((Om's Savagery))
The last watch of the night was ongoing. Three men stood outside an outhouse built in the middle of England's dense forest, Sherwood Forest, taking drags from their cigarettes.
One of them said, "What has gotten into Om today? Why is he taking so long to ravish a girl?"
Another said, "Oh man, you know our Om is principled. He won't touch a girl without her consent."
The third friend said, "Man, it's too late now. I can't wait any longer. I'm going to check on him. What's the problem? Why is he taking so long?"
"Yeah man, he's right. We have to go and see. What's the reason? Why can't even the girl's hot voice be heard?"
Suddenly, the sky darkened with black clouds, and strange animal sounds began to be heard. One of the three friends said, "By the way, man, what night is it today?"
The second friend, with his hand on his forehead, said, "Oh sheet! We're dead! Today is the dark night of the new moon! And today Om, instead of being Om..."
He had barely said that when the three friends looked at each other and ran back towards the bungalow.
Upon reaching there, they saw a very beautiful, semi-nude girl lying drenched in blood, and beside her sat Om Thakur, with his glowing eyes and sharp, long teeth.
Om Thakur was no ordinary human. He was cursed. Every new moon, he would transform from a normal human into a terrifying vampire, a danger to any ordinary person.
He had sunk his teeth into the girl's shoulders and drained her body of every drop of blood like water. Seeing Om's savagery, the three friends trembled terribly, but then...
The three friends, mustering courage, lifted Om and took him to a room with green walls and began to try to calm him down. After that, they picked up the lifeless body of the girl and began to dig a hole to bury her in the dense forest.
While burying the girl, one friend said, "Man, with so much difficulty, I brought this beautiful calamity here. I thought the four of us friends would make these three days of university holidays more fun. But that Om has once again taken another girl's life. He neither does anything with girls himself nor lets us do anything. Like the last seventeen girls, he has drained her body of blood too. It would have been better if at least we three had had some fun with her. I bought her for a full fifty thousand dollars!"
Saying this, one friend, feigning tears, began to bury the girl in the dense forest.
Meanwhile, in a small village in India, the school bell had rung. All the children ran out, making noise. Just then, the elderly Master Dinanathji slipped and fell. Some children and teachers noticed him and moved to help him up.
Masterji was highly respected throughout the village. Everyone looked at him with respect. Single-handedly, Masterji had worked day and night to build a small school, roads, water, and much more in his village, and had provided free education to countless poor children. Some people, having received education from him, had moved to the city for jobs. Masterji's family consisted of his wife, Sharda, and his daughter, Sangeeta.
Sangeeta was deeply in love with music. Along with her melodious voice, she possessed a blessing. Whenever she sang, all the surrounding animals and birds would be mesmerized and dance. When she was young, a sage had visited their home. At that time, Sangeeta and her mother had served him greatly. As usual, while performing the puja of Goddess Mother, when little Sangeeta prayed in her sweet voice, the sage was immensely impressed by her tone and blessed her, saying that whenever you sing with your heart, all the sorrows, pains, and troubles of anyone who hears your music will vanish, and animals and birds will be mesmerized and dance before you.
Saying this, he left, but she and her mother had not paid much attention to it. As time passed, Sangeeta grew up. Sangeeta was now an extremely beautiful and attractive young woman. She did everything with her heart.
Slowly, Sangeeta realized the power of her voice. Whenever she sang from her heart, the troubles and difficulties of every listener would disappear, and animals and birds would sway. Gradually, this news spread like wildfire. Everyone wanted to hear Sangeeta sing, but she couldn't sing for everyone all the time. Everyone called her the girl with the magical voice.
Hearing of Sangeeta's fame, a local zamindar (landlord) once visited their home with a marriage proposal for his son. However, Masterji well understood his intentions. He postponed the marriage proposal for the time being, which greatly displeased the zamindar. The zamindar called Masterji the next day and thoroughly explained that his daughter would be his daughter-in-law, and he should engrave this in his heart and mind. The zamindar had directly threatened him. The zamindar's son was none other than Om Thakur, who was currently studying at a famous university in England, ....xxxxxxx........
Friends, please leave your lovely comments. Please, I am waiting.
Om Thakur had drunk the blood of the seventeenth girl this year and taken her life. Another girl from that city had disappeared, making headlines in newspapers and on television channels.
Om was sleeping soundly in his boys' hostel room. Seeing Om sleeping so comfortably, one of his friends remarked, "See? He's sleeping so peacefully after drinking the blood of a beautiful girl! And look at his face! With such a smart, charming, dashing, and attractive look, who could tell how big a bloodthirsty vampire is hidden behind this handsome face?"
Then the second friend gestured with his finger to keep quiet, but instead of staying silent, he continued, "What is this? You keep putting your finger to your mouth repeatedly? Listen to me! Let's get out of his life and save ourselves from this bloodthirsty vampire!"
As soon as his friend said this, he immediately felt a weight on his shoulders. When he looked beside him, Om Thakur was standing there. Upon seeing Om, his friend's tongue got stuck in his throat. And where he had been speaking like a lion, now only a "Mee...mee...mee..." sound was coming from his mouth. He started "Mee...mee...mee..." like a goat.
Seeing his condition, the rest of the friends, including Om, started laughing at him. Then Om, laughing, suddenly fell silent and, coming very close to his friend, pointed his finger and said, "I know you all want to stay away from me, run from my shadow, but that's not possible. Om Thakur has chosen you all for friendship, so as long as Om Thakur wishes, you will remain in my life."
Om was about to say something more when his phone rang. It was none other than Om's father, Zamindar sahib.
Zamindar whispered in his son Om Thakur's ear, "You will marry the Master's daughter, so return to the village as soon as possible." He wanted to know the truth behind the girl with the magical voice after hearing about Sangeeta. Om Thakur was well aware of his condition, so he did not want to marry any girl. But his father had told him that to save him from this curse, he had to marry a special kind-hearted girl, as some saints had predicted this after seeing his horoscope. That is why Zamindar sahib had decided to make Master ji's daughter Sangeeta his daughter-in-law to save his son's life. They felt that this special girl with the melodious voice could cure his son.
But ever since Om had heard about Sangeeta, he had wanted to know about her and meet her. So he decided to return to his village. As soon as his friends heard that Om was going to the village, a wave of joy swept through all three of them. But their joy did not last long, because Om took them along with him to his village. He had returned to the village along with his friends after completing his PhD from Oxford University.
And when he returned home and found out that the village Master had refused to marry his daughter to him, he burned with anger from within. Now he was consumed by a craze to meet Sangeeta. Then one day, disguised, he arrived at her village. Sangeeta and Om's villages were adjacent, and upon reaching there, he easily found the address of Master ji's house.
He knocked on their door. But after knocking for a long time without any response, he realized that no one was home. He inquired about Master ji and his family nearby, but no one knew anything.
Gradually, the news spread throughout the village, and everyone went out to search for Master ji and his family. But no one found any clue. Everyone was very sad, and tears were in everyone's eyes. They had never imagined that the family who shared their joys and sorrows would no longer be there.
Where had Master ji's family gone overnight? This was the question on everyone's mind.
On the other hand, Master ji was extremely scared by Zamindar sahib's threat. He did not want to marry his daughter to his son because, in the eyes of the villagers, Om Thakur was a spoiled rich kid. He had done nothing to make him liked. This was common knowledge. Therefore, no decent father could give him his daughter.
Master ji's daughter was no ordinary girl. She was an embodiment of Goddess Saraswati. Every man in the village loved and respected her. Her marriage could not happen with just anyone. Master ji had raised her with immense love and care. He did not want her to suffer any hardship.
Therefore, at night, after everyone had fallen asleep, Master ji took his daughter and wife and left for the city, forever.
Om Thakur could not tolerate this. From childhood to the present day, he had gotten whatever he wanted. If he couldn't make something his own, he would destroy it, leaving it unfit for anyone else. Initially, he did not want to marry the Master's daughter, but after their sudden disappearance, he became obsessed and stubborn about seeing Sangeeta and making her his.

Mohan had gotten Sangeeta admitted to the city's biggest college.
Master Ji couldn't thank Mohan enough.
Then, Master Ji made another request to Mohan, "I want to see Sangeeta's college."
Mohan told him, "Master Ji, you don't need to go. This is the city's biggest and a very good college."
But still, Master Ji wanted to go there and meet the college principal once. Mohan understood that Master Ji wouldn't back down.
So, Mohan arranged a meeting with the principal there.
And the next day,
Master Ji went to the college and directly to the principal's cabin. He saw that the principal was not old; he was a young man of twenty-six or twenty-seven. A sense of responsibility was clearly visible on his face. Master Ji felt the principal's face was familiar.
On the other hand, the principal was also in a similar quandary seeing Master Ji.
Then Master Ji asked him, "I feel like I've seen you somewhere."
On the other hand, nodding in agreement, the principal also said the same thing.
Then Master Ji said, "Are you by any chance Radha's son, Manohar?"
Then the principal rushed to Master Ji, touched his feet, and said, "Yes, yes Master Ji! I am Manohar."
"Oh! So much time has passed. It's a great pleasure to see you, Master Ji. Why are you standing? Please, do sit down."
Manohar was overjoyed. He was extremely happy to see Master Ji.
After Manohar's father passed away, Radha had faced many hardships raising Manohar, and Master Ji had helped her immensely in this. Manohar was one of the children Master Ji taught for free. After that, coming to the city and working hard day and night, he had become the principal of the city's big college today. Everything flashed before Master Ji's eyes. On the other hand, Manohar also remembered all the favors Master Ji had done for him.
Master Ji was very happy to see his disciple.
"Manohar, Master Ji, you here! I never even dreamed I'd meet you like this. How are you? And how is everyone in the village?"
Hearing the name of the village, Master Ji's eyes welled up, which Manohar noticed. He approached Master Ji with concern, taking his hands in his own, and said, "What's the matter, Master Ji? You seem troubled."
Seeing someone ask so politely, Master Ji's dam of patience broke, and he, holding Manohar's hand, burst into tears.
Manohar was distressed seeing him in such a state and repeatedly asked him about his problem.
Then Master Ji told Manohar his entire ordeal.
Manohar became quite serious after hearing everything, but he couldn't believe the story of Sangeeta's magical voice. Yet, he also knew that Master Ji had never lied.
So, Manohar assured Master Ji and said, "Don't worry about anything. I am here. I will keep your and Sangeeta's identities hidden, and the responsibility for Sangeeta's admission, studies, lodging, food, etc., is all mine. And Sangeeta will now stay in the college hostel. You can go back to the village if you wish. Sangeeta won't be harmed here. I will take complete care of her. I know you have spent your whole life in the village. You won't be able to stay here for a moment. The city's atmosphere won't suit you."
"Master Ji, but son, how can I leave my daughter alone in such a big city? That landlord and his son are looking for her everywhere."
Manohar interrupted, "Didn't I tell you, Master Ji, I am here. I will take care of her in every way. You trust me, don't you? I owe you so much. I have an opportunity to do something for you today. Please don't take this opportunity away from me. Please."
Master Ji had now bought a small house in the city. He had told this to Manohar.
Then Manohar told him to be carefree about everything and, with one phone call, got the house registered in Sangeeta's name. He also wanted to give Master Ji a good amount of money as guru dakshina.
But Master Ji refused, only asking him to take care of his daughter in return.
After that, Master Ji thanked Mohan and bid him farewell, telling Mohan that he was returning to the village with his daughter and wife.
Because Manohar had asked him to say this so that Sangeeta would not be in any danger. Manohar did not want Master Ji or his daughter to be in any danger. That's why he had asked Master Ji to lie to Mohan so that if Om Thakur ever reached Mohan, Mohan could only tell him what he knew.
Mohan was a straightforward boy; he believed him.
After that, Master Ji walked towards Sangeeta's hostel. Master Ji's eyes kept filling with tears. He had never been separated from his daughter until today, but today, out of necessity, he had to part with her.
Sangeeta's eyes also welled up. She had never imagined that her life would take such a sudden turn and everything in her life would change.
Sangeeta had never seen Om before, but because of him, she had become a wanderer today and had to live in a hostel in this city, away from her parents. She was a simple, innocent girl from the village. How would she adjust to the city? Thinking this, Sangeeta cried even more.
Sangeeta had come to hate the name Om. She had decided that she would never forgive Om in her life. Today, because of him, tears were in the eyes of her god-like father.
Soon, Master Ji bids farewell to Sangeeta with teary eyes, leaves her at the hostel room, and heads to the village with his wife.
Meanwhile, Master Ji goes to the village. Seeing him return to the village, a wave of happiness spreads through the village. And soon, this news also reaches the landlord and Om Thakur.
And they arrive at Master Ji's house that very night. Not finding Sangeeta, they question Master Ji about her, but he flatly refuses to tell them anything.
Then Om Thakur's booming laughter echoes there. Everyone is startled. Om Thakur, with a devilish laugh, says in a commanding voice, "Master Ji, do you think you can hide your daughter from me? That's your misconception. No matter what corner of the earth you've hidden her in, I will find her. And this is my promise to you. Very soon, your daughter will be my wife. In fact, from today, rather from this very moment, she is my wife." ✍🏻✍🏻🤗🤗

It was Sangeeta's first day of college. All the girls were looking at her strangely because Sangeeta was very simple and had gone to college in plain clothes. She had braided her hair.
Then, a mischievous boy from the class, Ajay, came to tease Sangeeta and said, "Hi Miss Geeta! You are so beautiful!" He said this in such a funny way that everyone started laughing at Sangeeta.
Then Reema said, "Oh Ajay! Please, go away from here. Why are you bothering this poor girl? If you don't leave, I'll complain directly to Principal Sir."
Reema said this angrily.
As soon as Ajay heard the Principal's name, he got scared and slunk away.
On the other hand, Om Thakur had arrived in the city in search of Manohar. Om had also brought his friends, Gaurav, Ronit, and Mayank, with him. He knew that the company of these three could be very useful to him.
As soon as he arrived in the city, he put his friends to work. He had given Gaurav, Mayank, and Rohit the responsibility of finding Mohan's address and all his information, where he goes, everything. He himself went to relax in a big five-star hotel.
After Om left, Mayank said to Ronit, "Man, what is all this? He always does this to us. He calls us his friends, and he has forced us into friendship. And we can neither get rid of his friendship nor leave him. And today, you saw, the master himself has gone to relax in a big five-star hotel, and he has put us to work. He didn't even think that we also came to the city from the village with him, we must also be hungry, we also need rest."
Then Ronit said, "Sh...sh...sh... shut up! You know very well that whether he is with us or not, he knows every moment what we are doing, what we are saying, what we are thinking. So think carefully before you speak. Understand?"
As they were talking, a big van stopped in front of them. Three men came out of it, holding boxes of food. Then, one by one, they handed those boxes to Rohit, Gaurav, and Mayank.
Mayank said, "Mayank! Who are you guys? And what's in these boxes?" Then one of the men from the van said, "Sir, your friend, Mr. Om Thakur, has sent food for you. And he said that you should rest in this van for a while and eat. After that, you can do your work."
As soon as Om's three friends heard this, their eyes widened in surprise. Then they all went inside. They saw inside the van that clothes with their names on them were also kept there.
The setup in the van was very good; it was no less than a five-star hotel.
Soon they changed clothes, ate, and then relaxed comfortably.
Then Ronit said, "Did you see? This is our Om Thakur! Man, I admit, he is a bit stubborn, short-tempered, but he loves us a lot. You know, from childhood till today, what hasn't he done for us? And in return, he only asks for our true friendship. So if we can't even give him that, then what's the point of us being friends?"
"Now let's quickly get to Om's given task and find out the face behind this number."
Soon, the three friends reached the number's company to get the details and paid to get the complete information about the number.
That number of Manohar Ji was not registered in Manohar Ji's name; it was registered in the name of the watchman there. In fact, Manohar Ji was a very generous person from the beginning. He had given that phone to the college watchman.
But that watchman could only use that phone for a few days. After that, he gave up and said, "Sir, we are uneducated people from the village. We cannot operate such an expensive phone. You keep it. By having it, we feel like we have invited trouble upon ourselves."
Manohar Ji smiled after hearing his words and kept the phone in his office, which Manohar Ji used to make occasional calls. In this way, his friends got the watchman's details.
Soon, his three friends obtained all the details of that number and complete information about the watchman who worked there and gave it to Om.
As soon as Om got the college address, he didn't know what to do because he couldn't go as a student.
He could have picked up Sangeeta in one go, but he hadn't even seen her.
He didn't know who Sangeeta was or what she looked like; her voice was her identity.
Until he found Sangeeta, he had to remain hidden from everyone in some way and secretly find Sangeeta.
So he decided to become a professor in the college and applied for a professor's job in that same college.
As Om Thakur's file came in front of Manohar Ji, he fell into thought and wondered why he wanted to work in such an ordinary college after doing a PhD from such a big university.
Anyway, without thinking much, he approved the application.
The thought that Om might pose some danger to Sangeeta was nowhere in his mind.
So, as Om had a PhD from Oxford University, his degree easily got him the job in the college.
Sangeeta had been made fun of by many girls today; some mischievous boys had also tried to flirt with her. All these things had made Sangeeta very dejected.
Sangeeta had a childlike heart, and she felt very broken today. Ragging was common for city girls, but Sangeeta was a pure soul who had never seen such a world. She didn't know that all this could happen outside.
After college, she went straight to her hostel room.
As soon as Sangeeta entered her room, she lay face down on her bed. Sangeeta was very hungry because she hadn't eaten.
She was missing her village and her parents. She had never been away from them. Sangeeta was missing her mother dearly. Until today, she hadn't eaten a single morsel without her mother.
This was because her mother always fed her with great love. Sangeeta was thinking that she would have to stay so far away from everyone, when the whole village loved her so much.
Sangeeta kept saying, "I want to go back. I want to go back to my mother and father. I miss them all so much. I don't want to stay here."
Everything here was topsy-turvy. Everyone here was making fun of me.
She was very sad, and her eyes kept filling with tears remembering everyone. As she was thinking something else, there was a knock on her door.
Sangeeta didn't want to get up and open the door, but she had to get up.
As soon as she opened the door, she was shocked to see Reema with the Principal.
And looking at them both, she said, "What are you two doing here?"
Then Manohar ji started looking at Sangeeta very carefully. He saw that Sangeeta's nose and eyes were red.
Manohar ji understood that Sangeeta must be crying, missing her village. Then Manohar ji said,
"Geeta, this is Reema, your classmate. You know her, don't you?"
"Yes sir, I know her. She has become my friend."
Then Manohar ji said, "Oh, that's great! So you will be happy to know that Reema will be your roommate from today onwards."
Hearing this, Sangeeta felt a little relaxed and thanked Manohar.
Manohar ji left Reema in Sangeeta's room and went back.
Everyone started asking Reema about Sangeeta. "What's the matter, Geeta? Do you know the Principal? Because I've never seen him so worried about anyone before."
Hearing Reema's words, Geeta fell into thought, and then, very carefully, she replied, "No, no Reema, there's nothing like that. It's just that my father knows the Principal very well."
"And he asked them to take special care of me, because I've never been away from my family before. Perhaps that's why sir has shifted you to my room."
Hearing Sangeeta's words, Reema nodded and said, "Yes, maybe you are right. And anyway, sir is quite a helpful person."
After that, Reema took Geeta to eat.
Manohar had given Reema special instructions to teach Geeta how to face people's comments.
Reema was the sister of one of Manohar's close friends, and Manohar had known Reema since childhood.
That's why Manohar had entrusted Sangeeta's responsibility to Reema. For a moment, Reema felt a little suspicious seeing Manohar so worried about Sangeeta.
But then, she had known Manohar for many years. She knew very well that Manohar was a very helpful person who was always ready to help others. Thinking this, she agreed to help Geeta.
Manohar had clearly told Reema, "Sangeeta's family has entrusted her to us with a lot of faith, so please take good care of her and teach her to adapt to the ways of the city."
Reema remembered every word of the Principal. After making sure Geeta ate a hearty meal, Reema, while guiding Geeta a little, said,
"Geeta, look, I know you come from a village, but today you have to promise me that you will not tell anyone that you are from a village. Okay?"
"And yes, one more thing, you don't have to talk much to anyone. And if you have any problems, you will tell me. And yes, if anyone says anything to you, you will have to learn to reply. No one will listen to you as long as you listen. When you start making them listen, perhaps no one will ever be able to say anything to you. Understand?"
"You will have to learn to fight with circumstances. Okay?"
"And yes, tomorrow is our first Sunday and our college is off, so we will go shopping tomorrow and buy some nice clothes for you."
Sangeeta understood Reema's words well.
And now she had made up her mind. She would not be afraid of difficulties; she would face them.
She was now waiting for tomorrow. She was very excited about shopping, because she had never gone shopping before. Her mother always brought her clothes, and she would wear them without any questions.
And today, because she had to buy clothes herself, it was going to be a new experience for her.
The next morning, she bathed and got ready. She woke Reema up and asked her to get ready quickly.
Reema woke up reluctantly and said, "Wow! You're ready so early? Hey madam, we still have the whole day!"
"No, I don't know. I want to go early." Reema had clearly sensed her eagerness.
Reema also got up and got ready. They both got ready and came out on the road. As they were calling for a rickshaw, a black car stopped near them. Then Manohar ji came out of it and said, "Are you going somewhere?"
Then Reema said, "Sir, we are going to the mall for shopping." "Oh, okay! Then you guys do one thing, come with me. I'm also going that way."
They both looked at each other in surprise.
Then Geeta said, "No sir, we'll manage. Why are you troubling yourself?"
"No, no, there's no trouble. Come." Saying this, he opened the car door. Then, after a while, they both sat in.
Reema sat in the front, while Geeta sat in the back.
Manohar wanted to hear Geeta's voice, so he started talking casually. "Yes, so you both have a shopping plan today. So Miss Geeta, what will you buy today?"
Suddenly asked, Geeta got nervous and said hesitantly, "Yes sir, we are going to buy some clothes."
Then Manohar said, "Oh, okay! Very good!" By then, they had reached their destination.
As they both thanked Manohar and started to move forward, Manohar stopped them and said, "If you don't mind, can I also join you both?" At the sir's offer, they both looked at each other.
And Reema said, "Yes sir, please come. We don't have any problem." Hearing Reema's words, Manohar smiled and, giving Sangeeta a deep look, Manohar also walked with them.
As Reema moved a little ahead, Manohar extended some money towards Geeta, but Geeta refused to take it.
She said that she had money, her father had given it to her.
Manohar said, "This is also her father's money, so she can take it. Her father gave it to her. You will buy something today, and it will be useful to you."
On his insistence, she took the money.
As soon as Geeta entered the mall, she forgot to blink.
Shops of different things, beautifully decorated! She had never even seen a small market in her village, but everything here was very big and beautiful.
Sangeeta was gazing at the beauty of the entire mall. She found everything very beautiful, especially the escalators. Seeing them, Sangeeta chirped with joy. She never thought she would be able to see all this in her whole life.
Then Reema took her to the clothing section and bought her seven-eight beautiful kurtas, and sent her to the changing room to try them on.
Sangeeta had no idea where the women's changing room was, because everything there was new to her. This was her first time here.
Therefore, Sangeeta accidentally went into the men's changing room. A boy was wearing only pants and trying on a shirt. Suddenly seeing a girl in front of him, he was startled.

Sangeeta accidentally entered the men's changing room at the mall and met Om Thakur there. They had a big argument on their very first meeting. This led Om and Sangeeta to form their own opinions about each other.
Now, moving on...
Today, Sangeeta was wearing a new kurta-pajama and had tied her hair back loosely with a rubber band instead of braiding it. She no longer looked like she was from a village. Reema had transformed her to a great extent.
As soon as she entered college today, she was surprised. She noticed that no one had made fun of her today. She was dressed very simply, yet looked incredibly attractive. If anyone looked at her once, they wouldn't be able to resist looking a second time. There was a strange allure in her face that could easily draw anyone in.
The first lecture of college went well. The second lecture was about to begin soon, and the grapevine in class was that the new professor, who had graduated from Oxford University, would be taking the second lecture. All the students were excited to see him.
Sangeeta and Reema had also heard that a new professor was coming from abroad, who was extremely dashing and smart in appearance. Reema was also eager to know him, but Sangeeta didn't care if the professor was new, old, from Oxford, or anywhere else. She was only concerned with her work. She was listening to the whispers around her. Gradually, Sangeeta started enjoying the murmurs. Then a peon came and said,
"Miss Sangeeta, the Principal is calling for you. You need to go to the Principal's office."
Hearing the peon, Sangeeta, despite her reluctance, took Reema along and headed towards his office. She also wanted to return to her class as soon as possible because their second lecture was about to start.
As Reema and Sangeeta left, Om Thakur entered. The moment he was seen, a stir went through all the girls. Om Thakur was incredibly handsome and dashing. Seeing such a handsome professor, gossip erupted among all the girls. Some girls were staring blankly at Om. No girl had imagined that such a handsome person would be their professor. Hearing the murmurs around him, Om Thakur said in a loud voice,
"Silence, please!"
As Reema and Sangeeta went to Manohar, he told them,
"You both will have to meet me after all classes are over before going to the hostel."
Sangeeta and Reema nodded without asking any questions and proceeded towards their class.
Before Reema and Sangeeta had arrived, they heard the news about the second lecture. They hurried towards the class. Both of them rushed into the class and went inside. The moment their eyes fell on Om Thakur simultaneously, they were utterly shocked. Om, too, recognized them.
Upon seeing Sangeeta, a dangerous smile appeared on Om's face. Om remembered everything that had happened at the mall the previous day. Om thought to himself, "I never imagined you would be so easily within my grasp after insulting Om Thakur." Om was feeling quite happy inwardly because now Om had the opportunity to take revenge for his insult.
Sangeeta understood that this lowly person would not let her in so easily. Then Sangeeta gathered some courage and said,
"May I come in, sir?"
Hearing this from Sangeeta, Om felt immense satisfaction, but then Om, filled with anger, said,
Om, scolding Sangeeta, asked them to leave the class, "You are both late, go outside the class. I like discipline. I detest irresponsible people."
Hearing Om's words, Sangeeta understood that Om was going to say something like this, because ever since she had met him, she had formed an opinion that he was an extremely rude, lowly, and crazy person; incredibly arrogant, who didn't even have the manners to talk to girls. And today, such a rude behavior on the very first day burned Sangeeta from the inside.
She was grumbling angrily, "How rude this man is! Who made him a professor? We were only two minutes late!"
"Reema, I'm telling you, he's taking revenge for the scuffle we had at the mall that day."
Seeing Sangeeta angry, Reema laughed and said,
"Relax, girl, relax! You're thinking too much. If he's taking revenge for the mall scuffle, just relax. And anyway, thinking about it, we got this period off, and we can have so much fun during this period!"
Saying this, Reema took Sangeeta's hand and headed towards the canteen. But Sangeeta's mind was not at peace. She told Reema,
"Even if that grumpy man didn't let us in the class, we can attend the lecture from outside, right? So I can't waste my time. I will attend the lecture from outside."
Saying this, Sangeeta stood outside the class with Reema and started attending the lecture.
The students who were praising Om's personality, especially the girls who were smitten with him, became completely silent after Reema and Sangeeta were scolded. Some students were so quiet, thinking that they might be next. Everyone became quiet thinking this. But among all those students, there were two eyes that were still fixed on Om Thakur. It was none other than Tina, the most stylish and richest girl in the class.
Tina had always been very proud of her beauty and her wealth. Tina was instantly attracted to Om. She would sometimes look at Om's deep blue eyes, and sometimes at Om's stern, well-built physique. Tina began to appraise Om Thakur's personality, twirling strands of her hair with her fingers.
Meanwhile, Om, while lecturing, was glancing sideways at Sangeeta standing outside. Om felt very good seeing Sangeeta standing there. He felt satisfaction in his heart.
Om had not given Reema and Sangeeta permission to enter the class. That day's lecture was attended by both of them standing outside. Om was inwardly happy about his small victory.
After class, Om Thakur walked out, casting sideways glances at Sangeeta, and went straight to the library. Om called a boy working in the library to him. This boy was none other than his own friend Mayank. Om had gotten all three of his friends employed in this college in some capacity: Mayank in the library, Gaurav in the canteen, and Rohan in the college lab. Om had only one motive for getting his three friends employed in the college: to somehow find out about Sangeeta.
Then Om Thakur asked Mayank,
"Did Sangeeta's name come up in the library records? Did you find anything?"
Then Mayank shook his head no and said, "No, we haven't found anything here."
Then Om thought, why not meet the college Principal Manohar once and inquire indirectly about Sangeeta. Thinking this, Om headed towards the Principal's office.
Soon, Om stood before the Principal, and he met Manohar with great warmth. Then Manohar said to him,
"I hope Abhay Pratap ji..."
((Om had joined the college as a professor under the name Abhay Pratap. He had not revealed his real name because he knew that Sangeeta knew his real name. Therefore, to avoid suspicion, Om had kept his name Abhay Pratap in college.))
Then Manohar ji said, "You must be finding everything better here. And I can't believe that after completing your PhD from such a big university, you would take a job in a small college."
Manohar couldn't stop himself from speaking his mind. Then Om, composing himself, said to him,
"Actually, Principal sir, I have no shortage of money, and right now I am only teaching to fulfill my hobby. That's why I am here."
Hearing Om's words, Manohar ji gave a faint smile. For some reason, looking at Om's personality and appearance repeatedly, some bad thoughts began to arise in Manohar's mind.
Om couldn't ask Manohar directly about Sangeeta. He asked indirectly,
"Yes, that's good, sir. Since I am a new professor, are there any new students in your college?"
As soon as Om said this, Manohar ji's mind filled with apprehension, and he thought of Om Thakur, the zamindar's son. Om's words seemed quite strange to him. Manohar was a little taken aback by Om's question and, changing the subject, said,
"Oh no, Professor! You know, once the admission session ends, no more admissions can be made."
As soon as Manohar said this, Om began to suspect Manohar. He understood that Manohar must also be involved in hiding Sangeeta. After that, Manohar said again,
"Professor, there are some rules in our college, regulations that I myself follow and make others follow. So, there is a limited time for admissions and such in this college. So all admissions are complete, hence there are no new admissions in the college."
Hearing Manohar's cunning reply, Om smiled and thought to himself, "The one you are hiding, she will be in front of me very soon."
Om smiled to himself and took leave from the Principal, starting to exit his cabin.
Meanwhile, Sangeeta was very upset by Om's behavior. Therefore, she decided that she would not let him get away with it so easily. That's why she goes to the Principal's office to complain about Om, just then Om is also coming out, and they collide with each other.
On the very first day of college, Om had thrown Sanjeeta out of the class, which made her extremely angry. She went to Principal Manohar to complain, but at that very moment, Om was also coming out of the Principal's room. They collided suddenly. Om saved Sanjeeta from falling.
Om's one hand was on Sanjeeta's thin waist. For a few moments, they both looked into each other's eyes. There was something in Om's eyes that drew Sanjeeta towards him. As soon as they realized their situation, they both composed themselves.
Om looked at Sanjeeta's face for a few moments, then shook his head and shouted loudly,
"Don't you have eyes? Can't you see where you're going?"
Sanjeeta's face turned red with anger. She said angrily,
"You can say the same thing to me, Mr. Professor! What do you think you are? You didn't let us enter the class without a reason. You were wrong at that time, and you're wrong now! You're roaming around the college like an open buffalo. Can't you see where you're going?"
Sanjeeta massaged her forehead and said, "I'm going to complain about you to Principal Sir."
Om's temper flared up when he heard Sanjeeta's words.
"Do you know how impolite you are? You have no sense. Do you even know who you're talking to?"
"Yes, I know who I'm talking to. I'm talking to the most impolite, arrogant, and conceited professor of our college, who doesn't know how to talk to students, especially a girl, understand!"
Sanjeeta's words made Om's face red with anger. He looked at her more intensely and said, "What do you think you are? Just a simple girl!"
Sanjeeta bit her teeth in anger. She said, "Wait! I'm going to complain about you to the Principal."
Abhay Pratap, i.e., Om Thakur, teased Sanjeeta and said,
"Oh, I see! You think this is your father's college where no one can say anything to you? And if someone says something to you, you'll keep saying 'Principal' repeatedly?"
Om continued to mock Sanjeeta and said,
"You can't handle anything yourself, so you always need someone's support, right, Miss whatever your name is..."
Their argument was going on when they heard a voice outside the door, and Manohar came out. As soon as Manohar saw Sanjeeta and Om together, he was startled.
"What are you both doing here? And Geeta, what are you doing here?" Manohar intentionally took Sanjeeta's name as Geeta in front of the professor so that she would realize that her name was Geeta, not Sanjeeta.
As soon as Sanjeeta saw Manohar, she changed the subject and said,
"Nothing, Sir. I was just asking Sir about today's lecture."
Manohar said, "Oh, okay."
Sanjeeta walked away, and Om smiled to himself. He felt that the girl would not be able to confront him now. Maybe she was scared of him, and that's why she lied to Principal Sahib so easily. Om was very happy with his small victory. He felt that he had easily diverted her attention.
But he was also thinking that if he got caught by the Principal, it could be very bad for his purpose. Until his goal was achieved, no complaint should reach the Principal. He just had to find Sanjeeta as soon as possible.
Om was completely unaware that the girl he was trying to find was very close to him. Om had decided that he would find Sanjeeta before the night of the new moon. Om wanted to know the truth about Sanjeeta's magical voice. He wanted to know if a girl's voice could be so beautiful that it could remove someone's pain.
Om thought that if he established a relationship with Sanjeeta before the night of the new moon, he would know if he was free from the curse, because the guru of his mansion had clearly stated that Sanjeeta was the girl with special qualities, and a relationship with her could remove all of Om's curses.
It was not that Om had not tried to get close to a girl to remove this curse. His friends would bring girls every second or third day, but as soon as Om tried to get close to a girl, a strange power would stop him. And Om would drink the girl's blood instead of making a relationship with her. Om's three friends had seen his lusty form since childhood. They knew that Om's curse could only be removed if he made a relationship with a girl. That's why they would think that maybe this girl could end Om's curse, and instead of making her meet Om or making a relationship with her, they would take her life. In this way, he had taken the lives of 17 girls in England, which was the top news headline there.
He needed a girl with a magical voice to save him from this curse. On that night, when he would become a demon, he would have to make a relationship with that girl, and only then could his curse end. If the girl survived after making a physical relationship with Om, then Om's curse could end. But if the girl died after a physical relationship with Om, it would mean that she was not the girl with special qualities.
Om sent text messages to his three friends and called them to meet at a secluded place in the college.
The next day, Reema and Sanjeeta were already sitting in the class before time. They did not want to give their new professor any chance, nor did they want to be scolded by him again. The class time had started, but Sir himself did not come to the class. After some time, Om Thakur entered the class. Om was ten minutes late to the class. Now Sanjeeta got a chance to taunt Om.
Sanjeeta deliberately cleared her throat and said in a slightly louder voice,
"It would be nice if something like this existed, like if students are late, professors can punish them. Maybe there's a rule that if professors are late, students can punish them!"

Suddenly, Om's head started spinning and he saw strange visuals, as if an earthquake was about to strike. Om told all the children in the class, "All of you get out of here." As soon as he spoke, a severe earthquake began.
Sangeeta was sitting in the library, reading books. Om's behavior kept reminding her of something. Then, while taking out a book, she was about to fall, but Om saved her. For a few moments, their eyes met.
Then Om yelled at her, "Hey girl! Where is your attention focused? Don't you have any awareness of what's about to happen to you?"
Looking into Sangeeta's eyes, Om said, "Is it your habit to put yourself in trouble all the time?"
Sangeeta remained silent at Om's words. Her mind was racing, wondering how Om Sir knew an earthquake was coming and why he had asked the children to leave at that exact moment.
She didn't suppress the question in her mind. She asked Om, "Sir, how did you know an earthquake was coming?"
Om was not prepared for this question. He was flustered by the sudden question and left the library with some excuse. As soon as Sangeeta asked, Om stared at her and left without answering.
Om was thinking, "What does this girl think of herself? How dare she ask me such a question? If this question didn't cross anyone else's mind, why did it cross this girl's mind?" Om was furious and started pacing back and forth. He was thinking, "Who is she to question me? Why did I help her? How dare she!"
Seeing Om leave without answering her question, Sangeeta was extremely shocked. She watched Om leave in surprise and wondered what she had asked that had made Om Sir so angry. Dismissing her thoughts, she headed towards her classroom.
After that, Sangeeta went to class. After one period ended, Om's period was about to begin. As Om entered the classroom, his gaze fell upon Sangeeta first.
Seeing Sangeeta, Om's question started swirling in his mind again. Controlling his anger, Om began his lecture to the students. While Om's period was in progress...
Suddenly, Manohar arrived with three or four businessman-like men, and everyone was shocked.
Manohar stepped forward and said, "Good morning students! Meet them, they are the trustees of our college. They want to talk to you about something. Listen to them carefully, okay?"
Everyone stood up and greeted the people who came with Manohar. As Manohar instructed, they listened to them attentively. Manohar was looking deeply at Sangeeta. Sangeeta looked towards Manohar several times, but her gaze kept lingering on Om Thakur because she still hadn't received answers to her questions.
Then, a middle-aged man among those who came with Manohar stepped forward and said,
"Dear students, my name is Vikrant Singh, and I am here today to tell you something important. In exactly two days, a very big function will be held in the college."
"And our state's Chief Minister will be the Chief Guest. You have very little time to prepare. You will have to present the best possible programs to impress him. I know the time is extremely short, but please, it's a matter of the college's reputation."
"And yes, the entire responsibility for organizing this function has been given to Kavita Madam and Professor Shyam. So, just follow whatever they tell you. Okay, thank you. God bless and best of luck, students and teachers."
Manohar seemed a bit disturbed upon hearing the announcement of the function. He was looking worriedly at Sangeeta. He had no idea about this function at all.
Then the people who came with Manohar started to leave, and Manohar accompanied them to the door. After they all left, a dangerous smile appeared on Om Thakur's face. Sangeeta saw Om smiling like that. But as soon as Om's gaze fell on Sangeeta, he stopped smiling and left after the day's class ended.
In no time, preparations for the function began throughout the college.
Sangeeta was feeling a bit sad today. She went straight to her hostel room and lay face down on the bed. Just then, Reema came to her and asked, "What happened to you today? Why are you so sad?"
Sangeeta sat up and said, "It's nothing like that, but I don't know why my heart is very restless. It feels like something is about to happen." Hearing Sangeeta, Reema said, "You know, Geeta, ever since I met you and you came into my life, I don't know why, but talking to you makes me feel like all my tension and worries have vanished. There's a strange attraction in your voice. I feel like listening to your voice all day. And I'm worried about this because you are upset and sad today. So, I would advise you to listen to your voice once, and after that, you will feel better."
Sangeeta was startled by Reema's words and quickly clarified, "Oh no, no! It's nothing like that. I'm just sad today. I'm missing my parents a lot. And what's this about listening to my voice making me feel better? I'm not a magician, am I?"
Saying this, Sangeeta got rid of Reema and went into the washroom under the pretext of bathing. Without thinking much, Reema said, "Okay, you take a bath, and then we'll go out for a hot cup of coffee. And please, don't mind what I said, I was just joking." Saying this, Reema left the room, talking on the phone.
Meanwhile, Om was sitting in a coffee shop with his three friends. After college, he used to meet his three friends somewhere to get the day's updates. His three friends were also trying to find Sangeeta. One was looking at library records, another at school records. But no one could find anything because Manohar Ji had not left any proof of Sangeeta.
Om said to Rohan, "What are you guys doing? We still can't find a simple girl in this small college. I've said it so many times, she's a village girl, why is it so difficult for you to find her?"
Hearing Om, Mayank couldn't stop himself and said, "But you know very well that we are trying our best. And you are also a professor at that college, aren't you? What have you done? Why haven't you found her yet?"
Hearing his friend, Om's anger reached its peak. His eyes turned red.
Seeing Om's red eyes, his three friends got scared and stared at Mayank. He had known Om since childhood. Om had a habit of not listening to anyone since childhood. If anyone answered him back, he would get very angry.
Seeing Om angry, Gaurav calmed him down and said, "Om, please calm down. This is a very crowded area. If you reveal your true nature here, your reality will be exposed to everyone. It won't be good for you or for us. It's best if you calm down. We are your friends, we are not saying anything wrong to you. We have been your companions since childhood. How long will you keep us scared and threatened like this? At least you should give your friends the right to tell you what's right and wrong." As soon as Gaurav finished speaking, Om calmed down a bit, observing the surroundings.
But his anger was not over yet. Gaurav said, "Don't worry. I think Sangeeta will definitely participate in the function that is about to happen in the college, because no one can sing better than her. And as soon as she sings, we will recognize her. So, we should wait for the college function." Om also agreed with Gaurav's point and nodded.
Then Mayank also placed his hand on Om's hand and said, "Om, the three of us have considered you our friend, our brother since childhood. And we never want you to have any trouble. In return, we want your friendship. We know you take good care of us, provide us with everything, but that doesn't mean we can't speak our minds to you, right?"
On the other hand, preparations for the function had started in full swing throughout the college.
Kavita Madam prepared some girls for dance, some boys for speeches, and a romantic drama, and some for a comedy show. Different types of programs were set, and everyone was busy with their preparations. For singing, three girls who had been singing at the college function for a long time were selected. All the students were working hard. Sangeeta kept herself away from all the programs.
No response from Groq.
Well, finally the day of the function had arrived. Today, Sangeeta had dressed up differently for the function.
Sangeeta wore a blue saree with light embroidery. For the first time, she let her hair down. With light makeup, she looked very beautiful.
As soon as Reema saw her, she whistled and said, "If I were a boy, I would elope with you!" Hearing her, she laughed a lot.
Reema and Sangeeta went to the college function together. The college hall was beautifully decorated that day. Everyone had put in a lot of effort.
As soon as Sangeeta entered the hall, everyone's eyes fell on her. Everyone started looking at her. The girls who had initially made fun of her were all burning with jealousy seeing her today.
And as soon as Om's eyes fell on Sangeeta, he started looking at her. Who knows what had happened to Om. He found it pleasant to look at Sangeeta again and again. His heart kept getting drawn towards Sangeeta. Although he had come there for Sangeeta, he did not know that the one he was drawn towards was the very person for whom he had come. He glanced at Sangeeta and then averted his gaze. He just needed to find Sangeeta, who was not in front of him, even though she was right there.
Sangeeta's eyes had also fallen on Om. She had seen Om looking at her and also seen him avoiding her gaze. Soon, Sangeeta remembered everything that had happened last night. She understood that the person standing in front of her was not Abhay Pratap Singh, but Om Thakur—the son of that landlord from whom her father had brought her to this city to escape.
Sangeeta's heart suddenly filled with hatred as soon as she saw Om. But with a straight face, she walked past him. She didn't look back at Om even once. For some reason, Om felt very bad about Sangeeta leaving like that.
However, he didn't pay much attention, as his focus was solely on finding Sangeeta. For whom he had even prepared a perfect plan today. Thinking something, he started calling his three friends. Because he had given his friends a task, and to know whether that task was completed or not, he had called his friends for a meeting at a secret location.
Meanwhile, Sangeeta's entire gaze was on Om, but she did not let him realize that he was under her scrutiny.
As soon as Sangeeta realized that Om was going somewhere secretly, she too started following him. She walked in such a way that no one could see her. Because everyone was busy with the function, the entire college was empty. All the people were gathered in the large hall of the college. But Sangeeta saw that Om was going upstairs. Sangeeta slowly started following Om upwards. She wanted to see what plan Om would make to find Sangeeta. It was to find that out that she had followed him.
Sangeeta was climbing upwards very cautiously. But she forgot that the person she was following was not an ordinary man. He was a bloodthirsty pursuer, half-human and half-vampire. Om Thakur realized that someone must be behind him. And to see this, he hid to the side. Just as Sangeeta moved forward, her foot twisted and she sprained her ankle, so she sat right there. When Om had been hiding for a long time, he thought perhaps it was his delusion, and no one was behind him.
But Sangeeta was still sitting there because she was in a lot of pain. So she couldn't walk. But at this moment, it was more important for her to follow Om so that she could know what Om intended to do.
Then Sangeeta slowly started moving upwards, leaning on the wall. And soon, she started hearing some sounds.
Om Thakur was saying to his friends, "Has today's work been done or not? I told you people, I need Sangeeta at any cost. I don't care, even if someone has to lose their life, let them. But Sangeeta is needed at any cost. Increase the dosage in their drink by two more doses. There should be no carelessness of any kind." Who knows what instructions Om was giving his friends. As soon as Sangeeta heard this, she trembled. Because Om looked very ferocious while speaking.
Sangeeta started thinking, whose dosage were they talking about increasing? What were they trying to do in the end? Sangeeta didn't understand anything. But she understood one thing for sure: Om had planned something big. Thinking this, as Sangeeta turned to go back, suddenly her foot started hurting badly again. A cry escaped her. Although her cry was very faint, it reached Om's ears. Because Om had exceptionally sharp hearing.
Now Om gestured to his friends to be quiet and told them to leave. But by then, Sangeeta, walking slowly, had come down to the second floor. But Om was looking for her everywhere. Because he realized that someone must have been listening to him. Sangeeta's faint cry echoed in his ears.
And then, suddenly, Om stood in front of Sangeeta with a jolt. Seeing Om suddenly in front of her, Sangeeta trembled completely. But then, composing herself, she said, "You... you are Abhay Sir... what are you doing here?"
Hearing Sangeeta's words, Om started looking at her with deep eyes. As if he wanted to know her truth with his eyes alone. But Sangeeta did not let any expression show on her face. Then Om asked in a stern voice, "What are you doing here? You should be in the hall, shouldn't you? Were you following me?" Om asked Sangeeta this unexpectedly.
Hearing Om's words, Sangeeta became nervous and said, "What are you saying? Why would I follow you? Don't you have a little too much self-conceit, Sir! I have many other things to do. Why would I follow you? I have nothing to do with you." Sangeeta also spoke in a rather rude tone.
Hearing Sangeeta's words, Om became angry. Then Sangeeta started to move away from there. But as soon as she took a step, she cried out again. Because her foot was still hurting badly. Om immediately stepped forward and held Sangeeta, and seating her on a chair, said, "What happened? Why are you crying like this?"
Hearing Om's words, Sangeeta looked at him with surprise and said, "Nothing has happened to me. I was going to the classroom for some work when my foot suddenly twisted. And you don't need to think too much. Mind your own business. I don't need your help. I can do my work myself." Sangeeta ended the conversation in no uncertain terms.
Just then, Om saw Sangeeta's foot was swollen and he understood that Sangeeta had sprained her ankle. Om knelt down beside Sangeeta and, looking into her eyes, said, "Tell me the truth, what were you doing here? You were following me, weren't you?" Hearing Om's words, Sangeeta started getting angry. She said, "I have no interest in following you. I have nothing to do with you, understood?"
Then, with a jerk, Om twisted Sangeeta's foot. The sprain she had was completely healed. Sangeeta groaned in pain and clutched Om's shoulder tightly. So tightly that the marks of some of her nails dug into his shoulders. Om ruthlessly shook off Sangeeta's hand and said, "You are fine now. Now get out of here. Don't even let me see you around here again. Did you not understand what I explained to you last night? Should I explain it to you once more?" Om said, peering into Sangeeta's eyes.
And the very next moment, all the events of yesterday flashed before Sangeeta's eyes, how they had come close to each other. Sangeeta quickly shook off her thoughts and said, "I have no interest in coming before you or talking to you, understood? And you stay away from me too." Saying this, Sangeeta got up with a jolt and started heading towards the hall downstairs. He watched her go.
Just then, everyone is startled by the sound of the drums. Om also goes down to the hall upon hearing the sound of the drums. And Sangeeta stands next to Reema and starts watching the function. Her gaze was on Om Thakur, wondering what plan Om had made.
Well, everyone looked towards the drums. The Chief Minister was being welcomed. Some other important people had also arrived. It was a very grand function.
Slowly, everyone arrives and the function begins. Performance after performance takes place. Everyone performs exceptionally well. Everyone was enjoying themselves.
After some time, three girls came to sing. But what was this? They couldn't sing at all. All three of them lost their voices at the same time. No one knew what had suddenly happened to the three girls.
But Om was smiling inwardly, because he was behind this. Sangeeta saw Om smiling and understood that this was all Om's doing.
He had made his move to bring out the girl with the magical voice. Knowing about Om's plan, Sangeeta started smiling and decided what she had to do now.
Everyone had performed brilliantly. But now, suddenly, the singing performance had spoiled everything, making Manohar Ji quite disappointed. Everyone started chattering. And the Chief Minister felt disrespected by this. And he threatened to shut down the college. Just then, singing voices suddenly started coming.
Sangeeta had understood Om Thakur's ploy. She realized that Om Thakur had gotten her friends to ruin the voices of those girls to tarnish the college's reputation, so that Manohar would approach Sangeeta and ask her to sing. Manohar was very troubled.
On one hand, there was the reputation of his entire college, and on the other, Sangeeta. He didn't know what to do.
But he had promised his guru, Master Ji, that he would not put Sangeeta in any danger, at any cost. That's why Manohar decided to put the college's reputation at risk, but he never asked Sangeeta to sing, not even once.
Om stood impatiently, waiting for Sangeeta's voice. When Sangeeta saw that everyone was getting angry at Manohar, lashing out at him, she felt very bad. And that's why Sangeeta suddenly took the microphone and started singing from behind the curtain.
As Sangeeta's sweet voice echoed there, everyone who was saying nasty things about the college, hearing jibes at Manohar, their eyes closed on their own.
Sangeeta's melodious voice began to resonate there. All the people sitting there at that moment had their eyes closed in bliss. Everyone felt as if they had entered another world. All their troubles, all their problems, all their worries, everything seemed to be receding from them.
Manohar too was lost in the music. Om Thakur, closing his eyes, was also lost in Sangeeta's voice. Om Thakur had thought that as soon as Sangeeta sang, he would go find her, catch her. But now everything had been turned upside down, because Om Thakur himself was lost in the melodious sound of music. He didn't want to come out of that beautiful dream.
Sangeeta was watching everyone. There wasn't a single person there whose eyes weren't closed. Everyone was enjoying the beautiful sound of music with their eyes closed, and everyone had reached another world. No one realized where they were sitting. Sangeeta sang for about five minutes. After that, she came and stood among them. As soon as Sangeeta's voice stopped, everyone opened their eyes and realized where they were.
And they all looked at each other in surprise. As soon as Om Thakur opened his eyes and realized what had happened, his temper flared. He had never imagined that Sangeeta's voice would make him go crazy too, that he would be so lost in her voice that he wouldn't even realize that he was supposed to catch Sangeeta.
Om quickly ran towards the stage from where Sangeeta's voice was coming. But when he went there and looked, he saw no one there anymore.
Om shouted in anger and ran to look all over the college, the entire hall, everywhere. But there was no trace of the girl with the magical voice anywhere. Om was beside himself with anger. He had never thought that Sangeeta's magic would work on him too. He thought he was a demon, cursed by some spell, so no one, no matter how their voice, could harm him. But now the big trouble had slipped from his hands; he had lost Sangeeta even after getting her.
Om's gaze fell on his three friends, Mayank, Ronit, and Gaurav. He saw that all three of them were still standing with their eyes closed. Seeing them, Om got very angry, and he went to them angrily and pinched them. The three of them shouted and opened their eyes.
Om scolded his three friends severely. Then Mayank said to him, "Brother, it's not our fault. You too were lost in the girl's magical voice. When you, who have so many powers, can get lost in that girl's voice, what about us? We are just ordinary humans."
Mayank's words were largely true.
But Om's anger was not subsiding, because his well-laid plan had been ruined. Om had never imagined in his wildest dreams that the girl for whom he had set a trap would leave so easily even after coming forward, and no one would even know. There was chaos in the entire hall.
Meanwhile, Manohar also opened his eyes and looked around for Sangeeta. And as soon as his gaze fell on Sangeeta and Sangeeta's gaze fell on Manohar, their eyes met. Sangeeta lowered her eyes. Manohar understood that Sangeeta truly possessed a magical voice, which had made him forget all his sorrows and pains.
For a while, Sangeeta had a narrow escape. After this victory, Sangeeta wanted to see Om's face. She wanted to see how Om looked after losing. Thinking this, she came out of the college hall, searching for Om.
And then she realized that Om was not anywhere else but in the library, because her friend Ronit's job was in the library, and all three of them were meeting there at that time.
Then Sangeeta, holding two books in her hands, headed towards the library on the pretext of returning them. As soon as Sangeeta entered, Om's furious voice reached her ears, "Because of your foolishness today, that girl escaped. Now I don't know where to find her. I'm losing my mind!"
Saying this, he punched a desk hard. The desk broke into two pieces from Om's punch. Sangeeta trembled a little seeing Om's reaction, but she didn't go in front of Om.
But out of fear, the books in her hands slipped. As the books fell from Sangeeta's hands, they were startled by her voice.
And they started looking towards the library gate from where some sound had come, but no one had entered yet. Then Sangeeta picked up the books and, gathering courage, stepped into the library. Seeing Sangeeta, all four of them were astonished.
And they quickly dispersed in different directions. Om deliberately started doing something among the piles of books, and his three friends started doing something or other separately. Ronit, who worked in the library, went and sat on a library chair.
Sangeeta went to Ronit and said that she had checked out these books yesterday, so she needed two more books, could she take them? Hearing Sangeeta, Ronit said, "Alright. You can sign. What was your name?" Sangeeta said, "My name is Geeta."
Ronit took her signature. After signing, Sangeeta walked towards the bookshelf. As soon as she moved a book, Om's face became visible. Om was acting to avoid Sangeeta's gaze, but through a small hole in the book, she could clearly see Om's face.
Sangeeta had come there only to see Om's face, and frustration was evident on Om's face. Seeing him, Sangeeta was greatly amused.
Sangeeta thought, why not rub salt in his wounds. Thinking this, Sangeeta deliberately collided with Om. As soon as Om saw Sangeeta, he kept looking at her. After looking into her eyes for a few moments, he said angrily, "Are you a whirlwind? Don't you see anything? You're always breaking things or bumping into people!"
Hearing Om's words, Sangeeta also got angry.
And she said, "What do you think of yourself? Don't you have manners to talk to a girl? You are a professor, you are our guru, and you have no right to talk to us like this. If you speak to me in this tone again, I will complain directly to the Principal, understand?"
Hearing Sangeeta's words, Om softened a bit, because he did not want his name to reach Manohar at any cost, as his objective had not yet been fulfilled. Then he said to Sangeeta, "There is no need for you to go anywhere. It seems the point doesn't sink into your head. I told you to stay away from me, so why do you keep wandering around me? Do you have a brain or is it stuffed with straw?"
Hearing Om's words, Sangeeta's mouth fell open, and she became very angry with Om.
And then Sangeeta pushed Om, causing all the books to fall on Om. Along with that, the paint kept in the bookshelf also fell on Om Thakur.
Om looked at Sangeeta with anger. Om's eyes suddenly started turning red. Gaurav, Mayank, and Ronit had seen Om's eyes. At any moment, Om could transform into his demonic form.
Quickly, Ronit came to his rescue and asked Sangeeta to leave. Gaurav and Mayank also took Om away and tried to calm him down.
Om's anger was not subsiding. Firstly, he couldn't find Sangeeta, and on top of that, this girl had pushed Om, tried to injure Om Thakur. All the books had fallen on Om,
because of which the paint kept between the books had also fallen on him. Om's clothes were ruined. Om was beside himself with anger. Sangeeta got scared seeing Om's eyes and quickly fled from there. Sangeeta went straight to her hostel room and locked herself inside.
