucky that you got placement here. Your salary will start with the placement itself, which will depend on your work. You'll work in the Project Management Department here, where you'll have to assist the Project Manager."

"Assist the Project Manager means I won't have to see that Aarya Singh Oberoi's face. The offer is good. No... still, don't be greedy, Shivi. I have to go to India. I have to save Papa." Shivi was talking to herself in her mind instead of talking to Dhvani.

"What happened? Why aren't you saying anything?" Dhvani asked when she didn't get any reply.

"I... I wanted to say that I can't do this job. I have some personal reasons. You can give the placement to someone else in my place. If you say so, I can suggest some good names to you, who are from my own university. They have also scored quite well... and trust me, they are in no way less than me. They may not have scored the top, but they are more talented than me," Shivi blurted out everything in front of Dhvani in one breath.

After listening to her entire speech carefully, Dhvani replied, "Really, madam? Is this some kind of joke going on, that you don't want to do this job? Don't forget that you have signed the contract. This is not some easy task that if you don't like it, you will pass it on to one of your friends. It is a legal contract... a legal contract..."

"Yes, that's why I'm saying that I need to meet Mr. Aarya Singh Oberoi."

"The Aarya Singh Oberoi you're talking about meeting is very angry today. After hearing your words, his anger will increase tenfold," Dhvani said.

"You don't know, but we know each other. Please just let me talk to him once. Believe me, after meeting me, he will also agree with my point," Shivi started requesting her to meet Aarya.

"That's all fine, but if you didn't want to do this job, then why did you sign the contract?" Dhvani was quite surprised by Shivi's attitude. Where everyone is desperate to get placement in Desires, she is letting go of such a good opportunity even after getting placement.

"I... I couldn't do anything at that time. Suddenly my name was announced on the stage... I didn't get a chance to think and I had to sign the contract," Shivi said.

"You know such contacts cannot be canceled. If you break it, you may have to pay a fine."

"I am ready to compensate," Shivi said without thinking.

Hearing her words, Dhvani laughed and then said, "Okay, now it really seems that you haven't read the contract carefully. Let me tell you, if you break this contract, you will have to pay fifty thousand pounds as compensation."

"What, fifty thousand pounds?" Shivi's mouth remained open after hearing the amount of compensation for breaking the contract. She further said, "So will I get the same salary?"

"No, the salary will not be that much, but this compensation amount has been fixed after much thought," Dhvani said.

"And if Mr. Oberoi breaks this contract instead of me? If he breaks the contract, then he will have to give this amount to me, right..."

Dhvani agreed to her point and said, "Yes, absolutely..."

"Then it will be enough for me to come in front of Aarya Singh Oberoi once. After seeing me, he himself will kick me out of here and break this contract. Well, it's good, I will get a chance to earn money without working," Shivi said quite confidently.

"There is no need to be so happy. He is Aarya Singh Oberoi. His rules are very different... even if his biggest enemy is standing in front of him, he will not break this contract. He can tolerate everything, but never any loss in matters of work... he will not break this contract, but after knowing that you have come for placement and he doesn't like you, he will make your life hell," Dhvani's words scared Shivi quite a bit.

"Is that really so?" Shivi said, making a childlike face.

"Absolutely. By the way, tell me how do you know him? What has happened between you two that he dislikes you."

When Dhvani asked, Shivi told her the whole story of that day, when Aarya was sitting in her place in the restaurant. In trying to get him up, Aarya bought the whole restaurant. Shivi tried her best to get that deal canceled, but despite that, Aarya somehow finalized that deal. Through Jia, she came to know that Aarya was looking for her.

After listening to the whole thing, Dhvani laughed and said, "Oh, so you're the girl because of whom he bought Indiana Restaurants. After your story, one thing is clear that you have come on his radar."

Dhvani was talking to Shivi when someone's message came on her mobile. She read that message and looked at Shivi with a smile. "Okay, I'll see," she replied to that message in a hurry.

"Is there really no way to avoid him? I don't know you, but looking at you, it seems that you understand the person in front of you well. Please help me, it is very important for me to go to India," Shivi said to her almost begging.

Dhvani stood up from her place and sat on the chair next to Shivi. "Okay, I will help you, but only in avoiding Aarya... you cannot break this contract."

"Means I will have to work here only," Shivi said, making a face.

Dhvani smiled and agreed to her point. "He will never cancel this contract. You are not the first one who has come for placement. You know, before today, many candidates had come, whom Aarya did not like at all, yet he never fired them from his side."

"How can he be so cruel?"

"He is like that. Try to come in front of him only when he is in a good mood, otherwise I will try to handle him..." Dhvani had become quite friendly with Shivi in just one meeting.

Shivi agreed to her point. Dhvani explained all her work to her. Unwillingly, Shivi had gotten stuck in that contract. She was in Dhvani's cabin with her.

"Will I have to work on the desk with those people outside? What will happen when Aarya Singh Oberoi comes to this floor? If he sees me, he will force me to break this contract myself and give him compensation. If that happens, where will I bring so much money from?" Shivi was quite worried and asked Dhvani a lot of questions.

"Okay... I can understand your problem. Come on, let me tell you some important things, which will make your work easier. So listen... it is my job to see whether all the departments are working well or not. I submit its report to Aarya. In between, only once does he hold a meeting with all the staff and discuss their work... so you can work without any worries. By the way, you have been told to be put in the Project Management Department, Aarya goes to that area very rarely. That area is also on the top floor of the office, that is, the sixth floor. The head of that department submits the report there, so he often attends the meeting. I don't think you will meet Aarya much. Yes, he may come to meet you because of the placement," Dhvani explained everything to Shivi at once, from her work to where Aarya is at what time.

After listening to her words, Shivi got some relief. She was not able to get out of this contract, but she definitely got a chance to avoid Aarya Singh Oberoi. She just had to avoid coming in front of him somehow.

Shivi had come to Desire's office to talk to Arya. There, she met his friend Dhvani instead of Arya. Dhvani told her about the contract, under which Shivi could not leave the job before 6 months. Due to the contract signed in haste, Shivi was forced to do that job, but she also felt some relief because of Dhvani being there. She mingled with her in a short time and she was also ready to help her.

Arya was sitting in his office and waiting for Shivi. He did not know that she had come to the office long ago.

Looking at the time in the watch, Arya said to himself, "The lunch break is about to start in a while. Half the day has passed but Shivanandini Iyer has not come yet. I don't like people who don't value time at all. Time is the most precious thing in the world and those who waste time are the biggest fools in the world... I didn't think that like last time, this time also the student who came for placement has dashed my hopes."

Arya got up from his seat and came out now. Seeing him, Jenny quickly stood up from her seat.

"Why hasn't the girl who was supposed to come for placement come yet?" Arya asked Jenny in a stern voice as soon as he came out.

"Sir, she has been here for a long time." Jenny replied.

Arya was shocked to hear her talk. "What? She came long ago. But not in my cabin..." He stopped while speaking. He paused for a while and then said, "Don't tell me that Dhvani has called her to her office. I had to interview her."

"She is in Dhvani Ma'am's office. When she came to your cabin in the morning, she asked me to send that girl to her."

"And you sent her? You didn't even think it necessary to confirm with me once." Arya glared at her.

"No sir... You only said that unless the work is very important, I should not disturb you. Dhvani Ma'am handles the rest of the work, so I thought you must have assigned this work to her this time as well." Jenny replied nervously.

"Okay..." Arya didn't say anything further to her and started moving towards the lift to go to Dhvani's floor.

"How is the girl? First she should meet her boss. She didn't even bother to ask about me after coming here... Her behavior was quite strange even yesterday. I congratulated her, she didn't even respond to that. She had also covered her face. Is she hiding her identity or could it be that she is a criminal..." Different thoughts were coming to Arya's mind while going up in the lift. Arya felt very strange just thinking about Shivi being a criminal.

"No... How can she be a criminal? Not just anyone gets admission in the university. Her background must have been checked first. I also... What am I thinking. My mind is disturbed since morning, that's why I am getting absurd thoughts."

As soon as the lift stopped, Arya's steps moved towards Dhvani's cabin. People working on that floor stood up seeing him and wished him good afternoon.

Arya smiled and gestured them all to sit down and went to Dhvani's cabin.

There was no one there. Not seeing the two in the cabin, Arya said, "Looks like she must have taken her to her department. Yesterday only, one boy from the Project Management Department got promoted. There was a need for staff there. Dhvani must have taken her there."

This time, instead of going behind Dhvani, Arya called her. His guess was right. Dhvani was with Shivi on the 6th floor, where the Project Management Department was located. Seeing Arya's call, Dhvani quickly moved to the other side.

"How can you do this to me? I told you that I had to meet that placement student, even after that you..." Arya started speaking quickly as soon as Dhvani picked up the phone.

Dhvani interrupted him and said, "Take a breath for a while. Do you have to say everything in one breath... You were in a bad mood. I thought it was the girl's first day and if you scolded her on the first day itself, her mood would also be spoiled. Just thinking about this, I called her to my cabin first."

"But I also had to meet her." Arya said.

"So what if she came to my cabin first and I explained her work to her. I had to do this even after meeting you. She will work here now. You can meet her whenever you want." Dhvani tried to convince Arya in her words so that he would not meet Shivi that day.

"Okay, fine." Arya immediately agreed to her point. "I came to your floor but you were not here. I thought I would meet her... But no problem. I will meet her if not today then tomorrow. Come to my cabin quickly after explaining her work to her so that we can have lunch together."

Dhvani agreed to his point and then cut the call. After talking to him, she came back to Shivi. She had already gone inside.

As soon as she came inside, Dhvani said to Shivi, "Sorry I had to go out because of the call. You must not have been able to introduce yourself to everyone."

"No problem, now I have to work with them only. We will get to know each other well while working." Shivi replied with a smile.

After that Dhvani started introducing Shivi to the Project Management team. First, she introduced her to the woman present there, "This is Miss Kajol Srivastava... She is the head of your team... ." After Kajol Srivastava, Dhvani pointed towards the man standing next to her and said, "And that is Mr. Chirag Das. He is the Assistant Head of this team. Whenever there is a meeting to submit the report, these two attend the meeting."

They said hello to Shivi. In response, Shivi also smiled and replied to their hello. Kajol Srivastava was almost a slightly plump woman of 40 years. She was wearing western clothes and her hair was slightly longer than shoulder-length, which she had tied in pigtails. She had a big pair of glasses on her eyes, while Mr. Chirag Das was also of the same age. He was thin and he was also wearing glasses on his eyes.

After introducing her to both of them, Dhvani introduced the boy standing there and said, "And this is Himansh."

That boy, Himansh, was slightly older than Shivi in age. He was a good-looking handsome, blond-haired tall boy.

"Earlier, another boy used to work with them, whose name was Divyam. Due to his promotion, there is a seat vacant here." Dhvani said.

"My name is Shivanandini Iyer. I am very excited to work with all of you. I hope we will work together here as a good team." Shivi introduced herself.

"Shivanandini Iyer? Isn't your name a bit too long? Can't it have a short form, Miss Iyer..." Mr. Das said. He was quite talkative and outspoken. Kajol glared at him for speaking like this, due to which he became silent.

"Are you going to be related to her? We only work in the office. Then it doesn't matter what name you call her." Himansh said carelessly.

"Okay, you people work together and get to know each other well. It is said that if people who work together are friends, then the work is done more efficiently. I am leaving now, anyway the lunch break is about to start." Dhvani left them all there and went downstairs.

Shivi was feeling a little strange there on the first day, but the teammates working with her were quite good. Mr. Das became very friendly with Shivi in a very short time because of talking too much.

Himansh said, "It's your first day, so you won't know much about this place. The lunch break has started. I'll do one thing, I'll order our food upstairs."

"Is there a separate place for the staff to eat?" Shivi asked.

"Yes, our boss is definitely arrogant, but he takes good care of the staff. You won't believe that there can be a place like a five-star restaurant in this big building, where there is a good arrangement for eating, drinking and relaxing. The lunch break is about 1 hour, where you can sit comfortably and eat food, watch news on the big screen installed there and if you want to do gym, then a big gym area is also built. Come to the office early tomorrow, I will show you the whole office." Due to his habit of talking too much, Chirag Das told Shivi a lot about the office in one breath.

"Yes yes okay, now you speak a little less. Use a little energy in work too, not in speaking..." Miss Srivastava interrupted him again.

"Do I talk too much? No, I don't talk too much at all. You are the only one who says that." Mr. Das said.

Seeing the bickering between the two, there was a smile on Shivi's face, while Himansh was also laughing. He came near Shivi and said in a suppressed voice, "Mr. Das and Miss Srivastava will keep entertaining us like this all day. If you get bored, let me know... We juniors have also been given a separate room to work in."

"I didn't think I would get so close to everyone in the office on the first day itself. It's a pretty good place." Shivi replied. She thought that when she would come to the office on the first day, what all would not happen to her, but on the first day itself, she became quite familiar. She was feeling very good there.

"Let's order lunch... Tell me what you want to eat?" Himansh asked.

"Order anything... I am okay with everything." Shivi did not say much because of hesitation.

Shivi forgot her problem for a while after meeting them all. She was enjoying lunch with them.

Dhvani was in Arya's cabin with him. They both were having lunch together.

"I have been noticing since when whenever I talk about that placement girl Miss Shivanandini Iyer, you avoid the topic. Now quietly tell me how that girl is." Arya asked.

"First you eat in peace. It is said that you should not talk too much while eating and you only told me this. Now you are breaking your own rules." Dhvani said while eating.

Earlier, whenever they both ate together, Dhvani used to keep talking while Arya used to tell her to be quiet again and again, but today everything was happening in reverse. Dhvani was eating quietly because she did not want to mention Shivi to Arya, while Arya was asking her about Shivi again and again.

"Sometimes we should break our rules. I have also thought that I should change some of my rules... Some changes have started from now, one of which is talking while eating. Now tell me, how is that girl. I haven't even seen her face."

"It's a good thing you didn't see her, that's why a storm was averted from coming here." Dhvani murmured to herself. Then she looked at Arya and said in a normal voice, "The girl is quite good, not at all according to her name. Her name is quite old-fashioned but she is quite modern. She doesn't have very long hair either.. her face is wheatish, she talks quite confidently and is a little plump. The height is also pretty good... Umm as tall as you." Dhvani had told Arya everything about Shivi in reverse.

"But how can that be? That day she was wearing a mask and goggles on her eyes, she had also spread her hair on her forehead, I agree I couldn't see her face because of this, but her hands... The color of her hands was fair. I remember very well that her height was probably up to my shoulder. Her hair was tied, so I don't know but her hair seemed long."

"You said you haven't seen her and now you are giving complete details. Have you ever looked at me so carefully or not?" Dhvani glared at him.

"Oh no it's not like that. You said that girl was plump, but she didn't look plump that day." Arya had almost caught Dhvani's lie, but Dhvani interrupted him and said, "Maybe she had applied makeup on her hands, due to which they looked white. She was far away from you, so you wouldn't have guessed the height... Yes I remember, she said that she had pain in her waist that day, that's why she was a little bent... And you don't know what girls do to look slim. She must have worn less clothes inside, as well as a body shaper so that she looks good." Dhvani was saying anything so that Arya would not suspect.

"Yes yes okay, anyway we have to judge her according to her work, not according to her looks. Then what does it matter how she looks? Come on, leave her now and pay attention to the food."

Dhvani breathed a sigh of relief because Arya changed the topic. She said in her mind, "I have avoided the topic today but someday he will definitely insist on meeting her, then it will be really difficult to avoid it."

Dhvani and Arya started eating together. While eating, Dhvani was feeling tension for the first time, that too because of Shivi.
